But it wasn't just appearance. The oat milk lattes were as delicious as they were beautiful! We tried some lattes at Inkwell yesterday, and Kind today. Kind was easily better, 10/10! It's a clean and cute shop. Good selection of coffee and breakfast and light lunch options. Also a small merch section - mugs, tees, coffee cups and canisters. We tried the salmon and cream cheese bagel with capers yesterday for lunch and they were great. My husband preferred the jalapeño cheddar bagel, while I was happy with the everything bagel. But the lattes were the real standout for me. The line was longest at lunch out of our visits, but it moved very quickly! The baristas were very welcoming and nice as well! It definitely did not disappoint. The coffee is top notch, an A+ in my book...and the speed at which they make it is also on point. I almost took away a star because during one visit they skipped forward through a Journey song, which is definitely a no-no for me, but I decided to let it slide... for now. They have a great selection of specialty lattes, and the deck ambience is hard to beat. You can feed the ducks, spot some deer, and just enjoy the wildlife along the river while you sip your coffee. We have for sure found our new coffee spot for our Estes Park visits going forward.

I would've prefered the pizza to be cooked for another minute in the oven personally, but that's not a knock on them. It desperately needed salt. In the dough and on the tomatoes. I had to check it out and I'm thankful I did! They have quite a variety of teas, yet not an overwhelming amount. I decided to go with their number 1 option, the Rocky Mountain High tea. A sweet, fruity blend of ingredients. She brewed it right then and there. The owner is very knowledgeable of her products, real friendly and welcoming just like this whole town. Most of the top teas add a hint of Rocky Mountain flare to then; they include some ingredients that are associated with these mountains. Prices are great, the service was top notch, and this has to be the best tea shop in town. You are able to purchase tea by the bag as gifts. Next time I'm in Estes Park, I'll be coming back here.

If you're lucky, snag a stool right along the Big Thompson River! Though, I recommend they fix the wooden placeholders for beers, they're leaning on the wrong side of history, we don't want any full glasses of beer reaching an unnecessary demise! Interference IPA * American IPA * 6.7% * 16oz ($7) From their website: "Climbing the Interference Boulder in Rocky Mountain National Park requires strength and power. This Colorado IPA showcases the power of hops with an intense blend forging citrus aromas with a pine forward finish.
