Pretty standard as far as Starbucks go... The service is fast and friendly. I order ahead and pick up my drink on my way to work. But you have to offer ahead here...there is no drive through and if you walk in to place your order there will be a pretty long wait. I am not at allllll a Starbucks fanatic but with the holidays celebrations all around, I was given a gift card. Why let it go to waste? As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by all the baristas. We tried a purple drink the recommended and I tried the first thing I saw on their holiday menu. Both drinks were good, but the main reason I am giving them a 5 star was because of the service we received from all the employees. Especially from Kim! While we enjoyed the outdoor weather, Kim came to our table and gave us a complimentary cup of water. That was something simple but showed us how customer service oriented they all are. Of my two favorite locations, this had to be my favorite of the two. My order is always ready for pick-up and it's always correct. If I ask for something extra hot, I receive extra hot. Mobile order is super convenient because I just order through the app and walk in and pick-up. No waiting in line necessary. Can't comment on staff as I don't really interact with them but they always say "good morning" when I walk in. So if nothing else they are courteous. read more

I recommend this place for all of your caffeinated cravings. This Starbucks is one of the closest one from my home and also one of the nicest ones to come to. It is located on a small shopping center next to a Fuddruckers restaurant. There are plenty of parking spaces even though the place seems to be always pretty busy. The Starbucks itself is generally clean and the staff is attentive. The wifi is good, you can get a strong signal even when sitting outside on the patio, which by the way is very nice as well. read more

The guy taking my order was so kind with me in the way how he was helping me get the drink I wanted with the day's promotion, which was the buy one get one free from 2-5pm. I had and shared with my kids a Caramel Machiatto with non fat milk. This Starbucks it's located inside the International Mall and it has a couple of tables with chairs. Also, offers free wifi. The only thing I didn't like was how customers can get so disrespectful and leave their empty cups and trash on the tables. People: there's trash cans everywhere... I come to this Starbucks when traffic is just too thick to trudge home from downtown. Today there was a perfect spot by the window to watch other people stuck in traffic and kill some time going through emails. I ordered something I was told is cold with "not too much sugar" if I skin the syrup. So i had the iced Guava Tea. It was perfect. I normally sit outside on the cozy patio when i have my pup, (and i of course did today since we were house hunting, and his opinion matters) but it was 92 and scorching, so no. As we sat there, enjoying the free WiFi and making new friends (the tables are either communal, or tight), a staff member walked around offering free samples of the blueberry iced tea. I liked it more than the guava! Next time. A bit later he offered lemon pound cake samples. Yum! I'd never have ordered it but it was good, so it's in my radar. I asked if all Starbucks offer passed samples with a smile, and he said he's not sure but this store likes to when they are slow. If this was a slow day, with all tables full and guests walking in, I'd be curious to know what he calls slammed. I've always had great service here, drinks are consistent, and I find seating inside or out. Parking is always available too. What a pleasant way to avoid Miami's rush hour. read more

Horrible customer service at this Starbucks location, I placed a mobile order 30 minutes in advance and when I got there to pick up my order my order wasn't there supposedly the order got stolen mind you this is a big order and the workers there didn't even noticed, I politely went ahead and told them about they said they were going to redo the order however when they were doing the order again they were out of stock with some items I purchased and I complained because I understand it's not their fault that somebody else take the order but it should be their responsibility to make sure the customer confirmed the customer it's picking the correct items. They refused to service me at all and told me to go to another store, I definitely do not recommend anyone to go to this store because incidents like this happen very frequently it's not the first time. read more

