I'm not a regular at this Starbucks location, and for good reason. Each time it seems like there's an issue. This time they did not out the top of a ventilator drink on properly, and guess where it landed. All over my oants, and worse yet, all over my vented car seat. (Even elephant car wash folks, who are crazy good, can't make that disappear entirely. And to boot... I'm tired of not hearing "thank you" when I've just spent that much money for a stinking' coffee drink. (May I recommend Dew Point down the street? They are super sweet!!) read more

Ordered a venti americano with 6 shots of espresso and 4 shots of sugar-free vanilla and the bacon sous vide egg bites. The egg bites came out fine, but the coffee had no vanilla in it, very disappointed since it costed extra and ruined overall taste of the americano. We've had no major problems here before, but it even said on the order tag that the 4 shots of sugar free vanilla were included. :( read more

There's a supervisor by the name Michaela. Now I'm a regular and see her almost everyday and sees the way she operates and I honestly gotta say. She is not fit to be in the position, the way she talks to her employees is straight up disrespectful, her leadership and teamwork are negligent and careless. This Starbucks really let me down. Every year we host a breakfast for the board of directors. Left year I stopped at this location to order box coffee to go and although they were polite, they asked that I call ahead next time. I placed the order 24 hours ahead of time and reserved it for 30 minutes before I needed it. When I arrived they had FORGOTTEN to make it. "Sorry it's been a rough morning!" and a 10% discount is all I got. Trust me when I tell you. My boss doesn't care. Now I'm going to be late for three meeting. They said 5 minutes. It's been 12. All you make is coffee. EVERY DAY! And you blew this one and got me on allot of trouble and embarrassed my boss and or company. read more

I have been to this location twice now and both times I have had serious concerns about the cleanliness behind the counter. Spilled milk and syrups that are not wiped or cleaned up. On my first visit they spilled soy milk into the nonfat milk container and gave me attitude when I asked for a new drink to be made with a cleaned carafe. They also placed my food bag into a puddle of water and milk and I made them replace that. I only went here today because the Safeway Starbucks had a broken machine, and usually I go down to Fife in the mornings. Update: I went here again today and I hate to say that the cleanliness is still a bit lacking. I have seen it worse but I am posting a picture which shows the milk and water all over the counters and the rag to clean up with is sitting in a tray with milk and water. None of the other Starbucks locations I have been to seem to have this problem and I see them often wipe the counters and rinse their rag before putting it back in the tray read more

I'm not sure if I'm still upset or if I should just laugh, but I just had the most abrasive drive through experience at this Starbucks. We stopped here on the way home from the gym to grab a few sandwiches and the barista at the drive up window (Chelsea) would just not... stop talking in spite of several subtle and not so subtle (but nice) social cues from us to do so. I recently was laid off from my job and had to move back home as an interim step on the way to whatever is next for me, and she just couldn't find it funnier that my day was just getting started in the afternoon. Super awkward and honestly a bit rude. Just couldn't feel more put off by how she wouldn't leave it alone. Won't be back to this location. I'm not even an avid yelp reviewer, but it was a striking enough negative experience that I thought I'd leave a note. read more

They are friendly here but goodness service is slow! We were in the drive through for over 30 minutes with 5 cars ahead of us. Even with that, I was given the wrong drink...I order my drink with coconut milk and got regular milk instead. My stomach was definitely not happy with me. read more

So excited that there is a Starbucks Drive-thru here in the Edgewood area. The staff is friendly and seem to be happy they are there too. They made my vanilla latte perfect. I really like the design of the store. The drive-thru is huge and there is plenty of parking. There is good seating here too. Easy to get to. My barista was so nice and recommended a chestnut praline next time I'm in. There will be a lot of next times. read more

This is the 3rd drink to send me to the hospital, first two times they used coconut milk instead of almond, given I'm highly allergic to coconut you can only imagine the pain and discomfort... this time whole milk and although I'm not having an allergic reaction I do NOT consume dairy because of the intense affect it has on my delicate system. When I called to talk the the "manager" Amy stated she did not have to give me her name (after she said it) and then followed up with how this must "suck" and she'll talk to the baristas... no accountability, no care, no more Starbucks!!! My friend and I had planned to study here weekly throughout the year but the two times we've been there are flies everywhere and keep landing on us. It's also soooo cold. When I asked them if they could do anything the girl who I think might be a shift lead just said that it was the way it is. She also spoke negatively about coworkers and we could hear. This must be the noisiest Starbucks I've ever visited. Every couple of minutes, someone behind the counter would slam some metal container or something so hard, the super loud, piercing noise would fill the cafe. I actually got a headache from​ it. It's a nice looking place, but I'll never visit it again. It was difficult to carry on a conversation, so we left early. They had the same ordinary coffee at gourmet prices they have in every other branch. At least they're consistent in that respect. read more

Normally I love Starbucks but this one is mediocre. I work in the same parking lot at the taco time so it's very convenient for me to get coffee here but unfortunately they take a very long time and more often than not mess up my very simple white chocolate peppermint mocha with no whip cream. Although they are always willing to fix their mistake it gets very tiring going twice in one day and not being able to enjoy my coffee the first time around. The wait time is pretty bad for a coffee stand and the whole point of a drive thru is to be quick. The staff is always kind but sometimes they don't answer the intercom and by the time they do it's already been a few minutes. I will continue to go and hopefully it will get better! read more

I love this store, the baristas in there are so friendly and I just get along with all of them. Only complaint would be that every once in a while I need napkins in order to keep my drinks from over flowing. The manager Rachel seems to be a great boss who runs the store very well. I just want to say this is the friendliest Starbucks around. The staff knows me by name and knows my order. I just want to say to the guy that complained about Chelsea, she is the sweetest barista and always ask how my day is going. Really, everyone here is great. Their attitude and great customer service keep bringing me back. Even when the make a mistake with my order they are very apologetic and take care of it right away. This Starbucks may be new and fancy looking but after going here multiple times, they have NEVER got my order right (my order is not at all complicated) or it's technically right but they've done something to not make it correctly so it tastes off. I'll stick with the coffee stand across the street that's more local if I'm looking for coffee in Edgewood. read more
