Great coffee shop right by Minnehaha falls!! The coffee does tend to be sweet, but a great option if you're into that. The service was good and quick. Vibes inside were good, but would rather take the drink to go and enjoy at the park! We got the viet coffee which was great and not too sweet!
Service was fine Cute and small and inviting Ordered smoothie which was good but not sure of ingredients as it wasn't posted. Tasted really sweet so not sure if it was fresh ingredients or packaged? Then ordered small sausage burrito for $6.50. It was definitely small but because it was very tastyI was okay. Again not sure if these are packaged and then toasted. I really want them to be homemade. They were very similar to Red's Organic chicken burritos. I came here to walk to Minnehaha Falls which it is closeby
Such a wide variety of options! Their menu is huge and they have so many fun drinks I've never heard of. I tried the churro latte with half the flavoring and really liked it! The cold foam was kind of chunky which I wasn't a fan of, but the flavor was great. Parking was tough, I ended up parking a few blocks away because it was so busy. There were a lot of people inside but they were quick to make the drinks. It has nice atmosphere and is decorated, but small. They had little gem stickers you could decorate your coffee cup with which was fun, but they didn't stick well due to the condensation.
We found this coffee place next to the Minnehaha Falls and we loved it! Its decorated right now with Harry Potter inspiration and we are fans so it was perfect! The drinks were delicious and the bites too (we tried a few of their muffins and sooo yummy). Our favorite coffee was the Luna's Dream The staff were sweet and friendly!
I really wanted to love the drinks here as I always see people going here on social media. I recently seen that they have Harry Potter themed drinks and wanted to check it out. I ended getting the Pink Pony Matcha and the three broomsticks brew, my mom got the lionheart latte and a hot chocolate for my little cousin. The matcha was a bit hard to drink, very sweet and a bit artificial tasting with all the syrup. The broomstick brew and lionheart were good to me but my mom didn't like how overly sweet the lionheart latte was. There were only 2 people working and it was consistently busy. They did well keeping up. We didn't have to wait too long for drinks. It is a smaller coffee shop and was fairly busy on a Sunday around noon, so not ideal for groups or needing to stay/sit for long periods. Parking can also be a bit challenging in this area as there's a bit of restrictions. Would be cool if they did coffee flights.
I stopped by to try their special drinks. I got the Matchmaker Matcha and it was okay. The matcha flavor wasn't as strong as I would've like it to be. It was busy so I had to wait a little bit to get my drink which was fine. It's hard to find parking because it's only street parking and it was busy. I was lucky to find a spot after circling around. I would love to come back and try a different drink. The staff were friendly and efficient.
This was my second time at falls coffee. The drinks are really unique and they have soooo many options. I love how much sunlight this coffee shop gets and it's always really clean. This specific time I came in, I came for the Harry Potter themed drinks. I came on a Sunday morning so it was fairly busy. It took about 15 minutes in line before we ordered and then once we ordered we waited another 30 minutes for our 2 drinks and a burrito. We noticed the 3 girls ahead of us had already finished their drinks! Finally I went up to the bar and asked if our drinks were on the way when the barista responded with "yeah we're really busy they're coming" and I was like no I totally know you're busy but that's why I've waited so long to say something but there are a bunch of people that are getting their orders that ordered way after us. She informs me that our order never went through their system and asked what I had with an apology, then I told her what we ordered. I sat back down and hoped they were making the drinks next. They came out within 10 minutes but then they almost forgot about the burrito I ordered. Overall, I wish I would have been offered more than just an apology. I sat in this coffee shop for almost an hour for 2 drinks and a heated up burrito. I live in the south metro and so coming up to the city for a coffee is always a fun adventure. This one was not. I feel like I didn't even enjoy my coffee because I had been waiting so long for it that I drank it all in 5 minutes on the drive home. Maybe just don't come here on a weekend if you're in a time crunch!
Such a cute coffee shop with really friendly service. They had so many options that it was difficult to choose. Really fair prices for how fun & extravagant their flavors are. No bad choices
Love their drinks - probably the most fun Cafe menu in the cities! You can grab a beverage and take a stroll by the nearby waterfalls. Prices are fair for what you get! Food menu looks great too. Some seating inside. Service can be slower but the drinks are elaborate, so it's fair! Overall a place I bring guest who are in town for a TASTY drink!
Would actually give them 4.5 stars! Location by Minehaha falls is awesome and they have an incredible menu of fun drinks with seasonal specials too. The drinks fall on the sweeter more dessert side but very good nonetheless.
Falls coffee is kind of a little hidden place. If you didn't know about it beforehand, you might never notice it. The interior is nice, I believe they have a big garage type door that they open sometimes and I think it would be a great place to work! Pretty quiet and not super crowded. I appreciate that they offer food items and LOTS of options for different drinks. I've never had something from here that I disliked. This time I had the strawberry shortcake matcha (on their summer specialty menu) and I really liked it! I felt like the foam wasn't overly sweet and the matcha didn't taste watered down. I've also had their ube coffee and I loved it. The only thing I have a complaint about is there is a worked who doesn't really speak or interact with you... Even as they taking your order. I always feel shy because it doesn't really seem like they want to be taking my order at all. I used to work in a similar type of place so I understand that when you're really busy, its hard to keep a really positive attitude the whole time but, I've never seen it unbearably busy in there. I do appreciate how they'll bring your drinks to you sometimes and that everything comes out at a good pace. Overall I will continue to come here and I love their fun drinks!
Stumbled across Falls Coffee on my lunch break as my normal coffee joint closed down early & I simply googled search nearest coffee shop. The shop is slightly hidden and is not visible off any street as it's attached to an apartment complex. I loved the inside of the shop as it has all glass storefront so was very bright & welcoming. The iced latte I had was good I was just bummed with how long it took to make. There was only one other person who ordered one drink and I waited for about 10-15 minutes.
Falls Coffee is seriously one of MY FAVORITE coffee spots in Minneapolis. Their COFFEE NEVER MISSES and everything I've tried has been so good. I love how many sweet and fun drinks they have!! There's always something new to try, which honestly keeps me coming back all the time. Harry Potter themed drinks might have been my favorite of 2025! The staff is always super nice and welcoming, and they're great about answering questions or helping you pick a drink if you're unsure. You can tell they actually care. The new Valentines Day Drinks are FIREEE and I will be going back. I also really love how much Falls Coffee supports the community... it makes the whole place feel warm and genuine in this world that we live in atm. If you're looking for a Minneapolis coffee shop with amazing drinks, friendly people, and good vibes all around, Falls Coffee is a must!!!!

