I really enjoyed my visit to Summer Moon! I got the Cinnamon Latte, Half Moon, and it was delicious...perfectly sweet with a good cinnamon flavor. The ambiance was really nice too! This place is nice. The parking lot if crowded because it's small and the drive thru is also right by it. The staff is friendly and helpful. I got the frozen hot chocolate and it was good. I would pass on their food options. I got their ham and cheese pocket and was surprised that it was almost $6. It was flat and greasy and gross. I was happy with the atmosphere! read more

Friendly service and delicious "oak roasted" coffee. I tried the iced Autumn Moon latte and it didn't disappoint. Inside, there's plenty of seating; tables, couches, chairs, and counters and bar stools facing the windows. Beautiful place with a ton of planning to make it right. Even though the pricing is more than Starbucks I have continued to stop by every few months ...AND the staff smile but they are clearly on their phones all the time. In the middle of my order was the latest experience. They have gotten my order wrong more than half the time I have been in here. Today's stale blueberry "minus" muffin (very few blueberries) another reason why I don't come here but once every few months. Reminds me of the scene from Casino with Robert Deniro, except at least the Casino muffins were fresh. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience at Summer Moon. I went through the drive-thru and they asked me to wait for a minute but it ended up being a 10 minute wait before anyone came back to take my order. I don't mind waiting a minute, but that's a bit ridiculous for a drive thru when there was only one other car ahead of me. The outside of the coffee cups were filthy. The vanilla latte I ordered wasn't good and had no vanilla in it. The mocha latte wasn't much better. read more

I had a fantastic experience today here. Came in to do some work and enjoy a nice environment. The coffee was excellent, I received fantastic service from Price and the other staff members. I was given great recommendations for drinks. The WiFi is fast and stable. The seating array and overall atmosphere is comfortable and very homey. The bathroom was clean. The music was at just the right volume and I was asked a few time if I was doing ok (I was doing work for a while lol). Thank you for your hospitality and quality of service. I will be back! I love the matcha. The moon milk makes it taste different than starbucks or anything. The atmosphere inside is super cozy for a coffee shop. I love the drive-through feature. You don't get that with the other coffee shop besides Starbucks. It is on the pricier side. the service is always friendly however, it does take a little bit for coffee when you are inside the drive-through is OK but I have seen faster add other chains. I love this addition to the Simpsonville area. I even bought a candle from there! read more

I've been here twice so far. I've ordered a cold brew coffee and a regular drip coffee. The cold brew was pretty good. The moon milk is a must try. It's a house made sweet cream. I asked for very light moon milk in my iced coffee, because I don't like a lot of cream in my coffee. There was a tad bit too much in my coffee, but it still tasted good. The coffee is wood fire roasted so it had a good flavor to it. I've also tried a regular drip coffee with cream in it. It was really good and had a strong coffee taste to it, which is how I prefer my coffee. The employees were very kind and friendly. The inside has a lot of space and is very bright and modern looking. It has been relatively busy both times I have went, but it's not cramped and doesn't seem crowded. read more

I've been slow to visit this new place because I have my favorites like Chestnut, Methodical and daydrinkers but it's a rainy day so I decided to try something new. This must be how addiction's start. The oak roasting gives a bold but smooth coffee and that moon milk should be patented. Best latte I've had and a friend got iced chai and said it was her favorite as well. The Woodruff Rd location is gorgeous too with lots of indoor and outdoor seating and is dog friendly.
