Starbucks - E. Oak St (Conway) What a great group of guys and gals that helped me with my order, morning off 9/23/25. I stopped by to order Starbucks Coffee Traveler for a large meeting. Baristas did such an excellent job. They brewed a fresh batch. Put all the cups together. Put extra Grande cup of cream and other condiments that my meeting folks might need. Thank you so much for being so courteous and efficient. Few hours after my meeting, I had a long drive and this location wasn't far from my meeting. I decided to return to get a medium roast, "Casi Cielo," in my personal cup. Once again, baristas did amazing job here. Special thanks to the young guy that helped me with my To-Go Order. Despite them being out of "Casi Cielo." He did a Pour Over. Honestly, I think pour over has something little more special because the flavor is different and the full body aroma was different. My drink tasted great. My taste buds were happy. Thank you and I'm looking forward to returning. I highly recommend this location. Interior of this place was pretty cool too. I've never seen anything like it before. They have good seating selection. Check out their wall art when you visit. One of my favorites too. read more

Came here for a drink and a quick bite. Everyone is super friendly. The food is hot and tasty and the drink was super yummy.

I went thru the drive thru to order one drink and the employee repeated the correct order back to me. when I got to the pick up window, he handed me the wrong drink and I had to wait for my drink to be remade. After my drink was remade, it was still wrong. I didn't even have any modifications, it was just a standard drink on the menu read more

Please see the picture of my Iced Green Tea Latte; the one for which I asked them to go easy on the ice. This picture was even taken after some of the ice melted. At close to $5 a drink, this is ridiculous! I barely got three sips out of this drink. I've been questioning my own sanity for buying $5 drinks anyway. When I stop here, it's to treat myself bc to spend this much everyday and not invest it, would be pure insanity. However after this drink, I think Starbucks has lost me forever, this definitely was not a treat. If I weren't pressed for time, not only would I take this back, but ask for my tip money back too. The gentleman who took my order repeated "green tea latte, easy on the ice" back to me when I arrived at the drive they window, so there definitely was not a lack of communication. To be fair, I'm irked at myself for driving away without checking the drink first. They earned a second star because they're quick at the drive through and the servers are always pleasant. read more

I love this location. Staff is SUPER friendly and welcoming. However, I will say I am highly disappointed that their hours have been cut and no long open at 0500 (not to mention closing earlier). That was the best thing about this location, their hours. Hopefully this will change back to "normal" hours soon. Until then, I will be forced to go to the competition for my morning caffeine fix. For now they get a 3 star review. If I'm the future they change the hours, they will receive the 5 star they were before!! read more

VERY busy place, with this said- was orderly and pretty quick - the 3 baristas were non stop, kudos to the store manager that was in a meeting but still heard a discrepancy with an order- jumped up, spoke with the customer and made it right for him. That's impressive, I know he was grateful. Very clean store, well stocked and the orders were both spot on. Worth going to, there are some things that this store does not carry so be aware that some things you may have to go to a different location for. read more

The staff was friendly when I walked in, probably obviously having just woke up from the Motel 6 next door. I was happy they were there as sometimes when out driving in the middle of the country you just want a safe and nice place to recharge. 5 stars for location, friendly staff, and not too crowded yet large inside. read more

Have you ever stopped in a strange town because you couldn't drive anymore because the kids are done driving in a car. Then try to get some sleep and you end up getting beat up by both of them and your dog decides to give you a super great lovable hump hugs. I love Starbucks, and I always get the Iced Vanilla Chai Tea Latte w/ Almond Milk because I am severely lactose intolerant. Well, tonight, I went through the drive-thru, and all was well. The employee was nice, I was nice, it seemed like a pleasant experience for everyone. That is until about thirty minutes later, after I had enjoyed nearly half of the grande sized drink I bought. Suddenly, my stomach starts rumbling. A sharp pain shoot through me, and realization hits. They didn't use almond milk. Knowing what's coming, dreading the rest of the night, I cut my plans for the night short, and take my friend home. I rush back home, only to be latched to the porcelain throne ever since. I am in pain. This isn't something to mess around with. Why do some baristas take it upon themselves to mess with my health? Not a total one star because the drink was tasty, but not worth it. read more

THEY WERE OUT OF EVERYTHING! No grande or venti lids(they are the same lids). No black tea. Out of all the holiday drinks. Out of every sandwich/panini. Waste of my time. Then at the last minute they told me they didn't have the tea to make my drink so I ordered a different one and they didn't compensate the inconvenience. Never returning. They call themselves "OakBucks" as a nod to the street where they are located. I call them StellarBucks, because even in comparison to other Starbucks, this location is a shining star!! Never had a drink wrong -- and I'm a dyed-in-the-wool coffee snob. If my shot isn't "saved" in the 13 seconds it is viable, I have no compunction in having a barista remake my drink. NEVER had to have this done on Oak street!! Go in the morning and ask for JoJo -- she is awesome! read more

This place is run by a pack of lazy, disinterested idiots.... I literally stood at the register and waited to place an order for nearly 5 full minutes while 3 of their staff members talked and laughed amongst themselves. It took me asking if anyone worked here to get someone to break away from their conversation and take my order, which came with twisted up lips and attitude. They did get the drink right when it was finally made, but save yourself some frustration and find another location. read more

One of the best Starbucks I've been to. I consistently seem to get bad iced vanilla lattes while traveling. I prefer them with a strong coffee flavor and this Starbucks made if that way. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. We didn't have to wait forever either. Drinks were made quickly. I also loved the close proximity to I-40, it was very convenient.
