I'd call and complain, but I don't live in the area and don't have the time or energy for that. This was incredibly disturbing to see in my cup after I already drank half of my drink. If the owner sees this, I'd love acknowledgment of some sort. Inspecting cups for hair seems like the bare minimum, and I hope this reminds the employees to be more careful. Gross.
