Okay I understand being out of something fine, but having to ask what kind of berries six times until they finally tell you blackberries is annoying! Oh, Starbucks! How I wish you offered a more carb friendly menu! It's so hard to say no to those grande cups of surgery goodness! The average iced or frozen coffee at Starbucks has 50 or more carbs, in addition to the other added sugar. Cake pops are a plus when I'm looking for something small and sweet. I suppose I could just exercise and limit my Starbucks intake to maybe 1 time a week, but that would just plain suck!! ;) read more

This as my first time to this Starbucks location. It is a great location with a drive through. The store inside was very small compared to most that I visit but it was very clean and had a great selection of Starbucks gear. With only a few windows the store seems very dark. The staff was friendly and as always our drinks were delicious! read more

The staff at this place is very unprofessional. I interacted with Anthony and Cecelia. They were extremely rude when I requested that my drink be made a certain way. I placed a mobile order for two drinks while I was in the store (because this way they have a print out sticker and it is less explaining for me to do) and asked Cecelia if she was making the mobile order. She ignored my question for some reason. I've noticed that she had a negative attitude with the manner in which she was interacting with her colleagues as well. Anyways, it turns out that Anthony was making one of the drinks and she was making the other. So, when Anthony handed over the drink to me, I asked him if the drink had 2 espresso shots on top with microfoam (the way I wanted the drink) and he said no. And he proceeded to dump the drink in the trash and with a very negative attitude said "I'm going to need to make these drinks again". Cecelia then enters the scene and decides to tell me that next time I should order it like that via the mobile app. I said sure, can you show me how to enter those exact instructions via the mobile app because I haven't seen how you can do that before ( I order about 4 lattes via the mobile app every day). She tried to show me and wasn't able to because gues what, the app doesn't have the functionality! Anthony then jumped in and said, "If you're so desperate to order it that way then you can just edit the name". He wants me to edit my name and add a note in there. I think that's just ridiculous. Anyways, that's when decided to tell them that they need to focus more on customer service and if a customer doesn't feel like the drinks are made to their satisfaction, they should re-make the drinks. I also told them that I tried asking them beforhand but they ignored the question. Anyways, save yourself the hassle and don't go to this location. Anthony and Cecelia need some training. I called the store and spoke to Paige (the store manager) and she seemed very unprofessional too. She seemed reluctant to even discuss the matter. Pretty sad. read more

I was just at this Starbucks where Anthony was absolutely wonderful with recommendations and took real good care of us. Anthony also showed exemplary resourcefulness and found me on Facebook to let me know that I had left my purse there. In my mind he went above and beyond the role of a standard barista. Yes I know it's a chain but this Starbucks is different. It is actually more like a traditional coffee shop. Although it's not large, there are great tables and chairs to hang out at. Plus my latte was made perfect. I could of spent hours there but didn't have time. Next time I will! read more

Always quick and efficient when ordering through the drive through. They did mess up my drink once (they gave me a sweetened iced green tea when I had asked for unsweetened) not a big deal so I didn't say anything. The next time I came through, the girl at the window said, "the last time you came through, I gave you the wrong drink and I am so sorry!" I told her no worries, as there are way worse things that can happen in life, and she proceeded to give me my drink on the house! Such amazing customer service! read more

I came to Starbucks to work on Masters homework and get a coffee. When I purchased my drink and food the service was personable and respectable. In the past half an hour they have constantly been making fun of the customers after they leave. Sometimes such as "omg I can't wait I need to go look at my iPhone," or "he ripped his shirt off like Jersey Mike." In addition, they continue to make crazy drink con-cations for fun for themselves. It's rude to the other customers in the room and doesn't make me want to come back. I'm all about joking around but no so the customers can hear. Now they won't stop talking about throwing up in the drink and laughing obnoxiously. So annoying. read more

This location is very busy in the morning at least that's the only time I've went. For some reason, they cannot get the order "black tea lemonade sweetened" right. It's either someone has a grudge on me or I'm speaking a different language. I've gotten "mango tea lemonade sweetened" and "black tea sweetened." They've gotten my vanilla soy latte orders right before though. Don't get me wrong. They're very friendly and have nice customer service. I went to the drive-thru and the person there was named Kim. I ordered a small ice caramel macchiato and a medium coffee. I then came up to the window to pay for the drinks. She then gives two wrong drinks and I give her a look and said that this isn't my order. She gave me a pink iced drink and and iced latte. She kept insisting that this was my order. She then realized that she did indeed give me the wrong drinks. After that, she gave me my actual order, but I was really bothered when she gave me my iced caramel macchiato. When she gave it to me, it was weird looking because it had two different cups in it and she said that she put a double shot. Which I did not ask for. I left immediately, tasted my iced caramel macchiato, hated it, and threw it out the window. That was the first ever something idiotic like this happened at Starbucks and I will never come back to this one if they keep having employees like this. I wish I could give this no stars at all. read more
