I come here a lot since it is right off 100 and right off of Vernon, too. They have a cool drive-thru gerbil tunnel, too. I am writing this review because on my recent visit with my son after snowboarding. He wanted a hot chocolate, the store was empty. We got the hot chocolate and split it into 2 cups (I knew he wasn't going to drink the whole thing). They were nice enough to put whipped cream in both cups. After only drinking a little bit, he wanted to take it in the car, stood up and dropped it on the floor - hot chocolate everywhere. The team member (maybe the manager?) was understanding and very nice to my son and asked if we wanted another. He made another for the road and served it with a smile. I was blown away by the quality service. read more

This was a very positive experience for me. The staff was nice. The food was prompt. They were quick to fix a mistake. It was very clean inside of the location. A very nice experience and I hope to go back. read more

The baristas were SUPER friendly! Service was fast and the food was good. I didn't get coffee this time, but I will the next. Bathrooms were a bit out of the way, but not too bad. I would go back again. It was close to a lot of things in the area. Great to grab an espresso before playing golf. There was also lots of seating for a small coffee shop. read more

Starbucks - Just water to drink - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Edina, Minnesota

Very clean and they are social distancing. Cool staff in the morning. Not crowded at all at 6:20 am. You can eat in here and tables are spread out due to the Covid-19 pandemic. read more

Starbucks - Sausage egg sandwich and frappe - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Edina, Minnesota

snarky barista. I was ordering thru their drive thru. there was a bad connection over the mic. I tried to tell her this several times instead, I got a "since you're not going to answer...." comment. Not ok. not coming back to this shop. read more

Accidently drove through without giving my order--[I wasn't having the best day] ---the barista was very rude--told me NO-Way could he take my order--- if I had been thinking, I would have said to him-- that he I'm sure always does everything right!! read more

I came to work next door. First time. I was surprised by the lime of cars at 6:50 AM. Then one hour later, the same amount of cars were in lane. One of my co workers, treat us with croissants from this Starbucks; it was buttery and warm with a piece of butter on the side. It was my first croissant ever from Starbucks and I was surprised by the quality it just melts in your mouth! read more

This has to be the slowest Starbucks of ALLLL time. Their drive through is painstakingly slow with zero sense of urgency. Every time I go, the wait is AT LEAST 10 mins. They have got to get some kind of system down. read more

I literally cannot function in the AM without caffine! Even after a few espresso shots at my house, I make a regular stop at this location to pick up some coffee for the commute into the office. Almost every AM that I go through the drive thru I am greeted by a perky Heidi on the intercom! OMG is per blood type Coffee? She is so cheerful and happy! It brings a joy to my day every time! I have on occasion gone in and sat in the back of their venue in their booths to do some work. This place is ALWAYS busy! They literally do not have enough tables sometimes. But the staff is always so friendly! It really does feel like a second home! read more

This is a pretty standard Starbucks with a friendly staff, crowded parking lot, and long drive through. If you can dodge the parking lot, it's fast to run in here, but seating is fairly tight and limited. If you want to linger, your probably better off in the Starbucks in the Jerry's about a block away. read more

I've been going to this Starbucks for a few months now with my Best Friend. And there is this one lady who works there who doesn't take caution when handing you things. She just seems like she's not in it for the actual working part of the job. She seems low and selfish, but other than her, the people at Starbucks are so sweet and loving! Definitely recommend! read more

I work from this Starbucks often and thoroughly enjoy this location as the staff is very nice and the service is always great! Look forward to many more espressos from here! read more

The worst customer experience. I walked in and ordered a drink and sat and waited for 20 minutes while every mobile order was fulfilled. How do they care so little about actual in person orders? read more

The service and coffee was delightful. I love that they have a good variety of choices. My favorite is the chocolate mocha. I also love that you can get a variety of flavored coffee grounds, which I've bought and tried at home. They are delicious. My favorite is the french roast. This place can be busy at times but not a big deal to me. read more

Always hustling & bustling at this location with great cross-section of community. Great service. Wish they had the clover-leaf.

