I didn't catch the bean supplier but the coffee was not acidic or burnt like some of the other independent roasters in town. 5/5 would recommend.

Coco MacNut Latte was pretty tasty, they will put it in a glass or cup if you're staying there which I appreciate. I was hoping the small coffee would be free with purchase of bag, but I guess it wasn't. The bag of coffee wasn't cheap, so I was disappointed in how over-roasted the beans were. Adjusting grind levels and water temperature, there was always a bitterness or too watered down. The other flavors present in the beans, however, we're quite nice. I was hoping that they would have real kona coffee, but unfortunately their supplier suffered from disaster in Hawaii. Not going to blame them for that, but objectively speaking, if a Hawaiian coffee shop doesn't have Hawaiian coffee, then I am sad about it. The kind of balance that feels intentional, like someone actually tasted it before handing it over instead of just pushing buttons behind a machine. And then the ham and cheese croissant. This is where things got serious. Flaky in that shatters just enough to make a mess but not enough to embarrass you kind of way. Buttery without being heavy. I love the CBD nitro cold brew at Blue Sparrow and so I totally zoomed in on this on the shelf and was totally intrigued and had so many questions! The roaster happened to be in the store so he answered all my questions! The interior is cozy and average size for a coffee shop with a lot of tables and places to sit. There were multiple people working on their laptops and a couple friends catching up. The beans are in a freezer which is different but will see when I get home how good it is. It's next to the original chipotle which is interesting. Ambiance not that nice don't think I'd hang at this place. It's a little dirty in the bathrooms.
