I love love Conscious Cup! Cozy and comfy, with delicious coffee and the BEST breakfast sandwiches in town. Baristas are always friendly and prompt. read more

Not the sprawling large space of the Barrington Conscious on Cook, but a cozy corner nook inviting the java and casual consumers in. The staff is nice, some space but limited outlets, noticed and heard young kids and moms throughout my stay making a racket which unfortunately for small town spots is difficult to accommodate. I ordered up a large rose matcha, surprised my eyes out when it managed to peak twelve dollars! Is it ceremonial grade? Guess I can write off a donation for small town America! It was fine and easy to drink but not much smooth balance I've had with other matcha like Eleventh House in my hometown or Rabble's incredible Lawnmower doing watermelon with the green tea. Downtown Indianapolis sure does spoil! Would do coffee next time, the Dubai latte I had at Cook St seems the winter way. read more

Visited the Downtown Cary Conscious Cup! Located on the street corner by the train tracks with a decent amount of outdoor seating as well as a main banquet of seating inside. The coffee shop was very busy when I visited with a line all the way to the entry. Only one staff member was working so she had to hustle to take orders, make drinks, and refill items behind the bar. I was surprised they would be so understaffed for a busy day. When it was my turn, I ordered a 16oz Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte (with oatmilk). You can tell the pumpkin is fresh and quality to help flavor the latte. They do have a notice stating their prices have increased and reasoning why. My latte in total was close to $10 so this becomes more of a special treat than consistent go-to. Either way, I thoroughly enjoyed my latte and experiencing the Cary location! read more

Great coffee & breakfast sandwiches right in downtown Cary. I love the seasonal flavors they offer as well. Wait times are never long, even on busy weekends. Employees are extremely friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough great things about the staff! read more

The staff is so friendly and helpful at this cute, home grown coffee shop. They make all their own syrups and have delicious flavors for lattes, coffees and anything that you could want. They even have amazing gluten-free treats from a local gluten-free bakery. They have a decent number of seats inside and in the summer they have outdoor seating as well. Definitely a hometown fave. read more

This was a little gem that my wife and I stopped upon for a quick coffee stop during our road trip. The space is inviting with lots of natural light. They also have the cutest stickers! I had to pick up a chemex sticker for my water bottle. I ordered a cortado, which was an 8oz double shot drink. Sometime you never know, because some cafés default to single shot 4oz. Their bean was very nutty--I liked it! Reasonable prices and the barista was a chill guy. Would come again!! read more

Revisited 2 times since my initial review and have had great service and coffee both times

Cute little cafe with delicious coffee and attentive service. A great place to meet up with friends/coworkers, bring your kiddos, or even get some work done. I especially love how they always ask if "milk" is okay in the lattes as I almost always forget to ask for coconut milk. read more

Friendly and prompt service. I was looking for a specific item and received assistance in finding it. Got a coffee and cookie to go, both were great.! Will return when in the area. read more

Just a great coffee experience. Pretty lively place and Tim and the staff are just super service-oriented. The shop is in a perfect spot right on the corner of Main St. and railroad tracks. Oh yea and the quality of coffee is worth the visit alone. As Arnold says... "I'll be Bock". read more

Conscious Cup Coffee Roasters - Caffe au lait - Coffee Roasteries Near Me - Cary, Illinois

Good place but crazy busy. Please hire more people, especially on the weekends. Had to wait 15 minutes for 2 drinks. Not coming back.

Horrible service. If you wanna go in on a Saturday morning and get screamed at by a tattooed barista that they're just too damn busy please be my guest. I had to walk out after 20 minutes waiting for my latte because they're completely short staffed. For seven dollars a latte you would think that they would have a little bit more consciousness in their employment and flow of business. Never going back sorry not sorry read more

Stopped here instead of my usual Starbucks, and LOVED it! Best butter croissant I've ever had, and the dark roast is so good! read more

Conscious Cup Coffee Roasters - Pride flags! - Coffee Roasteries Near Me - Cary, Illinois

I have been a fan of Conscious Cup since they opened their first location in Crystal Lake 13 years ago. As a Cary resident, I was ecstatic to find out they were opening a location in town. Having already visited no less than four times since the new location opened a week ago, I feel I can confidently express that their dedication to quality and excellent service are continued in Cary as they have been at both the Crystal Lake and Barrington locations. I saw the baristas handle crowds with grace and good humor, and me and my wife still received personal attention and delicious coffee and food (well, chai in my wife's case!). The new location is beautiful and I'm amazed at the facelift and work it received in such a short amount of time since the previous tenant left. It's a great space and I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thank you! read more

