The staff is so rude at this store. My office orders coffee here for the whole staff sometimes and the baristas make it seem like we're an inconvenience to them. And half of the time they don't get our orders right. 1/5 times that I go here there's a barista that's nice but the other 4/5 times everyone is so rude. read more

The service was slow. There was an issue with my daughter's drink and they refused to fix it. The girl that helped with the order was border line rude in handling the issue and when the shift leader came to address the issue he refused as well. We have ordered the same drink in Anderson and also the other Easley stores and we have never had an issue. This is by far the worst Starbucks and we won't be going back. read more

Stopped by Starbucks while out shopping, and used the app to order online. I'm not really a coffee drinker, so I ordered a hot chocolate for in store pick up. It's a nice store with wifi and plenty of tables and chairs. They sell coffee to take home, pastries, muffins and sandwiches .The servers were friendly, but they do a lot of business. Service was a little slow, when my hot chocolate was ready, the young lady that made it just placed it on the pickup counter, and didn't call out a name or anything. I finally asked her then she asked my name. A nice place to chill out if you have the time. read more

Drinks don't fill the cup, asked for venti matcha latte and foam was 1/4 of the cup too much ice and the matcha was not strong flavor. It tasted like sugared milk. Please get better at making drinks. There is always a huge line in the mornings read more

I go to multiple Starbucks to do school work during my week and this location is my absolute favorite. The employees always have a great attitude and even when it's so so busy they greet you with a smile and a "hey! how are you!" as you walk in. My drink is always amazing!! The manager called POLICE on me!!! Ok, so your thinking well there was obviously a good reason for the manager to call police right? Well here is the story: I work as a Expedited Freight carrier and deliver expedited freight in a 1/4 ton cargo van anywhere across the continental U.S. and obviously COFFEE is a STAPLE of my morning diet/routine. I arrived at this Starbucks in Easley, S.C location at approx. 7:30am and parked in the front of the building, next to the outside eating area, and after purchasing my $13.00 breakfast sandwich and coffee while also being the first to leave a tip in the tip jar, joking with the barista for "getting the tip jar off to a good start", I retreated to my van to eat my food and use their free WI-FI, when less then 20 minutes later, I have a pair of Easley's FINEST tapping on my window and telling me they received a call of a "Suspicious Van" and questioned me and then ran my license and tag. After explaining that I had only been in the lot less then a half hour and still sipping my very hot coffee they said I should leave the parking lot and park at Walmart which I must confess aggravated me since I am already in a PARKING LOT and using the WiFi at the place I was just a PAYING CUSTOMER at! Well long story short I went inside after the unpleasant police left, to ask the manager if they honestly just called police on me after I just bought food and drink there and even left the first darn tip and he snidely remarked that the van was "BIG" and "Looked Suspicious" which I then asked WHY he could not have just talked to me rather then calling police on a paying customer and regular Starbucks patron? He again just like a true scumbag said " I looked suspicious" and said "sorry" very insincerely and obviously being a jerk for NO obvious reason! I then got back in my van and called STARBUCKS CORPORATE OFFICE to state my obvious aggravation and now ANGER and even the person I spoke with at the corporate office was shocked and amazed at my unfortunate experience and was told the regional manager will be calling me within 24hours. I was given a respectable credit on my Starbucks card and altho I am a bit shaken and mildly fearful to return to this particular Starbucks location, I still need to have my daily "Fix" and will not let this LOSER, nerdy little punk manager ruin my day but want my TRUE STORY to be heard. Shame on this poor excuse for a manager! I was a manager at a Wendy's for 5 years and NEVER once called police on ANY customer even under circumstances that possibly warranted a call and handled or defused all situations like a professional manager for a multi-million dollar company is supposed to and not potentially lose a customer or bring negative attention to the brand. This poorly trained manager honestly needs to be retrained or maybe would make a better Dishwasher, angry DMV worker or a Policeman instead!? read more

They will cheat you on the amount of coffee they give you. I always get a grande and everytime I open the cup, the drink reaches an inch (sometimes more) below the cup. The cup doesn't feel full and even after I requested it's to be filled to the rim, I still get cheated. Every other starbucks is superb and I never had issues until this one. read more

