We ordered iced chais, which were excellent, but the real surprise was the food. We weren't quite sure what to expect from a coffee shop serving burritos, but wow, were we wrong. We ordered two Clem Burritos, one vegetarian and one with brisket. They were absolutely packed with ingredients and loaded with flavor. Every bite seemed to have a little bit of everything: beans, rice, pico, pickled cabbage, salsa, crema, and plenty more. The combination of flavors and textures worked incredibly well. The crema and salsa were both fantastic, although we definitely would have appreciated a little more of each. Now for the funniest part of the meal: the side of chips. The menu says the burrito comes with chips, and technically it does. As you can see from my photo, we received exactly three chips. Not a handful. Not a small pile. Three individual chips. The funny thing is, they were really good chips. We wanted more of them! It felt like the kitchen accidentally stopped counting at three and decided that was enough. Hopefully they'll revisit the portion size because it's the only thing that felt out of place in an otherwise excellent meal. I looked around at the swag, local soaps and pastries while I waited. I noticed the building is fully accessible, no steps to get inside and room for a wheel chair/walker to fit at any of the tables. A one-person bathroom is available too. Chris greeted me warmly and told me they've been open since October but are not usually open on Mondays - she's open today for the eclipse! There were donuts and cookies from local bakeries, but I refrained and only ordered my latte. She has whole milk, skim milk, oat or almond milk as well as flavors.