Conscious Cup Coffee Roasters - Oat milk cortado, in house. - Coffee Roasteries Near Me - Cary, Illinois

Concious cup is THE place to go if you're looking for the freshest cup of coffee around. Freshly roasted right up the road in Crystal Lake, it really doesn't get better than this. Baristas are trained and know what they're doing which is actually harder to come by around here. I am really excited about this new location right near my house and can't believe how beautifully they turned this cafe around. Tons of natural light and a great place to work or converse with friends and coworkers. read more

A favorite whenever I am in the area. Everything is good, I like the white raspberry latte and the chocolate scone. Very cool environment, lots of seating and cool little environment. Downtown Cary is the place to be, lots of small businesses. read more

Very good coffee! Probably the strongest cold brew I've ever had. My only complaint is one day I went I was told they were out of sugar free syrup. My partner went back a different day & got sugar free syrup & mentioned they were all out when I was there. The employee told him they've never been out of it, so that was a strange situation. read more

Closed when supposed to be open. Even yelp says they are open as I write this. Have been here before and the savory scone is good, coffee is ok as well but not fantastic. None of it is good however when your counting on breakfast and a coffee before a long Metra to Chicago and they cannot be bothered to show up for work. read more

One of my favorite coffee places! I love their chai tea latte with oat milk or just a regular almost milk latte. Their gluten free peanut butter cookies are also to die for. read more

This is some of the best coffee I've ever had. The iced oat milk lattes (caramel or caramel vanilla) are so delicious. Their sandwiches and scones are SO good too. Super friendly staff as well. 4 stars just because it's extremely expensive! read more

First time having a pumpkin chai latte since going vegan. It was so flavorful and tasted great with oat milk. The baristas were kind and made sure to take great care of us. read more

This new shop is so cute, and very conveniently close to the train stop. I love that they make their own syrups. I feel like when I'm lucky enough to find a cafe that does this, I know my drink will be stellar. And it was! I hope they continue to make all of their syrups from scratch. I got a mocha with whole milk and it was so creamy and the perfect mix of espresso and chocolate. All of the workers were very friendly, and I love the decor all the way from the entrance to the bathrooms! I can't wait to come back! This really is craft coffee shop and I want to try all of their different lattes! read more

The drinks here are fantastic, but I haven't been able to try the sandwiches yet because they stop serving food an hour before close? Seems a little excessive to me.. read more

Stopped in this morning to give the new place a try. Order the vanilla Carmel latte - service was super friendly and patient as I made my choice. I chose wisely! Yum! Latte was hot and creamy and not too sweet. The coffee was smooth, not bitter. The coffee shop is super cute: aka small, not a negative just be aware. Seating at 9:00 am was hard to find and it is cozy: aka close together, again not a negative. Overall I had a great experience and will be goi g back again and again and again! read more

Such great ambiance. I had the caramel vanilla latte and the Angry Bird panini. Both were delicious and great prices! They even put a Christmas tree design on my coffee. Will definitely be returning to study again! read more

This place is the best... simply the best. Their beans are perfect, their syrups are made from scratch and their hot and iced lattes are EPIC. Carmel Latte... you will not be disappointed. Great employees, owners and atmosphere. All of their locations are consistent. (Crystal Lake, Barrington and now Cary!) Finally! A GREAT coffee shop in Cary. Holla-loo-ya! read more

I would say this is the best local coffee shop and roaster (they brew a tad week for my taste, but ymmv). But what sells it is the laid back vibe of the main location. read more

I'm absolutely thrilled that Conscious Cup has come to Cary and they've done a spectacular job with the space. It's open and has a simple elegance. Now I can get all of my favorite coffee drinks as only Conscious Cup makes them, along with their high quality coffee beans. I was delighted to see that it was full when I stopped in yesterday afternoon. A new gem for Cary! read more

Just went here for the first time. 2 stars for the atmosphere and very friendly staff. But this place is WAY overpriced. A small muffin and small coffee for $10....ya no. Never coming back unless they lower their prices. Not worth it. read more
