This was my first time at 7 mile cafe and it did not disappoint. Nathan was amazing at offering recommendations on the menu and he was very attentive the entire time without being disruptive to me and my sister. Sometimes my sandwiches are slanted (no biggie easy fix). Coffees are always delicious.

At 10 AM they were out of all the breakfast sandwiches except the impossible and bacon sausage wrap. They have no sugar-free syrup except for vanilla. They were out of the daily coffee and only had dark roast or blonde. With very few customers all of the tables were dirty and we had to clean one off ourselves to use. The general ambience was "messy." No one seemed happy. read more

So the first time I came here I would have came them a one star, mostly because this location has by far been the slowest location I have been to, I had to wait a long time just to even get my order taken. I tried them again today and they were much faster so that's a plus, I wasn't in and out but it was better. I ordered the Chai Tea HOT and idk for some reason it was like a cool warm. Trust me you can tell the difference, so that wasn't really a pleasant experience for me. a plus for this location would be if they had a drive through, but for now I normally only stop if I happen to be in the area which is rare. read more

This Starbucks gets incredibly busy. The staff is really nice, but often flustered. For some reason they always cook the food before making the drinks. By the time I get my drink the food is cold. Also recently they replaced a large portion of their chairs with these anti-chairs that don't have a back. i love this place i came here for studying and they were so kind and they are so nice im coming here everyday.

I arrived to pick up my order and went to grab a straw, i needed a venti straw and there was none. I went to ask an employee if they had any venti straws and she told me where they were, I told her there was only grande straws, she told me she would look for some so i went to wait at a table, as time went on she kept me waiting there and I was trying to giver her time because maybe she's too busy. At some point she was just chit chatting and I asked her if they had the straws or not and she reptby telling me they were all out. I understand if you're out it's fine, but the employees wasted my time by having me wait while they "search" for straws. read more

i just went through there today . ordered a cold brew with almond milk with 2 stevia. they were very rushy. she tried to hand me a cold brew with no almond milk I told them it was wrong politely . This isn't the first time. I sent it back. I than asked for the 2 stevia I didn't get them she said oh there in the drink and literally threw me my drink and didn't offer me a straw ! coffee was all the bottom getting on my hand I said I need a straw and napkins she was rude and said oh that's just condensation that's not coffe.? yes it was coffee! than she threw those out slammed the window and proceeded to talk crap. One star because its open at least (more than can be said for south Denton location with new 1:30-7:30 hours)... Seriously this location has a LOT to learn about business and local demand almost to the point where it is fascinating. The drive thru line is long and slow, consistently. So consistently in fact that there should be enough daily, weekly, and monthly data there to determine where mgmt has an opportunity to study efficiency. I would be horrified if I couldn't get to my customers quicker. Where are the people on mobile ordering devices working the line like every other business with high demand in this town? Forget about going IN. Tried that and was told it would be a fifteen minutes for my $5.60 coffee. In Denton. Texas. If I were a regional Starbucks manager I would LOVE to know what mgmt here prioritizes over leaving money on the table with their business...every day. Oh and out of cold brew. Way to kick off the new cold brew offerings guys. So fun to sit here for twenty minutes for the crappy burnt tasting regular stuff. Someone open a Coffee Bean! Maybe it's me, but Starbucks are Starbucks are Starbucks. And to be even more hilarious, I'm not even a coffee drinker! So why do I bother setting foot in them and pay homage to the almighty coffee gods? I've been to many, from Fort Worth, to Frisco, to Richardson to New Jersey and New York City. To be honest I like the Hot Chocolate (and the White Hot Chocolate) and some of the frozen drinks. I tend to limit my visits to cold weather or the heat of summer, so I am not a huge patron nor do I feel like forking over $4 bucks for hot chocolate all the time when I have Gheradellis cocoa powder in my house, but sometimes you just get that craving, and there's no beating the White Hot Chocolate..... it's just so da@m good! As for this peticular location? I live less than two minutes from it and I used to go to the Quiznos (that closed down) right next door to it all the time. Like all Starbucks, it has the comfy chairs and easy music pumping through the place.... this one also has many UNT and TWU students flowing through it, so it can be pretty active. Third visit to this Starbucks and the 3rd time my order was wrong. First time it was a simple java chip. It tasted nothing like a java chip frap. It tasted like milk with bits of chocolate chips. 2nd visit I ordered a hot mocha but they made a frap. Fine no biggie. 3rd visit I ordered a zebra mocha and a piece of coffee cake. Mocha was cold so they remade it. Cake was hard crusty and stale. Last time to visit this Starbucks. I can understand a slip up on occasion but it's all the time at this place and they aren't exactly friendly. I ordered my drink this morning online at about 6:30, with the wait time on the app showing 4-6 minutes. I arrived at this Starbucks at 6:45, went up to check if my drink was ready and they said it will be done shortly. I then waited another 10 minutes, saw people come in after me leaving before me, checked on my drink again, then got attitude from the barista saying "well were really busy". I then waited about 5 more minutes after the barista said he was making my order. Again, he made others and mine wasn't ready. I had to leave for work at 7:00, so I left without my drink. I sent my boyfriend there to get it and AT 7:15 MY DRINK WAS STILL NOT READY. He also had to continue waiting for my vanilla sweet cream cold brew, but thankfully my money didn't go to complete waste. Customer service and urgency was apparently not taught here. read more

