I usually don't do reviews for franchises as I feel my opinion doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of bringing in business. I'm doing this review because I really enjoy the ice cream. I live in a space where I grew up with homemade ice cream at a parlour, so I'm very picky. This is not homemade yumminess BUT it is delicious in its own right. I personally prefer the vanilla scoop but the mixed concretes are fun as well. The ingredients taste fresh (key lime pie as an example) and the portions are adequate. What I like is the service. It's a bit weird you order right before the window then pay at the window but everyone is so friendly when I've gone. read more

The service at the Dave award location is junk. We have a very simple order, custard, light, hot, fudge, and pecans. Whoever the dark haired guy is with glasses is extremely incompetent at making concrete. He left all of the hot fudge cooped up down in the bottom corner, and put about three pecans in it. After being very unsatisfied, I took it back up for them to make me another one, and the guy only gave us a cup of pecans. Extremely unhappy with this location and will not come back. read more

Only thing did not like is that ozark turtle sundae cup was not filled. Shakeys custard in Little rock better value.

There is exactly one thing to come out of Springfield, Missouri that's worth a hoot, and that one thing is Andy's Frozen Custard. Andy's has quite possibly the best frozen custard in the US and maybe the best single dessert treat on the planet: The Key Lime Pie Concrete. Every year in late July, the dessert gods bestow upon us this delightful blend of creamy-tartness in a plastic cup. I look forward to it once a year. If the superlative key lime pie concrete is not available, The Stolen Brownie Sundae is available all year and is the second best dessert treat in the universe. read more

This place had the longest line when we pulled up so my sights were set high! And low and behold this place did not Disappoint! Even though the long line, Made us hesitant to stop. We then noticed that there is another portion where you can walk up in order and get your stuff right away which we opted to do. It took less than five minutes, from ordering to getting my order! Now let's talk about the taste! Talk about yummmmmm! This custard pretty comparable to the yummy ice creams and custards in Wisconsin! FYI Wisconsin is the dairy state so yeah! Any who I got the turtle sundae whole wife wife got the malt and our little just got vanilla' the portions are really nice size! But it should be for the price! Tonight I do think they went over board on my turtle Sundae! I had more Carmel And chocolate than custard! Which kind of sucked because I would Have loved to eat the whole Sundae, but I would have died of sugar OD! Never the less this place was pretty good over all! read more

Very fast friendly service. The Dr Pepper float was very good. The egg nog milk shake definitely need more eggnog but also good.

Same great custard, different city! The hubs and I are super-fans! I had my first taste of Andy's in Jonesboro, AR and I've been hooked ever since! The hubs loves the the butter pecan concrete and I live for their root beer floats! The strawberry shortcake is pretty epic also! Fancy stylings aside, Andy's custard is the best I've tasted hands down!-- and I've tasted many a' frozen custard in my day! This location is new to Conway and is definitely a hit in this college town! So glad you're here Andy's... our love affair can go on uninterrupted! read more

I love this place! I always get a strawberry hot fudge concrete and I've recently tried the strawberry shortcake and idk what's better..... this place is by far the best! read more

Although the custard is astoundingly good, that is one of the only redeeming qualities of the Dave Ward Andy's. I have never once been greeted with a smile and the employee's rarely listen to an order and make it correctly. I have tried to have an ounce of empathy but it's not that difficult to know the difference between chocolate and vanilla, especially when you're the only customer in line. read more

We recently tried Andy's for an afternoon treat!! It was a treat!! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Nice selection of items and the items we choose were delicious!! Looking for a way to cool off, Andy's is a great option!! We will certainly return, probably even in cooler weather when we need something sweet!! read more

Fast and friendly service. Clean new custard stand with everything you might expect. The key lime pie concrete was wonderful.

Andy's has the best ice cream of anywhere I've been, hands down. They have custard and concrete which is thicker than regular ice cream and they make it fresh in store everyday - and you can tell. It's more expensive than your regular ice cream but totally worth it. Staff is always super nice and helpful. Lines may look long at times, but they tend to move pretty quickly. read more

Andy's Frozen Custard - Great custard and concretes! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Conway, Arkansas

So Creamy!! I get their concrete with cookie dough and I love it!! They have a cute old fashioned theme going on too. I want to try their root beer sometime I had to edit this review because the last 3 visits I have been VERY disappointed by how little toppings they put in their shakes. Their competitors are much better about topping freshness and amount and I have found a new favorite custard place in town. read more

Just went here for the first time the other day. Wow its delicious. I got the James Brown, and I think its going to be my go-to. It'll be hard to try anything else just because I know this is so good. The people working were friendly as well! ...I kind of want to get some frozen custard right now.. read more

The ice cream is like tasting a little piece of heaven.

Concrete my ass. It was liquid. It was flavored milk. Not my favorite trip to an Andy's.

This is quite the opposite of a concrete. Tried three different times and have been handed a cup of milk.

The is absolutely nothing like the James Brownie Jackhammer. We normally get a small & split it when we go out for ice cream, but for a James Brownie, we get a medium because we both want all of it!!!! read more

The James Brownie is amazing. Quick service and great creations. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very basic custard ice cream, and very disappointing compared to other custard shops such as Shake's. If you're going to spend $5 on an ice cream it's in better interest just to go to your local grocery story than to Andy's. read more

This is a weekly visit for my wife and I. We love their seasonal hand crafted desserts and also their regular Andy's favorites. Andy's has a great location, easy drive thru, quick ticket times, oh and tastes great! read more

This place is a joke. I hate that it has come to our town. I went there one day received my order to get home and to find a fingernail in my custard. I called the location and the manager on duty was very rude to me and I was told that I could get my order remade. So I drive back up to there to find the African American manager drilling me about the fingernail in my custard. Not saying that she was sorry but stated that none of her girls have long fingernails. Basically calling me a liar to my face. They remade my order and handed something totally different then what I ordered. I was given my money back and I left with the wrong order. So a couple of minutes goes by and the manager calls me and said's they handed me the wrong order once again no I'm sorry. Nothing she is very rude. And I feel very sorry for the people who have to work for her. I will never go to this place again. read more
