I went to this location in the morning and was charged for 3 drinks instead of 1 drink and 2 pup cups. They were extremely busy and I was running late for an appointment so I stopped back by on my way home. The manager and staff were quick to figure out the situation and very apologetic. The manager gave me a refund and after offering to pay for the items I ordered previously, she refused my offer. Coyote coffee was clean and lot as long as a wait as you'd might think considering the line at the drive thru. There is also plenty of parking around the building. This is a cute, trendy coffee shop that has more than just coffee. They have a huge selection of coffees, both cold and hot, smoothies, and teas. They also have pastries and breakfast and lunch menus along with daily specials. I had a SALTED WHITE COYOTE (White chocolate, vanilla and salted caramel) and a Chocolate Croissant. Nice atmosphere. Friendly employees. Would be a great place to take your laptop and enjoy a cup of coffee and chill. I have yet to write a review for this location. However it is time. I have to wait forever every time I go here. Just this week, I had to wait over 20 minutes for my drink. There were only 2 other customers inside waiting with me. No long line inside or anything. There were at least 5 people working. My guess is they are more worried about the drive thru getting their drinks quickly...if you come inside order, you're put on the back burner. I don't mind waiting a while, as long as friendliness and the quality of my drink is worth the wait. It seems quantity and speed for drive through is what's most important. read more

I honestly love coyote, coffee, and this is my favorite location. But I've never had a bad experience until today. I was called a liar about an order that I placed, and they repeated my order back to me and itwas exactly how I placed it and when it came out, it wasn't correct and I just said it was supposed to have this on it and they said no I repeated your order and you didn't ask for that I'll just recharge you.when I really did order it like that, and they even repeated it back to me twice. I'm completely fine with them charging me for what I want, but just don't be rude about it. We happened across this place when we were driving past Greenville towards Clemson. I think there's a couple of them around the area but I don't think it's a big chain. It's got indoor order spot/seating and out door drive-through. They have food available too but their kitchen closes at six. Their drinks are good, not great but definitely good. they have a decent menu. The girls are nice that work there. I did enjoy my coffee but I did not like their muffins as much. we got the pumpkin muffin and I felt it had a bitter aftertaste. It's a little on the heavy side and definitely a good breakfast meal but I didn't enjoy it as much. My husband enjoyed the muffins however so go ahead and check it out. Prices are reasonable. Service isn't necessarily fast but definitely sweet. read more

This is my second time trying Coyote Coffee and now I'm a fan! I got the Blue Ridge Croissant and the Coyote kisses iced coffee and both were so good! I wish I would have ordered a large coffee because it was so good. The croissant was perfect. So flavorful and fresh. I will be back! The drive through took about 30 minutes to get through but I didn't mind waiting, the customer service was also great. read more

As someone who goes here pretty regularly, I hoped that the customer experience would get better over time and not worse. They have fantastic coffee, but I have to constantly remind myself that I go for the product and not the service. The girls working here can be nice sometimes, but on average they're rude as hell. Coffee is excellent. Some really unique combinations and season choices. As I sit here- we are 35 minutes into waiting for a breakfast bagel. We were just told "we are having problems with the bagels since they are frozen. Normally I would let this go but last time I was here the exact same thing Happened. I used to love this place, but I'm extremely disappointed after my most recent visit. I ordered a very simple egg and cheese on a croissant, as I have in the past, however, the egg looked absolutely disgusting. I'm not sure if this discoloration was because the egg was rotten, or if the pan that used to cook it, hasn't been cleaned in two weeks. Either way, this should not be served to a customer. Been disappointed the past few times I've been here. My husband and I were in a rush so we decided to give it another try. I specifically asked for the egg on my crazy croissant to be cooked "well done" because the egg white is always runny. Despise specifically asking for this my egg was severely under cooked!!
