It's antique like but also has a modern touch. TONS of seating and it was pretty quiet, a great place to study or work. It appears to be an old house or something- the place was very big! Service was wonderful. Barista was very sweet! The pastries look amazing but I didn't try them.

Whether I wanted to hole up in the cafe for hours to study or grab a quick drink to-go, Doc's fits the bill. The cafe is so cute, and there is an abundance of seating and tables if you're looking to catch up with friends or study. The ambience is cozy and eclectic. I really like how the cafe is not completely open; instead, there are many nooks and crannies you can settle into, which allows for more privacy than many other cafes. Their menu is huge (coffee, pastries, sandwiches, etc.) and they also often have fun seasonal or specialty drinks that I love to try. I recently had the cookie butter draft latte, which was absolutely delicious. I'd never had a draft latte, but I was so glad I gave it a try (shoutout to the employee who explained it to me too). Service has always been amazing, even though they can get busy as a coffee shop in a college town. Doc's is also conveniently located in the cutest shopping area, if you're interested in antique or plant shopping after grabbing a drink!

Despite being…read moreamong four other coffee shops within a two-block radius, the quality of each product stands out among the rest surrounding Oak Street. Espresso at Evergreen offers multiple menus, so it was hard to make a decision. I asked the barista for a recommendation, and she suggested the Nuts & Bolts latte. The flavor was bold and not too sweet, satisfying my criteria for a perfect specialty drink. What stood out to me the most was the VIP subscription. The subscription, which costs $79/month, allows customers to receive one free drink from the menu once a day. This is something I have never seen at a coffee shop, and it is a great investment for college students who frequent coffee shops multiple times a week. I'm also a big fan of the closing hours. It allows for college students and other community members to have a space to relax and do work.

The tables and booths were spaced far enough apart to give you privacy and room to work while feeling cozy and comfortable. The menu was unique. Some old favorites like lattes and hot chocolate and some experimental brews like floral cold brew. There's also a small assortment of baked goods. I tried the sugar cookie with cream cheese frosting. It came with blueberries which I passed on but I'm sure it would have been just as delicious. The barista was friendly and efficient. A definite try again on my journeys.

I placed my mobile order right before I drove over there, so maybe 2 mins before I got there. I walked in, looked at the cups and in that time was greeted politely by every employee on the right side of the counter. I went and waited by the drink pick up, not really paying attention to the drinks because I didn't think it was possible that my drink could have possibly already been ready let alone waiting. To my surprise, when the employee asked what the name was for my drink I found it right on the counter already ready! The way these employees are busting out coffees like superhero's over there is really impressive all while managing to greet every customer when they walk in really does stand out and is review worthy.

I stopped by to order Starbucks Coffee Traveler for a large meeting. Baristas did such an excellent job. They brewed a fresh batch. Put all the cups together. Put extra Grande cup of cream and other condiments that my meeting folks might need. Thank you so much for being so courteous and efficient. Few hours after my meeting, I had a long drive and this location wasn't far from my meeting. I decided to return to get a medium roast, "Casi Cielo," in my personal cup. Once again, baristas did amazing job here. Special thanks to the young guy that helped me with my To-Go Order. Despite them being out of "Casi Cielo." He did a Pour Over. Honestly, I think pour over has something little more special because the flavor is different and the full body aroma was different. My drink tasted great. My taste buds were happy. Thank you and I'm looking forward to returning. I highly recommend this location. Interior of this place was pretty cool too. I've never seen anything like it before. They have good seating selection. Check out their wall art when you visit. One of my favorites too.
