I was highly surprised by the yumminess of the beignets. I loved how mini they were with the powdered sugar. It came with a dipping sauce on the side. I didn't care much for the sauce, but would love some honey for a side. The shrimp eggrolls were super cute and mini as well, and they had a nice bit to them and flavor to it as well. Need to learn how to make those at home! The place was super cute, they had a ramen wall, and lots of options for teas and other appetizers. It is kinda a cafe feel, as I saw there were other folks in there with their laptops focused on their computers. I didn't interact with the staff on this visit, but they did welcome me in when I popped in. Gotta go back to try some of their other food!

Petite beignets is a super cute café and all of the staff was super friendly and kind. We had never been there before and didn't really know what to expect... They had a different types of tea and Boba, Ramen and different snacks besides the beignets. You can order the beignets in different sizes as well, which is nice. We ordered the little pillows which were super cute and yummy. We also ordered milk tea and a Matcha! Everything was really good, and the prices were fantastic. We saw lots of different types of people here from families, students that are studying and couples. Because we had told the owner, we had never been there before, she kept checking and Anna, and seeing how everything was, and she was really kind to tell us all about the different foods they offered . I'm glad that we check this place out and we'll definitely be back again

Even though I wasn't crazy about the milk tea I really enjoyed the way the boba tasted. Probably among the best I've had. However, I had the displeasure of sucking up a boba pearl that was entangled in some weird fiber. It wasn't a hair ... it seemed much thicker and wiry than hair. It reminded me of like a Brillo pad. It really ruined the experience for me. Not sure id return.

I've treated some friends and family to a couple drinks too and they've liked it a lot. The inside is really pretty, I like the plants and there's plenty of seating and outlets if you wanna hang out for a while. The only thing I have a sliiiight nitpicky complaint about is the pricing, like any of the sinkers/jellies/etc. are all 85cents when most places I've tried are 50cents, at most 75. None of the fruit teas come with any jelly or boba even if they have it pictured on the menu, so you'll always pay that 85cents extra for it. The couple desserts they have are pricey too, but I don't really go for desserts along with teas.

The other thing that bothered us was that they had no napkins in the place so the employees had to give us napkins from the handwashing sink. Now please stop hitting on the servers, otherwise I'll have to rename it In-putting-the-moves-on Bubble Tea Bar. I prefer Outfuzion, especially after how this place went downhill. I used to love the stand-alone shop of Infuzion way up on the FM in Spring. This one is way out in Hempstead in the northwest corner of Cypress at the mall, same owner, same menu, couldn't be more different though. Positives - it's great to have some bubble tea at the mall, it's refreshing and better than other options, and sometimes service is nice (sometimes not). Negatives - I have to say that Infuzion is not what it once was. Some of their drinks taste good but some of them are really lacking something. As I said about the other location - definitely one of the places where I have mixed opinions. My first visit here I really like some of the Innovative drinks they had. The stand in the Cypress outlet mall on the other hand was really disappointing. When we came back for our second and third visits here we had a more mixed experience. I didn't get the best impression of the owners and some of the drinks we're not very impressive. So I have mixed feelings and issues with this place. I still think it's great to have this at the mall and it's still a lot better than most bubble tea you will find in most malls. Not to mention Barbie did some of her greatest ever modeling here as you can see.
