My fav go to Starbies. Staff is always friendly, when I had some dietary restrictions due to a medication they guided me on what I could have. The new turkey and sage danish is so yummy! Have they messed up my drink before? Absolutely! But they've always been so kind and corrected it! Mistakes happen especially with being such a busy store. Prime location right before you hop on i4. I pulled up on a Saturday night at 6:30 to get a peppermint hot chocolate. There was only one car ahead of me and it took her a minute to take my order. I asked for an extra hot hot chocolate because the hot chocolate is usually not very hot. It was warm so I did not have a good experience at this location. Lines are extremely long & it's difficult to get thru the drive area. Picked up breakfast & unsweet tea. The staff is friendly & make sure you know the top option when using a card. (I like paying tips in cash) so they just press no & before leaving give them cash. read more

After returning to Starbucks after all these years, I've been impressed with their menu and staff. This location is super friendly and efficient. I usually go through the drive-thru after placing my mobile order and trust me, they are thrilled when it's a mobile order. They are quick and easy to do. Just open the app and place your order. Select drive-thru and let them know it's a mobile order with your name. The Starbucks app is user-friendly, and the rewards are great. My go-to breakfast sandwich order is the impossible breakfast sandwich with cage-free eggs and cheese. It's delicious. read more

I have never once received a coffee that was easy to drink from this location and waiting for them to hastily make it again isn't ideal. The employees always seem nice and friendly but it's frustrating when you order a basic coffee and it is awful. Brand new Starbucks at the I4 and 27 exit area. They opened at the end of September and have a great, large seating area and drive thru. It is well placed in the front corner space, which allows them to have a more private parking lot that is really only useful to being at this location. It's one entry and one exit, so traffic is well controlled. We have been to the drive thru a couple times now as we pass through to go see family further down HWY 27. The drive thru is quick and efficient. The staff is friendly and welcoming. It has a good vibe overall. Overall: A A welcome new addition to the Posner Village area! read more

Ordered in store it was moderately busy but not super crazy. Waited 20 minutes and various people after me got their drinks and left. When I finally spoke up was just told "Sorry there's a lot of mobile orders right now". I'm so thankful to finally have a real Starbucks in Davenport. Yes, there has been that pitiful excuse for a Starbucks in the Target, but this one is so much better! This one is conveniently located a the front of Posner Village, and easily accessible via Drive Thru before you hop on the parking lot that is Interstate 4. So far the service has been fast and friendly. Today, when there were actually a couple of car in front of me at the drive thru they apologized for making me wait. Many times I've been the only car or one of two early in the morning. It definitely gets busier in the afternoon when all the shops are open, but they still seem to do a great job keeping the traffic moving. Food and beverage quality is what I have come to expect from Starbucks. Welcome to the neighborhood! read more

The number one reason i come to any Starbucks is the consistency from store to store plus visit after visit. Todays mess up consisted of ordering a steamed almond milk for my daughter(lower temp) came out regular temp.. not a huge deal. The second was the brown sugar oat-milk shaken espresso i ordered. It had a thick layer of cinnamon powder at the bottom which i sucked right up into my straw.. not what i was expecting and forced me to toss the drink. I'm not frugal but i could waste $6 elsewhere. It's less about this one mess up and more about the experience/culture every time i come. More times than not the line inside is worse than drive through(which has gotten better, so thank you), but no one cares and treats you like they'd rather you not come back. My advice, as inconvenient as it is, just go further down and go inside target if you want consistency, timeliness, and a decent experience. I would choose a one for this review but i do appreciate Starbucks as a brand and other stores a little further. read more

Still a horrible location to get in and out of the parking lot. The way the layout was designed if you park on the south side near the entrance with the drive through wrapping around the lot it is impossible to get out of your parking space. The food and staff are ok, and it could be better designed seating instead of family style seating. Very noisy sitting outside with the Hwy 27, construction and Posner Park traffic. But the staff does try to be pleasant. read more

A newer Starbucks located in Davenport's main shopping plaza right off I4, this location offers a drive-thru, and friendly service. We went during the pandemic, so the only option was to drive thru. Luckily their drive thru accommodates a long line (and we were lucky to not have to wait). We got the Golden Ginger drink, and an Iced Caramel Macchiato with Almond Milk substitution. We of course had to get a puppyccino for our dog. The flavors were spot on, and the quality you expect. Thank you to the employees working so hard during this time period, and still offering warm smiles throughout our interaction. The one negative is the drive thru can wrap around the building, blocking cars who would be parked to depart. Otherwise, definitely a great quality Starbucks. read more

