Good location .. I liked the interiors and place to sit / drink their coffee. Restrooms available . Service was quick . Drive in available too. It's kind of cramped from entrance and in peak hours , there can be a queue . Coffee was average . Was a bit watery. Coffeee didn't taste the "STARBUCKS" standard . Went to Starbucks today since the sun is shining and the temperature was in the high 80's. Love their outdoor seating in the sun. I ordered ahead on the app, I ordered my husband his espresso Frappuccino and I was trying a new refresher frozen pineapple passionfruit with double the pineapple. This is the closest Starbucks to me other than the one inside Kroger, and I've been here multiple times. Great service and drinks every time. The staff is always polite and friendly. They never once messed up my order or made me wait a while. Sure, some days had longer wait times than usual but nothing to be upset over. Of all the times I've been here I've never once stepped foot inside. This location is conveniently located right by Hwy 400 so I usually go through the drive-thru right before hopping on 400. This Starbucks is located in a small shopping center and parking is shared by multiple businesses including, Moe's, Firehouse Subs and more. read more

Terrible experience this am. Got there 6:08am in line. Waiting 5 mins in the drive thru. 3 cars after me.... I pull to front there are three workers inside. A lady was outside the door waiting to be left in and the workers just looked at her and kept chatting the three of them. Lost 8 customers this early and no explanation. It would be different if someone overslept and things but when your inside..... no excuse. Worst magnate run. Friendly service and excellent coffee. This used to be my go to Starbucks before I moved. Its location can be tricky to get in and out of depending on the time of day. The whole area has been under construction forever. I recommend this although the Starbucks across from the Collection is equally as good. read more

Sat. morn. Not crowded, though drive thru seemed to have a good amount of cars in line. Ordered small Chai latte, one pumkin bread, banana bread and coffee cake. Rec. Chai Latte...no problem. No pastries. Staff specifically asked if we ordered pastries. "Yes". We let her know what we ordered. She looks concerned, as she informs me that there is only one coffee cake available. I inform her that there were two when we ordered. She lets someone know down at the end. Few min. later, get pumpkin bread & coffee cake. No banana bread. Alert staff, we did not rec. banana bread. She alerts guy at end again, who informs her, he left on counter. I never left counter, so I show her what was given to us. She again tells him we need a banana bread. Finally get it. I tried coffee and tall chai latte before from this location and coffee was ok, chai latte was diluted and didn't had strong flavor but at least tasted like chai tea... I came back this morning and ordered a Venti Chai latte, they took like 1 minute to prepare which is really fast but the chai latte tasted like hot milk. Came back and they gave me a new one with same hot milk flavor, no chai tea flavor or any flavor at all... They said they put a extra scoop of chai in there, but probably they are not even mixing it or they are putting the same amount of scoops in all sizes... If I wanted hot milk I could've have spend $2.25 in a full gallon of milk at the supermarket and warm it at home... Returned the drink and had my $$ back... If you like chai latte, this is not the location where they prepare it properly. read more

It's a standard affair here. Service though is always really great and fast. The location is convenient to 400, so if you're looking for a quick bite with drive through and coffee better than gas station, def stop here. We have never had an issue with this Starbucks, I've been coming here for many years. Until today, in the middle of a worldwide pandemic, we received an ALREADY BITTEN cake pop. This is disgusting and very unhealthy! We ended up throwing away the cake pops because one was bitten and the rest were in the same bag! I am not exactly sure what happened, if it was meant to be thrown away, I'm not sure. At first, when we asked for the cookie dough cake pops, they said they had none. However, after we asked for the birthday cake, they realized they had some cookie dough left immediately after. Not too sure if this is the reason we received a bad one, because it was "extra." None of my family members or myself bit into it, for we saw the bite after we came out of the drive thru. Especially during a global pandemic, this is something that may have been a mistake, I understand. I get it if it was an accident, but it certainly was not okay or precautionary either. Today I decided to try again after 2 months of not coming and oh how my heart aches wasting my money again. Worse coffee ever I don't understand if they just need to follow a simple recipe why it's never posible to get it right. And no way does the "you don't like we will do it again" rule fly here because with the looks and attitudes of I made it right and will not do it again is enough to push away any die hard coffee fanatic. Today we were in the drive-thru line and we waited a good 10 minutes to even get to order. When we got to the order box place and were greeted by a male barista and ask us to place our order. After we finished placing our order we waited and waited and waited and after ten minutes of waiting with no response we decided to pull to the front where the window is where there were no people in line. Hello big clue! We explained that we had been waiting and asked if they'd got our order. They said that they didn't and continued to argue with us and gave us a bunch of excuses on why they didn't get our order. Then at the very end after they couldn't make up any excuses and offered to make our drink. We ended up just leaving because if they didn't want to make our drink in the first place they were probably going to make it wrong. Will not be back to this location! read more

Quiet store, quick service even when crowded. The only thing I don't like about this store, and there's not much to do about it, is the access off of the highways - I guess there are advantages to being on a busy corner, but the disadvantage here is getting out of the location and back in the direction you want to go. read more

This is by far the worst Starbucks I've been to. The girl behind the counter couldn't seem to pay attention long enough to get my drink order correct. I got a peach green tea lemonade and she repeated back to me without saying Lemonade, I ended up repeating the word lemonade three times and she never acknowledged me. She isn't dressed in normal Starbucks attire and clearly doesn't want to be here, as well as the rest of the employees. My wife and I have come here several times through the drive thru and always, I repeat ALWAYS get the same asshole guy with an attitude. This is the last time I come here I've also reported them to corporate. Well what's to say about this place? It may be one of the three Starbucks in the area but the service and quality can't be beat. One special quality about this particular location is that they offer Starbucks Reserve coffee unlike the other two nearby locations. So if you're wanting a little variety from the usual 3 types of black coffee this is a good spot. read more

Nestled between the Kroger entrance doors and employee breakroom/restrooms, this conveniently located Starbucks serves up drinks correctly, quickly, and at a reasonable price (and you can use your Kroger's card). Friendly staff. For ambience, instead of a fireplace or art, the seating area boasts an impressive collection of houseflies, and an ever present rotation of Kroger employee's on break, usually (depending upon gender) giving the appearance of praying for a quick death or a fairly clean trucker to whisk them away from this life. Do not go here! The service is extremely terrible . I went there today and was so shaken up by how rude the lady at the drive thru window was that I decided to call the manager to complain. I ordered a "skinny" caramel macchiato (which I've done several times at other Starbucks locations). I noticed the hostile attitude from the lady at the window as soon as I drove up to the window to pay and pick up my drink. First, she asked me if I wanted the sugar free syrup or just the fat free milk. I was a little confused, because I've ordered this drink dozens of times; and I've never been asked that. So, I just requested the fat free milk. The lady acted like she couldn't even be bothered to make my drink that way. Like she was insulted that I even asked for fat free milk. When she finally finished making my drink, she all but threw it at me. Then, proceeded to tell me (in her condescending voice) that there's really no difference between fat free milk and regular milk...and basically I'm an idiot for even requesting such a thing. I never post reviews on anything, or complain about bad service, but this was too much! I don't know where this woman learned that it is okay to be rude to your PAYING customer, but she needs an attitude check. I will NOT be going back. I wish i could remember her name. She was an older woman (prob 30-50 yrs old) I'll go to the Starbucks at Barnes and noble at the Avenue before going back there. read more
