Decided to stop on in and grab some coffee before I had a meeting to attend down the street. First impression entrance was nice and sleek with a modern touch. Very organized and clean going inside. I was impressed with the bright colors and art decor around the cafe. Good amount of spots to sit both tables and booths. The barista was cool and friendly. Drinks were very good and made just right. Prices were reasonable.

Dogwood is my go-to coffee place, their coffee has such a nice smooth flavor that I find hard to get at other places. I only ever get lattes because I love them so much! I am usually there around 7am on my way to work so service is usually quick since not many other people are there yet but I have seen the line get pretty long later in the day, especially on weekends. The shop itself is spacious with decent amount of seating and eye catching decorations. They also have current newspapers which I really enjoy, especially when there is a bit of a wait.

ol' reliable. You just can't ever go wrong. The pastries are ALWAYS* good. the vibe is new but not in a cold grey millennial way, just in a clean modern meets classic way. service is ALWAYS* good here, too.

Nice medium sized coffee shop offering a good place to work, hang out, and obviously have some great coffee. Their Bear Hug lattes were excellent. Service is fast and people are nice! Highly recommend.

Passion fruit cronut, chocolate croissant, cappuccino and smoked maple latte

Whoa this coffee shop was busy on a Sunday morning! There was a line of about 8-10 people ahead of me and we waited about 15-20 minutes to order. Definitely worth the wait because I loved my seasonal drink! I ordered the "camper latte" which was a smoked maple latte with oat milk and wow was it so unique! Never thought I'd like the taste of a smoky latte, it pairs perfectly with the deep flavors of the espresso. The passion fruit cronut was pretty good but I likely wouldn't get it again because of the price. Chocolate croissant was a hit! No parking lot but plenty of free parking spaces nearby, quite a lot of folks here with laptops doing work.

Friendly service, fantastic atmosphere, incredible espresso. I wanted to buy some beans and the barista talked through the best options for me and then helped me figure out the perfect drink for what I was in the mood for.

I have been wanting to get to Dogwood for a while after hearing such great things about it! I stuck with one of my favorite things to get at a coffee shop, the hot lavender latte and it was one of the best I have had in a while,. The perfect amount of foam and a silky texture from the milk, it was perfect! I will definitely be coming back. On top of that the place is cute, service was pretty fast once you ordered and there are quite a few places to sit!

Excellent customer service! I love the acknowledgment on the front door and the latte was phenomenal! Cute place to grab a pastry and coffee with great decor.

I recently visited Dogwood Coffee in South Minneapolis for a cozy winter day. Drinks/food: the drinks are what you would expect, typical coffee shop. The food menu is small. Not sure if it was the time of day i went but options were limited to a sandwich, cookies, and a few others. Parking- this is a down fall. You will need to park on the street and walk which can be difficult given the snow in the winter. Seating- this location does get busy. We were able to snag a booth. Overall typical coffee shop experience!

I found this place at the below link: https://www.foodandwine.com/coffee/best-coffee-roaster-every-state I'm guessing they meant the flagship location, but judging by the taste of their cold brew, they seem to be equivalent. Pretty hipstery, friendly and quick service.

Awesome coffee and wonderful vibe. I love the pastries they offer (they're from Marc Heu)

Love Dogwood!! The past few times I normally get the same thing, iced caramel latte. It never disappoints! This has become one of my go to places to work in a public space and not be cooped up inside every day working from home. There are booths, tables, and bar seating. All with accessible plugs. They also have sandwiches (I think on weekdays) and baked goods if you get hungry. Check it out for your daily coffee or sit and stay a while!

This shop invites us in just by the ambiance inside and out. The brewed medium roast is Columbian with hints of citrus according to the barista. Refreshing and unique! I also couldn't pass up their special--a Churro Cold Brew--which was just as delicious as it sounds. While I was at the counter, I noticed they had a Pop-Tart style pastry from a local baker, so I gave that a whirl too. It was super tasty and a nice touch to see them supporting other small businesses. Overall, everything I tried was really flavorful and enjoyable. That said, it's definitely on the pricier side. The staff was very friendly and easy to chat with, which added to the positive experience. Next time, I'll probably limit myself to just one or two items, but I'll definitely be back when I'm in the mood to treat myself.

The miso cortado was delicious and really stood out, and they have a great variety of specialty drinks. The service was also extremely kind and welcoming, which I genuinely appreciated. That said, the space didn't quite live up to the hype. The location felt a little unfinished. Minimal decor, unfinished flooring, and no truly cozy seating made it feel less like a place you'd want to settle into for a while. While they encourage people to linger and don't offer Wi-Fi (which I respect), the ambiance doesn't quite support that intention. It felt more like a quick in-and-out stop, even though that doesn't seem to be their goal. The atmosphere was chill, with vinyl records playing in the background, which was a nice touch. I just wish the overall design and seating matched that relaxed, stay-awhile vibe. Great coffee and kind staff, but the space itself didn't fully align with the experience I was hoping for.

They have a lot of super intriguing drinks that I can't wait to get back and try, but I had to have the black coffee for my first stop. They only do pour overs and mine was great. And so were the beans I took home. It's really nice to see a coffee shop that cares about their beans more than syrupy drinks. The shop itself is small but has some nice seating options. One thing to note is that they don't have WiFi so this place isn't really meant for the work from home crowd. I can't wait to get back here

It was a bit of decision fatigue before finally landing on our order. I tried the bananarama chai and my friend had their lychee matcha. The matcha almost tasted completely fruity with no actual matcha taste, to the point where it came off more like a smoothie or juice than a caffeinated drink. My chai wasn't bad, but I didn't get much of the banana flavor. The space itself has a few tables and there is free WiFi as well. They always announce new seasonal drinks so I may come back if anything catches my eye.
