Have ALWAYS gotten an impossible sandwich with no egg and no cheese at every Starbucks I got to. Including this one. Suddenly they are not able to attend to me because of my order. They act as if they cook the food fresh. It's frozen. All they have to do is remove the egg and cheese. Never again. read more

So, I walk in and the girl standing at the register informs me that she can't take my order because her computer is down. That is really sad. It wasn't because they ran out of coffee, but because the computer was down and could not compute the tax I'm guessing for her. When I worked in restaurants if we had any register or computer issues we just used a pencil and paper and a calculator. I'm in my thirties, not 90s. As soon as we walked in, the staff were yelling across the store just talking to each other. I could not even hear to order because of the yelling. The manager was even one of the workers talking loudly. Then she proceeds to talk about going to the doctor in hopes that he takes her off work for a week. The barista was friendly & our order was correct. The food menu only consisted of 4-5 items. We were told that their was no capability of heating any of those items. Definitely need to fire the manager & have training regarding professionalism. read more

I had a caramel frappuccino and it has been the worst one I've had yet. Tastes like dirt mixed with water, disgusting. Not sure if the barista didn't know what he was doing, my husband ordered a soy mocha frappuccino and was also very disturbingly gross. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, had to give one star. read more

Would give this location a zero if it was possible. They are regularly short of necessary items (like cups!!!!) and the staff is the absolute slowest I have had the displeasure of encountering in any Starbucks. They have absolutely abysmal service and the cashiers are CONSTANTLY surly. They need training and an attitude adjustment. read more

I walked in and saw a sign that said something to the effect of, "Electrical panel went out. Cannot make anything that requires steaming like espresso." I didn't want get anything other that my usual, but I needed coffee. So I walked up to the counter anyways. The lady who helped me was EXTREMELY helpful and cheerful as soon as I walked up. Would leave them zero stars if I could. I don't remember what the woman who made my drinks name was but she was a Hispanic girl a little on the bigger side with glasses. She was really rude when I asked her about drink recommendations she couldn't tell me if the drink i wanted to order is sweet or not. Then she forgot to give me my pastries and when I went back to ask for them she was super rude about it and made it seem like it was my fault for not receiving them. When I ordered my pastries I asked if she could please warm them up and she said yes. But when I received them I asked if she could please warm them up and she said there was no way to warm them up. Sounds like she was just being lazy to me. If I knew she couldn't warm them up then I wouldn't have ordered them in the first place. Lazy employees and bad customer service. Honestly not surprised about service location is pretty bad anyways. read more

There was one gentleman behind the counter, and a woman both busy fulfilling orders for ((2) customers. One man ahead of me in line. I stepped up to the counter to start my order and the man behind the counter asked me what I wanted: I asked politely for a venti chai and a cream cheese Danish. His reply to me " step away from the counter "...when I asked him why - he repeated " step away from the counter ".... I was thinking perhaps they wanted to process my order after drink prepared? so I stood back and waited. The man ahead of me in line was given his drinks and he came by me and went on in the store. The Starbucks gentleman, said " your drink is ready "...I walked over and he handed me my drink. He said ' ok, you can go ' - Standing there "perplexed" I said, I haven't paid for this yet. He said you don't have to, you can go...When I told him again, " I haven't paid ", he said it's alright just go.... Needless to say, I wasn't sure if I should drink it................................but I did... Still alive, but now wondering what the heck????????????????? read more
