I use to go every Thursday to aspen and would make a stop at Edward's the elderly man that's always taking the orders just made my experience horrible every time I went it was something he had a attitude or couldn't hear the barista's are amazing always in a rush so I understand but I had ordered my drink n a cake pop but they were in a rush n I was too I got my drink never got the cake pop and I had to leave without the cake pop. read more

Waited 40 minutes until I asked for a refund, the staff was rude, refused to give me the customer service number saying I could look it up on my own time, and had a clear attitude about it. The worst experience in a Starbucks I've had, attempted to make a stop on the way to an event we were headed to, had about 25 minutes to spare, thought that would be no problem for 2 drinks but no. I had a 2 drink order not busy inside and I had to repeat my order 3 times before it made sense, on top of that waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks!! Had to leave without my order we ran out of time waiting so didn't even end up with our already paid for drinks. Not that it would've have mattered anyway because we noticed they made them wrong as we watched anyway.. left without our order. Worse Starbucks I have been in!! . the barista (April) tried to charge me for soy milk in my ice coffee when I told her there was no charge for soy milk she said yes there is I said no there is not she said yes there is I said no there is not then she said well sometimes!!! Yup it's a Starbucks, but it by far the friendliest, nicest Starbucks i have been to in a long time. I mean Starbucks employees are usually nice, but this staff went out of their way to start and continue conversations with you (not to the detriment of anyone else getting a beverage). It's good sized, easy to get to off the highway, bathroom is easily accessed thru the far door under the overhang, then out to the counter to order, cause, y'know, you really stopped here first for a pee break on your way back to Denver and second for some caffeine to get you back to Denver! If you're hoping to grab a cup of coffee before taking anyone to the surgery center then just forget it. It's a tight window of 6am opening and 5 minutes to the surgery center. 10 minutes to get a cold brew should be more than enough time. But, the employees there can't open on time. They will walk around and ignore you while you knock on the door after opening time and then tell you that they can't open because they aren't ready. Get it together and do your job! read more

Not good. They don't have any sweetener other than stevia (lousy) and real sugar. They don't have a station where you put In your milk or cream. They don't automatically give you a stirrer. High prices for lousy stuff. read more

I've been coming here about 3-4 times a week for the last few months. But for the last couple weeks my order has been consistently wrong. I put a mobile order in so I can grab it on my way to work,as I don't have too much time to go in and order. And literally every single time my drinks have been completely wrong. It's not even close to what I ordered. It's pretty frustrating as I cant really wait around for them to make me a new one. I'm just wasting my money on stuff I didn't want and or ask for. I went today to pick up my mobile order and there were 4 workers and about 4 customers in the store. All of the workers were too busy socializing and complaining about their work schedules to tend to the customers efficiently, and they would just stand there and turn in circles not doing anything. The girl with really short hair was the absolute worst with customer service and wouldn't stop talking to other workers to help people out even when others would at least try to talk to customers. read more

Ok, not sure if it's this location had special training on how to make their foam creamy instead of the texture of soap bubbles, but unlike every other Starbucks I've frequented, they've succeeded!! I can now say, I don't love Starbucks, except for this location. As, for the everything else, it's like the other locations, fairly rigid seating designed to make you feel welcomed, but not so comfortable, that you loiter all day; free wifi, quick service, weak coffee; even weaker chai lattes, and Luke warm drinks served, I'm assuming, for fear of a McDonald's style lawsuit. read more

Horrible service just now. Waited 20 minutes for a drink, many people that came in after me left with drinks before mine was ready. When I approached the barista and asked if my was up soon, she said it was sitting there in the blender. Then proceeded to walk away. I asked if she could put it in a cup so I could take it, she poured it and then set it next to the machine and started making someone else's drink. When I asked if I could have the drink she became rude and said she was busy. Unbelievable that someone who is so rude to customers is allowed to continue working in a customer service position. From the reviews, it looks like this location once had a friendly staff- but no more. The woman behind the desk actually complained about me out loud to another customer sitting at the desk- and all I'd done was ask if there was a non-dairy option for my drink. I was dumbfounded. I like to believe the best of people- and who knows what her life is like outside of work... But really, I've rarely encountered this level of rudeness.