The skol was strong and sweet, but didn't exactly taste like ube. The strawberry shortcake matcha is a nice sweet treat. There was something in the bottom-maybe freeze dried fruit. Cold fashioned-top half was good,but the bottom of the drink had a bitter , orange-rind flavor. A bit busy inside during the art fair on a summer Sunday afternoon . read more

Conveniently located near Minnehaha falls and there's some street parking available as well. My friend and I have been wanting to try Falls coffee for a while and we finally found the opportunity to check it out. We came around 1pm on a weekday and there was a bit of a wait as it was only one person making drinks and serving customers. They have an extensive menu with so many specialty drinks. It was a bit of decision fatigue before finally landing on our order. I tried the bananarama chai and my friend had their lychee matcha. The matcha almost tasted completely fruity with no actual matcha taste, to the point where it came off more like a smoothie or juice than a caffeinated drink. My chai wasn't bad, but I didn't get much of the banana flavor. The space itself has a few tables and there is free WiFi as well. They always announce new seasonal drinks so I may come back if anything catches my eye. read more

I love how they have all different speciality lattes depending on the season or holidays. Every time I have went there has been a line, so be prepared to wait just because it busy on the weekends. They also have baked goods as well that are for purchase. There is seating inside and there is street parking. read more

I had a great time at Falls Coffee. There is a nearby parking lot that I parked in as there is not much street parking available. I went early Saturday morning with a friend and was happy to get there early. By 10 am Falls Coffee was packed with people and it was hard for others to find a spot to sit. I really loved all of their seasonal options and I appreciated the assortment of different food and drink options they offered. I did not try any of the food they sold but I am looking forward to trying some the next time I visit. I ordered one of the valentines drinks and really enjoyed it. I did ask for it to be less sweet and the staff was very accommodating. I am looking forward to trying more of their drinks. read more
Falls Coffee is a nice coffee shop tucked inside an apartment building that has nice windows with natural light. The service was good and I ordered a Banana Bliss Matcha which had a strong matcha tast. I fell in love with the Blueberry Chai which was sweet and delicious. read more

Cute little chill spot near the falls. Def worth stopping by if you are in the area! Nice place to relax or you can take your coffee on the go. ;) They have a huge menu to choose from: coffee, smoothies, food, etc! I really think their house specials stand out. They offer ube, rose, strawberry, lavender, and the list goes on. I def want to try everything on the menu! I ordered the crème brûlée iced latte and it was super yummy. Not too sweet at all. So excited to try the other coffee drinks in the future. :D The service was great! Sweet barista and the drinks came out quickly. read more

Cute spot to grab a coffee on your way to the falls! Some friends and I got iced coffees to go and they were all great. I got the skol drink (has ube) and it was delicious, just be aware that it does stain your mouth a tiny bit purple! Service was super quick and friendly, I'll definitely stop back in before my next trip to the falls! read more

they offer so many fun flavors i couldn't decide so I got 2! i went for their valentines flavors but will be coming back for their specialty flavors as well. the cream cheese cold foam was my favorite. The service was great and the ambiance was very relaxing. read more

Stopped into Falls Coffee quick before hitting the road, really great first impression! Baristas were friendly and helpful, they use Folly coffee and sell they're blends. They had a great selection of baked goods and snacks, we really enjoyed the lemon poppyseed and raspberry muffins. We also got an au lait and a vanilla latte, both delicious and thankfully not too sweet with the flavoring. I could clearly taste the espresso which was a pleasant surprise. It's not a huge space but it's open and very comfortable, I definitely think this would be a relaxing work spot. I'm excited to come back and try more! read more
