First of the parking here is horrible I always leave extra mad because of that (anyways I was just leaving and this is the first thing that I could right) I know it isn't anything anyone can do at this point. Secondly, customer service is awful it's always packed here either drive through or inside but they always have plenty of baristas. I'm quiet patient but today I was the only person in line inside and it took at least 10 min to get to my drink but they were just making drive through orders. Okay I get it to some extent but I'm standing there watching the barista skip my drink even after it was visibly my turn. I didn't complain because whatever it was busy I guess I wasn't in a rush but then I had to wait for my pastry order.. and again I was ignored by the cashier she just kept staring at me and then I asked and she just grabs a cold one pretending she didn't forget. Um okay I specifically ask for it warmed but okay I was over it. Just that they lost a customer at this location. Last but not least my drink was not what it was supposed to be, barista clearly burned the espresso but whatever I shall drink it regardless. FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU NEED HELP. read more

I like the location of this Starbucks because it's near my house but their track record for making drinks correctly is unsatisfactory in my experience so I rarely go. I decided to give them a chance today and ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato via drive-thru. This drink is supposed to have a big, whipped, caramel drizzled head, hence the 'cloud' in the name. When I went to pick up it was just a regular iced coffee with a ton of milk. I was annoyed because I had been looking forward to drinking one of these for days. The employee making the drinks seemed like he was super stressed so I didn't say anything but I did not leave a tip with the app even though I usually do. In the future I will continue to avoid this location and instead go to Calexico even though it's a bit farther from me. They know how to make drinks correctly, including new ones like the Cloud Macchiato. I'm awarding 2 stars because the iced coffee had a decent enough flavor. read more

My drinks are always decent, customer service is very hit and miss but it's a good place to people watch because they are located next to two big hotels that have folks from all over. Sigh....again I remember when back in the day, the people who worked at Starbucks, were very cool, maybe not overly friendly but professional and technically competent or all of the above. I guess they've expanded to include hiring some uncool people but their bathrooms are always clean and the place is always very well air-conditioned. Better than sitting at Taco Bell ;o/ read more

i generally enjoy going to Starbucks to clear my mind or add to an already wonderful day but coming here was an atrocious mistake. from the second i walked in i was ignored, i proceeded to stand by the counter and had the staff look at me but carry on with a conversation in the back. when i finally called him over i received attitude for interrupting his conversation, i don't know what about. my drink was not sweetened when i ask that it be and threw it away and just left. easier than dealing with your staff. read more

Why do I rule El Centro yelp like a vengeful greek god? This is the Starbucks over by the new mall- near the bar b que restaurant, behind the new residence inn. They have a drive through. I ordered an iced double latte and the guy said "Do you want whip cream on that?" And I said, "I ordered a double latte, right- that doesn't come with whip cream." Ok the Corina G girl below me is the store managers sister so dont take her review cause its for sure biased! but this store is cool. depending on who is working, if Valerie the store manager is working then your gonna get top knotch customer service for sure but if her support team isnt the best then you can expect mediocre drinks, if ruben is workin drive thru youll be having your drink really fast if not it might take awhile. if either of those 2 are making the drinks then the drinks will be perfect too. read more

My husband and I were at this location this weekend. He used the restroom as I ordered coffee. A few moments after he came out he realized that he had left his phone in the restroom. He went back and a female Starbucks employee had just gone inside restroom. We waited until she came out. We asked her if she had seen a phone in there but she claimed she never saw a phone. My husband watch showed that it was still there at the time so we checked all around the restroom even inside the waste basket to make sure. Phone still showed it was at Starbucks as customers came and left. Phone still showed inside Starbucks. We finally left when we realize that they had turned off the phone and whom ever had taken it had no plans to return it. Sad to say but the actions of one Starbucks employee has tainted my view on the whole brand. I do know that it's an employee that did this and not the brand itself, and as the phone has been replaced by our insurance it won't replace our view of this Starbucks. read more

At 8:48 a.m., I ordered two birthday cake pops at the drive-thru. The service was quick and friendly. The young man at the checkout window gave me napkins, without me having to ask for them, which was a nice surprise, since Starbucks never offers napkins at the drive-thru. The total was $3.90. I handed the clerk $4.00, all in quarters. As he took the money, two quarters fell to the pavement. I opened my car door to get them, but he told me not to bother, that he would get them later. He then closed the window. I waited a few seconds for my change and receipt, before getting his attention to ask for them. He said, "Oh, I just entered the amount as exact change." I reminded him that the total was $3.90 and I gave him $4.00. He looked out of the window, down at the pavement and said, "But you dropped the two quarters down there." I reminded him that he said he was going to go outside to get the two quarters and what did that have to do with it anyway?!?! He then gave me my ten cents change, (but no receipt) and looked at me as though I made a big deal about a mere dime. It wasn't the dime, it was the way he took it upon himself to decide that I didn't need, nor want my change that was due me. Tacky business behavior. Giving two stars...One for quick service and one for being given napkins, without having to ask for them. read more

Should have read reviews before going there :( Not like it's horrible o the worst I have ever seeing, hence the solid two stars, but cmon. Practically no parking at 3:45 pm, walking in got hit with a crappy - literally, smell. I have a horrible sense of smell, it's still gotten to me though. Don't know how the people are working there all day. At first they could not understand what I wanted, partially probably my fault. When they finally did get it, it was made in a decent amount of time and I was sure glad to get out of there. Back to making my own coffee, oh the humanity.... and packing it in a thermos. read more

Driving from San Diego to Phoenix last night I was really in need of a Frappuccino, so stopped into this Starbucks for the first time. It's a nice store, staff were friendly, parking was fairly full. I ordered the Mocha Cookie Crumble which I've had many times in San Diego...Unfortunately I didn't try my drink until I was back on the road. I'm not sure what they did but the drink was horrible. It was extremely watered down. It literally was like a water drink with a touch of mocha powder. Word to the wise, always try your drink before you leave! read more

In imperial we don't have a Starbucks, besides the one in target. I usually don't like going there because it's target and I would probably spend every cent I have there. I will always go to this Starbucks and drive the extra miles. When I go to the one closer to my house I'm just not satisfied with my drink or service. I've tried the Starbucks on imperial avenue but that one is always crowded and they are always getting my order wrong. I noticed this one time where they put a lot of ice in my drink I asked her if she can take some ice off and the girl behind her made a face saying, "really??". They always make my coffee with love at this particular Starbucks and I know that if I do not like my drink they will change it without any hesitations or attitudes. The parking here can have its good and bad days. On its bad days I'll usually just park next door which is a hotel parking lot. read more

What I can't handle is when I'm looking at something and they tell me it doesn't exist, or it's "im-possible" or in this case, "we're not allowed to do that. I wanted a large iced coffee. There was a dispenser filled with large cups, and they supposedly make coffee there, but he refused to put the coffee into the cup. "We're not allowed to do that." Pardon me, but you have coffee, you have a cup, PUT THE COFFEE INTO THE CUP!!!!! I can't tell you how the coffee was, I couldn't get any. read more

Went to Starbucks with my family and had the worse experience going through the drive through and Teresa was working the window. We ordered our drinks and she kept messing up on our order and it took forever for her to get the order right on the screen and then when we picked up our drinks at the window she didn't have the right drinks made. read more

For a Starbucks, at an off time, when it was rather slow...the service was mediocre, as was my drink. It was also dirty, tables hadn't been wiped down...and the AC was barely working. I have only been here once, so maybe it was an off time...but compared to the one at Valley Plaza and Calexico, this unit left a lot to be desiered. read more