I have to give this location 5 stars because their staff simply rocks. Shout out to Erica whom I think is the manager or assistant manager. She gets my latte perfectly creamy every time. She also knows I'm vegan, and when other baristas have screwed up my order with cow's milk, she's been quick to notice and quickly fix the mistake. She also knows I love the dark chocolate curls even though they are discontinued for the season. When my mobile order comes in, she loads the chocolate curl toppings on my perfect soy latte. Divine! The other girls here are also really nice and know my preferences. The outdoor patio is cute, if you can ignore the hustle and bustle of 107 ave. I like Starbucks. Not their political positions but their coffee and generally the atmosphere. I usually don't hang out but the car was getting worked on and I had to work on an online class. So I became one of those campers who hang out, burn through bandwidth and move on. The​ refresher was good and hit the spot. I would rate this location higher but the baristas​ need to realize those trying to relax have no desire to hear all the gory details of their personal​ medical conditions and the associated symptoms. my only issue I've had with this starbucks is that they always have stuff on the menu that they do not have in stock in store. Every time I come to order they always have something unavailable. Unproductive lazy employees. I come in one night.. 2 baristas working. BOTH had their ipod headphone ear buds in one ear as one took orders on the register and the other made drinks at the espresso machine. I had to repeat my order multiple times because the barista at the register couldn't hear me. DUH, you're listening to your ipod. The woman in front of me received her drink hot instead of iced as she requested earlier. It's a pity.. i'm assuming that one of those two baristas are the lead shift supervisor for that night.. and to be listening to their ipods on the job is embarrassing to the company. Came to this Starbucks location at 12:30 pm to get a drink and it was closed. As I was walking away the girl opening the store walked up and told me that they were not opening until 3. She had brown hair with blue in it and was very rude to my friends and I. Upon asking why they were opening so late the blue hair lady asked me if I wanted to come in and open the store at 4:30AM. I am a consistent starbucks customer (3 or 4 times a week) The "proclaimed manager" a rude lady, refused to steam the milk and told me that I had to pay extra for that!!! you should have asked for a latte, she said. I did not know that, since the day before I asked for the same favor and nicely they proceed. The "manager" exclaimed: I am the manager!!! and that could not be done is this store ...give me the name of the employee who did it! OW !!! Starbucks: what staff are you promoting! The "manager" is not solving problems but creating more!!! on a Friday morning at 8:30 am\!!Apparently her priority is charge more, but not their customer satisfaction! Morning Fuel = tall caramel macchiato w/ nonfat milk. This Starbucks is pretty cool. There is an outdoor patio where you can chill out in the morning or evenings (weather permitted). I usually 'grab and go' so I haven't really stayed long enough to hang out and see what happens. The baristas are very friendly and make sure your order is right. My mom is very shy because she doesn't speak English and wasn't familiar with the menu so I usually order for her when I can and this time she pretty much wanted a light Frappuccino, we had a male cashier with light eyes that first assisted us and he refused to be helpful with meeting us halfway. He actually gave me a kind of dumb/ignorant look to the point my dad (a man with little patience for that) noticed and asked why it was so complicated to order a certain kind of coffee. (!?!) Dennis even spoke directly to my mom in Spanish as he was making it to better explain to her the different options she can always request. She felt better after that and more welcomed. My dad, however, was already upset with the cashier, especially because when he pointed and ordered his mango refresher, cashier didn't ask him the size and just gave him a small, it is a hot day, he wanted a large (Venti) as pictured. This was probably the worst experience that I have had at a Starbucks location. I chose this particular location because it was in walking distance from the hotel. Walked, waited patiently in line. No one said "good morning", "welcome to Starbucks," "I'll be right with you" or looked up from what they were doing. I walked out and ordered the drink on the app. The app instructions were to go to the pick up counter, didn't specify which one, tell the batista you picking up an order "name." I stood there for 10 minutes after the suggested ready time. The three batistas working NEVER once asked me what I was waiting for. They have sevearl seating areas inside a nice patio to sit and enjoy the fresh air. It was pretty late when I was there, so I set close to the window and was able to take advantage of the plug/electricity for my computer. The staff were quite accomadating and if they don't have the particular coffee you want, they will brew it for you. This may take a couple of minutes, so practice your patience. There is a Fudruckers located next door, and a Moe's within the strip mall, just in case you want a bite to eat. Beware the courtyard fills up pretty quickly, so you might have to wait a minute for outside seating. read more