On a cold and rainy night in Easley, SC, my daughter and I decided to stop into Starbucks for a hot coffee beverage. I have been to Starbucks half a dozen times in my life. My main take away was that the drinks were either too bitter or sweet for my taste. The decor is great at this location. It feels like you're in the place to be. We had a lot of drinks to choose from but chose pretty readily. I ordered a hot butterscotch latte. The barista asked about my taste. From my reply, she said she would use one shot of syrup instead of two in my drink. It was tasty and the right amount of sweetness for my palate. My daughter loved her caramel macchiato, as well. Great job with the drinks. The place had a fairly steady stream of customers, but it was not overcrowded or uncomfortable. Speaking of comfortable, we took the two comfy chairs at the front. The two of us were enjoying our drinks, talking to each other, and I was leisurely writing on my laptop. I was feeling pretty inspired, which I think was mostly to do with the change of environment. We were appreciating this visit tremendously. Before long, a woman sat beside me and started talking to us. We started talking about the coffee and the location. We talked about a variety of subjects. Before we knew it, it was about closing time and we'd conversed for hours! Before we parted ways, we exchanged phone numbers, so that we could keep in touch and go for coffee again sometime. How many places do you think you will get a hot beverage and come away with the bonus of friendship. I cannot wait to go again. read more

Well, so far I've had this Starbucks in my life for about 1&1/2 years to 2years and I love It! Whether I drive thru or go inside each and everyone of your Baristas are so delightful. I've always had the Carmel Maciado with 2 shots and the child's temperature and hands down they haven't gotten it wrong yet. I did venture out of my comfort zone and tried the Pumpkin Spice latte at the Managers advice and it was a little heavy for me but she offered to add a little extra skim milk and it was wonderful Your food is really great always hot when needed but my true love is the Oatmeal! Can't wait for the summer time and your bountiful collection of tea. Thanks for building in Easley!!! PS. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Waited around 15 min for a drink order after arriving at the time we were told everything would be ready. Their app gives you a time. So I come and stand quietly. I could tell they were busy. Someone from Uber was picking up 10 drinks at once, so I didn't want to ask a lot of questions in the middle of that chaos. The place starts filling up with people because they start getting badly behind. Then I notice two things: they are serving people in the car line without a hitch while now 10 people are waiting inside. And then I notice a walk-in person gets served first, ahead of me when I'd already been there a while. Meanwhile, I've sat down and so has another lady because we've been standing around now for more than 10 minutes. And this person behind the counter hollers out "the tables are closed because of Covid." Last time I checked you don't spread Covid by sitting on a chair with your mask on while waiting. After the walk-in folks exit with their stuff, I walked up to the counter and asked about my order. "Oh it's right here. We put everything back here because of Covid." Like, WHAT!? She'd been calling out names before that and there was no sign saying you had to ask for your stuff special if you'd used their app. No apology. No nothing. The people who work here need training on basic communication and logic when it comes to handling an increasingly large, growing and dissatisfied crowd. While Starbucks products are in high demand and delicious...this is quite possibly the SLOWEST Staff I have ever encountered at such an establishment. In the last week; Drive-Thru wait time was 15+ minutes. At one point (on another occasion) my wife and I went inside to see if the service was any different and we unfortunately stood around in the seating area for a comparable amount of time. This has to be my favorite place to stop for coffee. I am here at least twice a week. I would come more often but I travel with my job and I'm only in the area on the weekends. sometimes I have to go to work at 6 AM in the morning. And I would like some coffee. I know Starbucks opens at 5:30 in the morning and I pass it every morning when I go to work. And every morning when I pull in when they are open I try to go through the drive-through to get coffee. First couple times I enjoyed the coffee in the people are nice. Then this past week every time I come through in the mornings after they have opened I am sitting there in the drive-through waiting for them to take my order and I'll be waiting for about 10 minutes and no one will say anything (I time it because I do have work I need to get to). This making me late to work with out a coffee. it seems they don't care to serve their morning customers. It's like they know I'm there but they wait for me to go away so they don't have to deal with a costumer as soon as they open. Coyote coffee opens at 6am in the morning. I would go there if they opened earlier. I'm sure they would actually take my order. Instead of sitting there waiting for me to drive off. read more