I like this location as it's the closest to me but the traffic between here and chipotle is a lot. The staff is very friendly and the inside is kept very clean. The mask enforcement is in place for customers and they do thorough cleaning of the area. There is also a lot of outdoor seating. The drive thru does leave a lot to be desired but I understand this is a really busy area especially around tourist season. Between the shopping center and other fast food/take aways in the area, there is ample parking but you might have to walk a bit. Ordering ahead and picking up inside is also an option at this location read more

As others have stated, the drive thru set up is not good and causes a huge backup in the parking lot. The lobby should not be open at this point. They have a lot of friendly staff members there but they cannot keep up with the amount of orders and I feel sorry for them. I walked in to order a drink at the register and it took over 10 minutes afterwards....waiting... and they still didn't make my drink. Two others who walked in and ordered AFTER me got handed their drinks and I was stuck there waiting. I noticed 4 others before me looking all frustrated waiting for their drinks prior to me with the same upset looks on their faces wondering what was going on and relieved when their drink orders finally saw the light of day. In the meantime, I was observing numerous tickets ahead of me from mobile orders spitting out on the counter (at least 15) and then they were giving priority to the drive thru orders, many of those had driven through after I had walked in. When I asked how much longer on my drink they couldn't tell me or even show me the ticket or locate where my order was. I would avoid going here until they get a better system in place. I notified Corporate with my suggestions on how to improve. I was not given any apology and I left without my drink and without a refund. To the manager: How nice you are doing such a steady amount of sales, but don't forget about your walk in customers. Fix your system and handle the orders fairly. People are noticing. read more

Frustrating that they close the inside to pick up mobile orders. So you order and then have to wait an extra 10 minutes in the drive thru line to get your drinks. Should turn off mobile ordering so not to frustrate those who plan for pick ups for when they get there. read more

This is my favorite shop in the county. The manager is super awesome ! She gave me a cup of water today just for the heck of it and because I often sit inside for hours at a time. The employees here are top notch too. The shop is so much cleaner than the immokole Location and they are rarely out of things besides oat milk. read more

I know Starbucks is a busy place and everywhere you go is short staffed but no reason not to have someone stop and clean up. Tables full of trash, floor and even where you pick up your drinks dirty. We were out and my oldest wanted to get coffee so we hit the drive thru. There were roughly 9 cars in front of us in line but they handled them quickly and efficiently. Terrible baristas. They made my drink wrong, and completely opposite of what I asked for (blatant disregard) and then when I asked why it's wrong, they made my correct order but in decaf, to spite me. And 4 espresso shots later I'm still groggy because they gave me decaf. read more

Finally we have a Starbucks in Davenport! After years of complaining about the Fake Target Starbucks someone listened. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and wants to work here. This location is large but needs some more comfy seating in one of the corner areas. Can't wait to come back every weekend. read more

I'm giving 3 stars for the following reasons: - It took a little over 15 minutes from the time I placed my order at the drive-thru to when I received it at the window. I understand that it can get busy, but I think some sort of updated drive-thru system would be beneficial. - They gave me the wrong drink. If I would have asked for them to change it, then it would have made me late to work. For this reason, I didn't bother to say anything. - It is very loud inside; therefore not the best place to study or work. - There should be outdoor trash cans. Besides this, I am really happy that there is a new Starbucks where I can go to every day. I like that the employees are knowledgeable and kind. Just terrible. As a past Starbucks shift supervisor, it was appalling to watch the people at the bar making drinks and have no idea what they were doing. I ordered a sweetened iced coffee with cream, a flat white with vanilla, and a cold milk. It took 15 minutes to get my drinks, and they were made completely wrong. I had to ask if my iced coffee was sweetened (it wasn't) and then the woman making my drink proceeded to put in less syrup than standard after I asked. The flat white was over-sweetened. Most of the drinks that I watched them make were made improperly. Completely unacceptable and sad when you have 8 people on the floor and they still can't get simple drinks out in a timely manner. Disappointed on how the store was extremely dirty. It doesn't meet the Starbucks standards. There was no bins for the trash outside, tables were dirty, floors dirty.
