Had a bit of time to spare before a meeting nearby. Parking was as accessible as you'd expect a Starbucks to be. Ambiance- Clean, a lot of different seating arrangements where I saw people meeting, reading and just enjoying their drinks & food. Really like the layout and set up of this location. Service- Wish I could remember her name, but was greeted by a few baristas when I walked in. The young lady that helped me was patient as I don't do Starbucks too often and was quite indecisive on my order. But order was prepared quickly and accurately. I noticed their pick up counter for to go orders is separated by alpha, I'm sure that somewhat helps the rush when there is one. Food/drink- Grilled Cheese- good as always. Love the serving size for the place and price it's quite comparable to other establishments. Drink- Iced NonDairy Salted Cookie Matcha- I'd order it again. It was tasty, of course it's gone in a few sips. But good nonetheless. Don't frequent Starbucks often but if in the area and needing a place to sit for a moment I know where to go! read more

Beautiful little 'Bucks at the corner of Boat Club & Robertson. Very convenient if you're heading to/from the lake! Super busy at 10:30a on a Saturday morning, but the drive-thru line moved quickly and my order was perfect. Ordered a mobile order sandwich and tea. When I got up to the drive thru window, I watched the barista drop my sandwich on the floor. They then proceeded to pick it up, place it back on the counter, and tell me "well the food didn't touch the floor so it's fine right?" In an assumptive tone that made me feel awkward to ask for a new one. Don't ask the customer that. I paid $5 for a sandwich. You should just tell me it happened and get me a new one. I won't be going back to this location - they need to retrain. read more

Terrible experience. This was our first time here. Waited 25 mins inside for our $39 order, finally asked if our drinks were coming up after folks behind us kept getting all their drinks... we were told our ticket order was lost. Ummmm how??! We ordered inside just like everyone after us who already received their drinks. Waited another 15 mins for our drinks and asked if our drinks were almost ready, for them to tell us they're right there, and pointed to the side where all 3 of our drinks were just sitting. These folks couldn't call our name or get our attention to let us know they were there? Almost 45 mins for coffee is crazy. Never again. read more

It's hard to explain how much better this Starbucks is compared to others in this area. The baristas greet me when I walk in and even know my name. The drinks are made correctly, even when there are modifications. They usually have everything pretty well stocked. The store is maintained and is very clean. My only complaint about this location is the drive thru line... whoever designed the parking lot and drive thru clearly didn't have the growth of this area in mind. Compared to other locations, like the Lake Worth Starbucks, this location is an easy 5 stars. They get the drinks right, they're friendly, the store is clean. I'll gladly go out of my way to come to this location. Keep up the great work! Y'all are doing an amazing job. read more

This location is awful. 20+ minute wait times. To then be told nearly every visit that they're out of most of the food items. The attitude of the employees is confrontational if you ask when items will be back in stock. Poor management, rude employees and slow service are three pretty bad qualities for a coffee shop. I moved and started going to this Starbucks as it's closer, I've given this Starbucks a couple try's since the summer time and every-time I'm disappointed. No matter the time of day these workers here are always rude. I ordered an iced chai it's the same drink I've always gotten, I got it hot, It happens I just asked if she would mind remaking it because I prefer iced and she was passive aggressive and told me I ordered it wrong and that they will come hot unless I say otherwise.... I said iced...but nonetheless I'm a customer and I didn't need to argue with her I just wanted my drink that I paid for to be remade. I used to work at Black Rifle I understand it, but this was just not it for me. I never did anything but smile while remaking someone's drink when I messed it up. This isn't a one time thing this bad customer service is constant. I would take the girl with black hair and bangs out of drive through honestly. Hope things improve. read more

I love Starbucks, but this place ain't it. I ordered a mobile order 20 minutes in advance and we still waited 15 minutes when we got there. This place is the slowest starbucks i have ever been too. They had NINE workers working behind the counter and still the drive thru line was wrapped around the building and about 20 people waiting inside. i am not a picky person or karen when it comes to places, but i don't understand how it can take physically that long. on top of all of that, the worker Adrena is overtly rude. every time she is working there my experience is worsened. she is always very passive aggressive and just flat out mean. come on starbucks. read more

Mckinlee, Isaiah ,Austin ,breanna ,Elizabeth are a phenomenal team. It's hard to actually find a Starbucks that actually have pride in what they do and give AMAZING customer service to everyone. They work quick, they have a very clean bathroom, the Starbucks tables are clean. They even walk over to their customers table and give them their drinks. You don't see that very often. When they are open they are great. However, I'm not even sure of the opening time on Sundays. I've gone numerous times and according to online they are open, but the store never is. Not sure if they wait for the sun to come up or what. Just wanting consistency bc the people are always great when they are actually opened. So if you go around 6:15am don't expect them to be opened even though online says 5:30. read more

I'm not a Starbucks regular, but this new location is very close to home, so we did stop by out of convenience. We didn't want to go inside during these COVID days, so we went to the drive thru. Even though there was about 5 cars in head of us, we deal with it, but we didn't wait long at all. I didn't even know what I wanted by the time the lady was ready to take our order. My fiance was driving & I was fiddling around with the Starbucks app, so by the time I look up, I realize we can see the lady taking our order at the order screen. Neat! Lol. Love this location as it is less trafficked than others. If they tell you that they stopped doing pup cups for the day(), you can go to Sonic next door and order a side of whipped cream so your pup won't be disappointed! read more

I've been to a lot of Starbucks and let me tell u this one is hands down my favorite it's alittle drive from my house but I don't mind because I know they'll always have my drink always!! Clare is the kindest soul I've met everytime I've seen her she always has a smile on her face and always look gorgeous don't get me wrong the other employees are just as kind but I've always seen her and has always been so sweet! This is not my usual Starbucks but I will be going out of my way to visit this location again. Went through the drive-thru on Saturday night and the service was amazing. The guy at the window was so nice, was very thorough and even asked if I wanted the pastries warmed up. Other locations have been known to just rush through and get the line moving but this guy was quick, efficient, super polite AND had a great attitude while doing it! It really made the biggest difference in making this a great experience, will be back for sure! read more