The other day I came in, and gosh, I had such an annoying amount of requests for the baristas! I had ordered a iced chai but by the time I was able to drink it was already seriously watered down- no fault of theres mind you! I just missed my little window of opportunity. I went back to ask if they wouldn't mind replacing it and they did so with a smile. Then I asked if there was any way for them to put the points from the drink onto my rewards card as I forgot to use it when purchasing. As difficult of a request as this was as I didn't have my original card at first, and therefore it was a little confusing, team-members Lauryn and Mark (if i remember the names correctly!) worked together to help me get that done. Points is such a small thing to worry about when they're obviously busy with other customers, and yet they went out of their way to take great care of me and never gave me any attitude or dirty looks but instead were so friendly and happy to help. Then, they were even sweet to my little sister when she asked for water. Overall, the drink was of course super tasty, and the service went above and beyond. I commend their kindness. (: read more

Fast service in this location. Like a lot of Starbucks locations, the folks here are a tad snooty. I don't know why that is a pervasive attitude at Starbucks locations all around. They give me a look like I'm not thin enough or sexy enough to be wasting their time. I'm not a self-absorbed whiner - it's not like I get this feeling everywhere I go. Usually just Starbucks - and at this location. I've been here a number of times and it's always the same. They are always out of the free App cards and overflowing on the free iTunes cards. They keep the cardboard sleeves behind the counter, so you have to ask for them. It's frustrating that they're not in the condiment counter where you'd expect them with the stirrers, etc. read more

I drive through here in-between be taken my work breaks. As a whole, it's a Starbucks nothing new.They have a large indoor area, along with a great patio, but in all honesty....I don't sit at coffee shop so I haven't seen the amount of people swarming the place, I need my caffeine double shots for a reason, and thats not to sit back and relax. As a regular, I would expect the same two guys who get the window...to actually remember me, nope-not here. They give me the same weird and dazed look when I pull up, or say thank you. ( As if it's strange to say thanks or hello) I have gone in a couple of times, and there was a young guy at the counter, completely nice. The women....completely confused. After he took my order she came up and just starred, I told her I was taken care of-and this didn't faze her confusion. Kinda of funny to just watch her stare. In all there are a select few who have been nice, but it would be great for them to actually remember regulars. The Starbucks in Corinth remembers me every time, and what I order. They also like to start up conversations when the coffee is being made, can't say that about this store. For the coffee, it's not the worst, but it isn't the greatest, they should have the manager at Corinth teach them how to correctly make some of the things. If you want coffee, it's coffee, but if I am paying 3-5 bucks, I'd at least hope they remember me if I come in 3-4 times a week at the same time. read more

I have come to this particular location on maybe 15 occasions. I would say I am disappointed more often than not. I just left there so mad that I wasn't going to bother informing the "barista" that she made something completely different than what I ordered. It wasn't even the right size. I'm a former Barista, so I'm picky about the way my coffee is made. I've been here about three different times, and every time my drink has been not-so-great. There was one instance where there were coffee grounds in my iced latte along with curdled milk. Blech. They compensated me by giving me a different drink in a much larger size which was made correctly. The other two instances, the drink was just not made to my expectations. I order the same drink at this location and the one in Rayzor ranch or 288 and the other two Starbucks have always tasted better. Nice employees though. read more

I ordered the regular cold brew. I asked for a mocha drizzle, which is fancy for chocolate syrup. They tried charging me a dollar for a dab of syrup when every other Starbucks does it for free. I asked her about that and she was like well "we aren't other Starbucks, so either pay or you don't get it." The lady who took my order was rude and she was mad at her boss for some reason and kept Impolitely speaking to her. Then she just left after "asking is that all." She didn't even get my cold brew which is on tap and you usual get as soon as you order it... I had to wait about 8 minuets for the cold brew. Every time I order a hot drink here it tastes different. Latte with a sweetener - sometimes it's sweet, sometimes it tastes like just a plain latte. I thought maybe it was because I usually get less pumps, or it was a one time thing... but after 5 trips disproved this theory. White chocolate mocha can be too sweet or vice versa. When we order the breakfast sandwich with smoked bacon it's ok, but my kids end up taking the bacon off because it's really chewy. I know it's because it's heated in the microwave... but it has actually been better at other locations. Banana bread is ok, but a little dry. My son used to work at Starbucks and he said the drink recipes are all the same at every Starbucks, so they probably just aren't mixing it good. I was going to give it 3 stars but decided on 4 because the staff is always nice and friendly. It's in a college town, so a lot of young workers. Overall, I will still stop by here because it's not too bad, and it has a drive through. Hopefully it will change soon. read more

No drive-thru. You have to park and go in like a regular coffee shop. I like that. It wasn't crowded when I was there and the barista didn't ask my name, just made my drink and held it out to me, which I really appreciated. I don't like - even after all these years - saying my name to a stranger to order coffee, be summoned by name and do the Walk of Shame across the room to get it and skulk out - just coffee please, if you get it I'll pay you, even leave a tip - but we don't have to be on a first name basis. Once I heard a barista call out "Gorgeous, your cappuccino..." which I thought was hysterical. The barista - who already was on my good side - made my drink perfectly. I enjoy going into this Starbucks. It's located close the UNT so it makes for an easy lay back atmosphere. You will find a majority of it's customers to be university students however it's not surprising to see business men or older couples enjoy a good conversation. I am giving two stars simply due to my experience today. I wouldn't normally review on one bad visit, but today just rubbed me wrong. My son and I walked in for a cake pop. Nobody greeted us, which isn't that big of a deal, but we were noticed. I know we were noticed because I made eye contact with the barista and I have a rambunctious 8 year old with a passion for cake pops. After a short time of waiting a gentleman walked in and was greeted and helped. Even if I hadn't been in the food industry for as long as I have, I would have known you NEVER overlook a customer and take the next person. To top it off, she very sarcastically hollered, "You're welcome!", while rolling her eyes when I didn't immediately say thank you.
