A drive through here is diabolical, it's usually so long and people can't drive so the lot is usually a bit of a mess. The drinks are fine. The staff...ehh ehh . Ouu Julie was a nice barista..she was great. The location is very busy but pretty clean. I go here all the time when I'm too lazy to deal with the one over the bridge. read more

This location is always filthy and unkept. The order ahead is always unavailable despite the store and drive thru being empty. The counters are dirty and never have napkins in dispenser. The outside is a mess as well. Garbage everywhere. Certain employees are rude and unprofessional. The drinks are never made correctly. read more

Hit or miss here, sometimes the drinks are amazing, othertimes they need work. Same w waiting times, understandable though, as you can visibly see they r understaffed. Basically the vibe of any corporate chain store read more

I had a really bad experience here because of an employee named Anny. She had no customer etiquette and was very rude the entire time. When I asked a simple question, she responded with an attitude. I ordered a lot of food for my and my kids and I didn't see my falafel sandwich. I pull back around and told her that I didn't see it in the bag and she eventually found it but yelled at me and said. "WHAT IS THIS THEN" I honestly didn't see it in the bag and was also preoccupied with my kids. My kids got scared when she started yelling. I tried to talk to the supervisor but he was not willing to help me and was being very passive aggressive. 0/10 experience and someone should do something about her. read more

This store use to be so good now rude service dirty and the staff don't even care will never come to this location again

Brian is awesomeeee. Always happy to see him in the mornings delicious drinks. I'm happy to come here every day before work.

The app was excellent since there was no need to wait and the refreshers and food were great too. Should stop by during morning hours. 5/5 read more

Starbucks - Mango Dragonfruit Refresher - Coffee & Tea Near Me - East Meadow, New York

Walked in to order and they all just looked at me ? Then after a few minutes they finally acknowledged me? Coffee is average at best

I love this Starbucks because it has the drive through option. Even when I do a walk in order or a pick up order everyone is nice. They are fast, i never wait long for my drink, and the baristas are so friendly. read more

Easy to order and come pick up or even order at the register. Friendly staff. Usually quick when I come to this location. Easy enough to find parking. Pay attention to the hours given the pandemic.. many locations close early. read more

Pretty standard setup here...not much to report. As usual, Starbucks puts more effort into moving the drive-thru line than the people waiting inside which is something to consider when visiting. I have had good luck with ordering on the app and picking it up...less people to speak to that way :/ read more

Not my usual Starbucks but drink usually is good. I come here occasionally when I'm in the area. They have a few seats and tables not a large study/work area. Has a drive through which is always convenient. I usually mobile order and usually there's no wait. read more

Had a lovely experience, with a warm smile . William from the East meadow location is so amazing & kind! Definitely will return back

Im surprise this Starbucks only has 3 stars currently. This is my favorite Starbucks. I usually order frappuccino from them and it comes out amanzing everytime. This apot has made my drinks the best and this comparing other stores in queens and LI. Most people working here look young, which may be why I feel that the service is very fast. The drive thru line is always looong but it actually moves fast. I think usually takes alil less than 8 minutes for me to get my drinks. Was very impressed. I def recommend this spot. Service is freindly and drinks are on point! read more

I don't care for this particular location at all they are so rude and non-responsive to customers and it's a 50/50 chance still actually get your order right. Starbucks locations are like 7-Elevens if one is bad you can go around the corner to the next one which I strongly suggest people do. The LEVITTOWN LOCATION is AMAZING. People in the Levittown location are cordial, respectful, and are genuinely and generally happy to be there. read more

Oh coffee, how I love thee. I would be nothing without you. Blonde flat whites have changed my life and this location is my second go to when I need an afternoon pick me up. The baristas are all friendly and very quick, which is huge since I'm super busy...but who isn't in NY?? read more

Starbucks - Cold Foam Iced Blonde Cappuccino is the bomb! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - East Meadow, New York

Hard pass from me, noisy dirty, rushed incorrect orders throughout the visit all around. Angry baristas, get them a union please!

Easily one of the best Starbucks on Long Island. Coffee is always as fresh as it gets. Team is friendly and hardworking. Their location gives them customers not only from the high school, the hospital, local traffic and people in the area. They have a lot of orders constantly 7 days a week and are working non stop. Im not one to get on here and write reviews often but this particular location definitely deserves the credit! read more

Been amazing forever. Today I'm handed paper towels bc the new staff member couldn't find napkins. Really? No fork/ knife, napkins. This is basic for a food/ drink at a "food food" restaurant- Drive thru. There's no line, no crowd please retrain staff to ensure we meet basic need. Will go to the coffee store by my home from now on. These things can affect the day! Also the potential for me to get something bc you have me pager towels for cleaning ( staff) and not a clean closed napkin dispenser increases my risk. read more

This Starbucks is relatively new. It has a younger group of baristas and staff. Sometimes this location has a lot of high energy and isn't very settled. Between the young crowd is attracts and the staff it can feel like there's a lot of commotion. Aesthetic-wise it looks great. Very modern. It has a drive through. The bathrooms and tables are clean. Is very.... Bright. My favorite drinks: Vanilla blonde latte with almond milk (iced) Iced matcha w/ almond milk Cold brew Mint majesty tea I recommend: Coming here when it's not busy so you can truly enjoy it. Come before school lets out or after 7 read more

Always consistent. They are precise with your customized order. Drinks are always fresh and hot.

Nice service awesome brownies i can totally recommend this place awesome although not too many seats

I never really have a problem here. My orders are always correct and tastes good! Yes, sometimes I'm not greeted right away upon arriving, it's super busy, I get it. My wait time has never been too long. As long as my drinks are correct and tastes good I'll always return. read more

East Meadow had a Starbucks years ago but it closed maybe due to too many Dunkin Donuts and 7-elevens on every block in EM. Anyway it's a Starbucks and this is my obligatory Starbucks review. Looking forward to hundreds of more reviews of another cookie cutter Starbucks. read more

Their dessert cabinet is filled with flies. It's disgusting. Makes me not want to order anything to eat or drink in this place.

Good news: No wait and drinks taste good. Bad news: Ear blasting music with obscenities. Not a place to bring my kids. Or to do work. Next! read more

It's a great establishment but when I went through the drive-thru with my E-trike, the kid that was working the drive-thru said in the future they can't serve me in the Drive-Thru. The workers at this Starbucks make my morning every single morning with their kindness no matter how early it is. They are always pleasant and helpful. I had difficulty using the App when going through the drive thru and they were so patient and made sure i got it going. They are not only patient but also efficient. I downloaded Yelp just to give them this review because they truly deserve it. The worst Starbucks Employees Yet! Waiting 35 minutes in the drive through online during this Pandemic. Gave my order, girl repeated it, pulled up and heard her yelling come back. Can't back up in a drive through. Get to window and the girl says I have to go back online she didn't get my order! Ask for Supervisor. Here comes Allison who says nope for back to end of line it will take to long to make my coffee and people are waiting! Really how about the 35 minutes I waited! read more

I come here every morning and with the exception of two people it's safe to say I've never met a more lukewarm group of employees. I get it - it's early in the morning, but you'd think if you see a person every single morning you'd naturally evolve a cordial relationship. Not here. Rocks with eyes, probably the best way to describe the staff. I walked in the first day they revealed the new Xmas stuff and made a comment about the holidays coming and was greeted with an employee staring at me like a dog being shown a card trick. Not at all welcoming.... might be time to move on. read more