This place is like a daycare center. They should charge rent to the tutors that run their businesses from this location. Shame on the staff for not saying anything. read more

Went through the drive through on Tuesday afternoon to pick up "one of" my usual drinks via the drive thru. Typically love the drive through and its many advantages- no dragging the kids out of the car when they've fallen asleep in this case. The espresso in the drink was bad and it didn't taste a thing like it usually should. I've had hits and misses at this location... now I'm questioning whether to go back again... ever. read more

If I was old enough to drink coffee I would not spend my money on Starbucks and spend my money on holiday holidays are much better but Heidi is a very good worker read more

This is the only Starbucks I will go to in Edina. They always are so happy and energetic no matter what time of the day I go. The team always goes above and beyond to ensure you are getting the best service possible...I have even seen them go as far as chasing customers out of the door to make sure their order is right if they think they may have forgotten an extra shot of espresso in it. Hands down the best service I have ever had at a Starbucks!! read more

Terrible experience. I ordered a grande peppermint hot chocolate but they only filled my cup half full. Wow this was really disappointing and set me off on the wrong foot today. read more

The drink was good, took a while since the group of workers were acting very unprofessional and loud, seemed like a group of friends who were joking around with their other friends ("customers"). They seemed to be all coworkers some off work. The workers were pranking each other making them drink awful drinks, one throwing up. Overall very childish and obnoxious atmosphere, seems mismanaged. read more

I was craving the new Midnight Mint Mocha Frap late last night. And since I needed to pick up my sister in law at the airport, this place was on the way and thank goodness they stay open until 11pm! Lucky me! Their drive thru "tunnel" is pretty cool too! Them being open and the delicious new frap really made my night. Considering it was 10:30pm, our barista had excellent customer service. She was very cheerful and boasted about the new drink. Glad we made a stop here! read more

I've been a regular at this location for years and like it a lot. I've always found the staff to be courteous, friendly and efficient. I wouldn't be put off by the negative comments of others. Individual experiences in these things vary. I buy from many different Starbucks and like this one a lot. read more

This is the best Starbucks I've been to, they love their regulars and great people kindly, they are happy and willing to fix any mistakes that were made great people and great environment! They sure know how to have fun while working efficiently. People complain about the noise and such but if that's a problem that's what a library is for! read more

Such a nice staff here! Heidi is the best. The always keep the drive-thru moving. Plenty of seating. Customer-centric attitudes from all employees! read more

This is the BEST Starbucks around! The coworkers have a blast and are so welcoming. I have become so close to almost all of them. They know their stuff about coffee and Heidi the Store manager is so attentive and kind. The coffee and food are always amazing and they are always pleased to make your drink the exact way you want it! read more

Consistent and quality service. The baristas are always extremely friendly and truly care about you. Would go so far as to say it's the best Starbucks in the state. read more

Entire staff more concerned with joking loudly and carrying on their conversations with each other than taking care of guests. Wonder if the owner knows how things are going down hill? Not coming back. read more

I was a usual at this store for years but unfortunately the ambiance and service has drastically decreased. It was bearable before they re-did the store because it was convenient. Now that it's remodeled it's cold and unwelcoming. The baristas used to be very warm and greet people by name but they are now unfriendly and downright rude. When I spoke with the manager about it she basically blew me off and recommended that I 'move on' from the situation. Well, I will move on - right to Dunn Brothers or Caribou. read more

Went through the drive thru which is 100% covered at this location, so that's a perk. The barista who was working the drive thru was rude and that's my reason for the 2 stars. I don't live in Edina, so it was my only experience at this location, and based off of one employee, they did not make a good first impression. As someone else stated in a review about this location, she acted as if I should be thanking and bowing down to her for handing me a sandwich and a latte. Good attitudes go a long way, baristas of the world. read more

PLEASE - do not start your morning out by getting your buzz from this place. they act like they are doing you a huge favor by allowing you to purchase some caffeine from them. no smiles, no "good mornings" - just a real downer. now that there's a starbuck's at Jerry's, do yourself a favor, stay in good mood and drive another 100 yards and get your fix there. read more
