My first visit here since they opened this location. Your normal sized Starbucks.,,has a very trendy look and feel. Especially with the jazz playing in the background. They do have a covered patio out front. They have all the usual yummy pastries, cups, mugs for sale. The service was quick.. No waiting! I would have given it 5 stars but they have a couple of tables that needed to be wiped & the floor could have been swept. read more

This place is What's Up! Customer service is on point. They were busy and acknowledged apologized to me while I patiently waited. Gave me time to look around. Was able to put my order in as soon as someone was able to do so. As I walked out with my order, 3 of their employees acknowledged me by name and said goodbye. Took me by surprise. Visited this starbucks for the first time. I got my free birthday drink for being an app member. Yay me! I ordered a vanilla creme Frappuccino with cookie crumble it was my version of cookies and cream. My family ordered a mocha Cookie crumble and it was deliciously made. This seems like a new starbucks. But the couches were nasty. Ants were crawling around them. I never visited the bathrooms. Parking was nice. read more

This is the worst starbucks. This is the closest one to my house and I only go here when I know I can afford to waste an hour of my time. It normally takes more than 20 mins in the drive thru, and they most likely will get your order wrong! I don't get it, they repeat your order back to you (but never goes on the screen/they don't punch it into the register) and then you end up with whipped cream when you didn't want it, or you get a veggie wrap when you wanted a chicken wrap. ...I always go here thinking, "what will they get wrong today". read more

This is my regular Starbucks. I stop here about twice a week at least. I use the mobile app to order, and pick it up at the drive through. I rarely have an issue. I t usually takes less than 5 minutes to get my order, with the exception of the people who don't use the mobile app and order from there, and have some big weird order that takes 20 minutes to complete(just go inside please) Everyone who works here is great, and they always get my order just right! read more

I have a morning routine of getting Starbucks before I start my day. The workers are always very nice! There has been a handful of times that my drink tasted like dirty dish water...but as soon as I told them, they fixed it for no charge. One morning, I had already left for work and realized it so I gave them a call and they gave me a free drink the following morning. I LOVE this Starbucks! I don't like going to any other one. Hands down best customer service and they are speedy with their drinks! My favorite baristas are Sarah, Gem, and Luke! Gem is my favorite on the weekends!!! read more

Stopped in to meet with someone. I order the Peach Citrus White Tea and it is Amazing. The first Starbucks that I have been in, in a long time that played decent music and the staff was very friendly. Tables were a little dirty but not too bad. I will def come here again. read more

Every single time I've come to this Starbucks they manage to mess up my drink order, and it's nothing too crazy, an unsweetened iced tea? Or a iced vanilla latte. The simplest orders ALWAYS get messed up. Drive thru has been far worse than inside, it's as if they ignore what I order and they pick for me. Instead of my iced tea they tried to hand me a hot chocolate. There weren't even any other cars in the drive thru. Then instead of a plain iced tea unsweetened they handed me some pink drink. Slowest Starbucks in the area. Even when they aren't busy. Don't bother using your mobile app to order...they won't start it until after you get there anyway. Food is standard. If you order wine in the evening (I had a meeting there) you do get some really yummy roasted pepitas. read more

It's a Starbucks. Plenty of them around the city. Honestly only come to this one since it's close to my house besides the one in Target down the street. During the week you have the fast and friendly staff who cater to your needs and wants. Saturday they are still chipper. Whatever you do, don't come on a Sunday. Staff is mediocre. They have no sense of urgency. The baristas making your drinks must be the "C" squad. Drinks are not that great coming from them. Otherwise I would have gave this location 5 stars. read more

I hate to change my review but something about this place has gone downhill in just a few short months. I'm here several times a week (4-5) and the non coldbrew iced coffee has been terrible. The closest I can get to explaining it is that it tastes like old nasty peanuts. It's been like this every single time for weeks now. I have even asked them to remake it and it's still the same. This location does not have great service. They are consistently slow (busy or not) and either get my order wrong or don't have the products to make the drink I like (Green Tea Peach Lemonade)! I had a wrong drink and I already told them, but waited for 30 mins and didn't get my right drink back. My home nearby it and I always love it. When I saw they got some new staffs, i recognized they were easy to make wrong drinks. I could understand but they made my drinks' wrong many time. Terrible. I hate going here but sometimes I cave because it is the closest drive through Starbucks to my house. They get my drink order wrong about a third of the time and when it's not the drink it's something else (today's oatmeal came with two fruit packets but no nut mix). Granted all little things but to top it off this location is SO SLOW! You can be literally the only car in the drive through and still wait close to 10 minutes and order ahead and walk in is just as bad - I have stood at the register for 5 minutes (4 staff members within 10 feet) without so much as an acknowledgement or hello, if I hadn't already had ordered online, I would have walked out over such atrocious service. Basically, I go because I a slave to the early am caffeine but I respect myself a little bit less every time I find myself at this Starbucks location. read more
