It was one of my favorite Starbucks in my area, but after they re-opened with renovation, my experience has changed not in a good way. First time after they re-opened I stopped by to get my oatmilk latte and I could feel that it was not all they way filled up, and we all know that they are not cheap, to leave my venti cup 3/4 full. But I guess the most dissatisfied experience was yesterday, when both me and my friend did not get our orders right. And normally I would ask them to re-do my drink, but we have already been waiting for 10 minutes in what it looked like, not a busy store. The barista did not read the instructions written on a sticker on both cups. I really hope that they will get better. read more

I really like this Starbucks! I come here about once/month when I'm in the area and I've always had amazing service. I am always greeted with warm smile and welcoming attitude from the staff. My drinks are always made correctly and quickly. I love that this location isn't too busy during the day so it makes it really easy to pop in and out. There's also enough staff to complete drink orders, man the counter, and man the drive thru line, so that definitely makes this location higher on my list. read more

The location closed their store today but still accepted mobile orders. They should not be allowed to do that as you have no idea before arriving. This defeats the whole purpose of a mobile order because then you're stuck in the drive through line. At least let people cancel our order then!! (Or they could have just opened the door to hand me my drinks as the employees just stood inside pointing at the sign). There were a million ways they could've handled this but forcing people to wait in a 20 min drive thru line was not one of them. read more

Still come by this location at least every other day as it's the closest Starbucks where I can use the app and gain rewards etc. the drive thru staff are always pleasant and the majority of the In store staff are as well. I just really wish things were more consistent here. I get the same drink every time (have now stepped up to lattes) and half the time it doesn't taste the same. Drives me crazy. And today I did the in store experience due to the fact I had to purchase a gift card.. when they announced my drink was ready I had to get my own cup sleeve and stopper while other people stood around me waiting to grab their stuff. The drinks were fine but the problem was the service, not by all but by an individual at the drive up. This complaint is about a slim, fair skinned, mid length & straight black hair mask wearing female. I don't want to assume gender now days so I apologize for that but anyways she was so dismissive and very passive aggressive. We placed an order on the way there it said it would be ready in 3 mins so we pull up to speaker just to let them know, they say for us to pull up to window. Once we get there a nice gentleman gets us and said to give them a minute because they are still working on them and we said we understood since we just placed the order. Then the individual in complaint pops up from behind him and says the same thing but in a passive aggressive way and saying we should have ordered through the window if we're were already here because it works have been easier. When my husband said it was not intentional she just told him that next time we should give them at least 5 mins and proceed to turn her back on us and walk away. Dont let the size fool ya.. building shared by Chase but plenty of parking everywhere. its clean, bright, spacious and newly furnished. Got most of the basic needs covered. Cozy leather chairs, community table in the middle and high tables. Plenty of outdoor seating too. Only gripe is.. not much place to plug in. Got my order really fast and place looks really nice but that's all Starbucks. There's currently "Blonde" drinks available and I'm all about trying new things. I had the blonde espresso in latte and there's no sugar in it which can be healthy in a way and it simply taste like coffee in milk. First, let me just say that I'm ashamed I'm writing a review of such a chain-y place. I mean, do places like Starbucks or Denny's or Applebees or Target really need reviews? You sort of know what you're going to get every time at every location. You can go to a Starbucks in Hawaii (I did) and go to a Starbucks in Denver (I did) and go to a Starbucks in Portland, ME (I have) and it's all the exact same. But whatever. I've been to this Starbucks 3-4 times. Whenever I go to work super early I reward myself for actually getting out of bed at a decent time by stopping into the Starbucks for a latte and a scone of some sort. I've never had anything but quick & pleasant service here. There was the one time they forgot to make my latte vanilla, but it's entirely possible they were just subtly suggesting I take off my skirt and get a real drink, but...whatever. Always friendly service, almost always the perfect drink, and the scones are tasty too. But I mean, it's a Starbucks, that's what they always have. read more

Wow! Whoever made my drink today (my usual) Venti Carmel Frappuccino Light, did it perfectly! Instead of putting the Carmel sauce on top so that the lid catches and keeps it all, they put it inside the cup so that I got to taste delicious Carmel sauce while drinking my wonderful frozen coffee! I called to find out the name of the person, but wasn't clear on who it was. This is regardless my favorite Starbucks, I love their drive through and it's one of my favorite places to sit and use wifi if I need it. Keep up the good work and thank you!!! read more

This is one of the closer locations to me. The staff is usually quite friendly and super fast. On occasion, during peak hours, they've gotten my order wrong. But they've made up for mistakes on the the rare occasion that they've happened. If you're in the area, give them a try. read more

I came in today and wanted to try the toasted white mocha. I ordered it with soy, because dairy really upsets my stomach. When the barista asked if I wanted whip, and I declined, she then proceeded to tell me that the white mocha syrup has dairy in it. I've been ordering white mocha beverages for years, and never before has any barista looked out for me like this! They clearly know the menu here, and they're very personable and polite! This place is pretty bad, they dont know the drinks, how to ring it or hiw to make them. My coffee always tastes burnt or old. I got a espresso quad shot with lite coconut milk and it tasted like soap water. They also charged me twice and not a single person working knew how to fix it. Regular old Starbucks. Nothing special nothing terrible. I had an empty bag of grounds (Starbucks Brand) that I was taking in for a free small coffee. I asked for medium blend, got dark. Not sure how that didn't connect or how a person forgets something in less than 5 seconds even after repeating "medium" back to me. Got dark, drank dark, it was a free cup of coffee on the way to work. I'm not going to complain. I do happen to like Starbucks, although I have been trying some independent coffee houses and find that I enjoy those too.
