If I could give zero stars, I would. I travel a lot, and Starbucks is always my go-to, so I've been to plenty of locations. This was probably one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a Starbucks. No greeting, no welcoming energy, and the way they took my order made me feel like I was bothering them just by being there. Really great experience at this Starbucks they took the time out of there day to fix something that was messed up I ordered these exact same drinks the first time and they were messed up the shift leader Elizabeth was really nice and caring about fixing them she told me just come in and she'll take care of the problem I came in this time. I actually went inside of the establishment. I did not go to the drive-through. The place was really clean nice not to many people inside all the workers had a smile they were putting out orders pretty fast as well very fast pace I can tell that they really enjoy doing what they do. 2 drinks, 20 min waiting in shop.... You tell me. I don't know how they work their orders but i saw so many drive through orders go by before my order was ready. From what it looked like, they split up there drive through orders and in shop walk in orders. So it would only make sense that they were super backed up with their in store orders and were pushing out drive through orders way faster. The husband and I hit up this Starbucks before hitting the road home from Imperial Valley. I needed my caffeine fix and was thrilled with this location provided exceptional customer service by remaking an unfinished, water-downed, warm green tea from the day prior. The barista at the drive-through window was super friendly and accommodating and we will definitely make it a point to stop here again when we are in the area. The drive-through is easy to access and my drink was made perfectly to my order. This has got to be the most maxed out Starbucks I have ever been to. There were seven people in line inside and eight cars in the drive-through. The parking lot was logged with vehicles trying to park and get out. Inside, the staff was visibly overwhelmed. Confusion about drinks, supplies missing, crumbs on tables, spilled coffee all over the place. I felt terrible for these folks. But they were still attentive and cordial to the customers. Definitely impressed by how clean the location and restrooms were. The drive through line was so long that we needed to stop in for our drinks. Using the app and ordering it made the whole process much quicker. The servers were kind and friendly. The drink was served quickly. I was driving back from Phoenix to San Diego and wanted a coffee, and I decided to use the Starbucks app to pre-order my drink. I got a little silly with it, getting a tall Americano in a grande cup with extra almond milk. When I arrived, the barista told me the milk cooled off the coffee. I said I didn't mind, but I took a sip and it was definitely colder than I thought it was gonna be. He offered to re-make it and this time steam the milk, and the next drink came out almost like a latte. This is probably the WORST coffee I've ever had at a Starbucks. I went through the drive thru to get better service, & yes it was quick & easy. I looked at my ice coffee with extra soy milk and 2 Stevia's the consistency looked GREAT. I drove away & took a BIG GULP and immediately wanted to throw up!!! Looked at this bottom of the cup notice curdled milk which explained the sour taste. I tried mixing it with the straw but No luck. I got off my car, took the coffee inside only to hear from the manager " I don't know why ALL our soy milk does that", I explained to her that I frequently( about 2times a day) get the same order yet this was the FIRST time it had ever tasted and looked that way.
