This Starbucks is the best Starbucks in town just for the fact the building was originally a Schlotzky's Deli which provides ample outdoor seating room. The service has gotten better since they're fully open again after the Covid-19 pandemic. Mobile orders only take a few minutes again. However, I've noticed a time or too that the baristas have left out cold foam or served me black iced coffee without any cream or milk. This is by far the worst and slowest Starbucks. Ordered at 3:06pm and I'm still sitting here at 3:45pm with no drink. It's not a large order- 1x Honey Citrus Mint Tea. It would be different if the store was full of cafe orders, but there is one person in line. Their drive thru orders clock is at over 3 minutes right now and the goal is usually under 40 seconds. It would also be different if this happened only today, but this is not. Unfortunately this is the Starbucks by my work, so we are stuck with this service that runs like slow drip coffee. Overall a great Starbucks location! It has a drive-thru, covered patio, and what looked like a clean dining room. Because of COVID-19, only the drive-thru was open. I had no problems ordering my drinks and egg white bites. When I got to the window, the employee was very friendly. The drinks only took 2 minutes to come out, which is great for 3 drinks at Starbucks. I am very glad that I visited this Starbucks location. read more

Compared to other Starbucks stores, this standalone Starbucks is great for a few reasons: 1. It's got a drive-thru. 2. It's got a covered patio. 3. It's spacious with ample seating inside and out. 4. The employees are super friendly. On our way back from Dothan to Atlanta, we stopped by this Starbucks which is located just off of I-185 and US 80. I grabbed a venti (24 oz) pumpkin spice Frappuccino®. It was sweet, delicious, and hit the spot. Ingredients: coffee, milk, ice, pumpkin spice sauce (made from pumpkin puree), and topped with whipped cream and pumpkin spice powder (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, etc.). Addictive! The caffeine definitely perked me up that afternoon, which is what I needed. There were lots of young folks working/studying with their laptops out. I also saw some soldiers from (presumably) nearby Fort Benning. There's a variety of seating from cushy chairs to communal tables that are ideal for groups. If I was ever in this area again, I'd come back. read more

Drive Thru!!! I had a great experience during the drive thru process today. When I drove in to the parking lot towards the menu the line was three cars deep. By the time I ordered and went to the window those vehicles were gone! Service oriented. The employee was very polite and happy which made for a great start to the day along with my scrumptious chorizo breakfast sandwich! This location is wonderful!! The customer is top notch and they always have what I want! The location on Manchester rarely has what I want l, so I started going to the Bradley Park location. This morning, Megan took my order in the drive thru and she was upbeat, kind, courteous and awesome!! I wish all of my drive thru experiences were with people like Megan!! I did a white chocolate latte pre-order on my app 30 minutes prior to arrival. When I got there, my drink still was not ready. I asked how many drinks were ahead of me. The website is incorrect on what time they open. I was on my way home early for a road trip and needed some coffee, so we sat in line with other cars for about 15 minutes after they were supposed to open with no service, I eventually parked and tried to go inside since it looked like there were 3 employees inside not taking orders and they said they were actually opening at 6 instead of the time listed for 5:30. I asked if the drive thru was open since they're are a lot of cars in line, to which she responded "we open at 6." And again "we open at 6." I just wanted some information and the attitude from this woman was insane. I read the terrible reviews before coming here and still thought it would be worth a shot, but clearly they have some employees with attitude and slow service. Starbucks normally pull 3 stars, because they're consistent in delivering exactly what I expect. But this one is better than average. The service was just as friendly as usual. The drink was just as tasty as usual. And the cost was just as slightly overpriced as any Starbucks. But it was a nicer place to get coffee. Tables & chairs, comfy couch chairs, outdoor seating (covered and uncovered) and plenty of space. So often Starbucks uses every last inch of space, making the place feel so cramped. Coffee is okay. Nothing special. Timing to get a very simple order took way longer than it should. Customers after me were being served their drinks before me. When ordering my drink a young gentleman was opening making fun of my order and other peoples orders in the drive through line. There was also another employee who was taking about his encounter with a customer to another employee in front of everyone. Complaining about how she told him she didn't like his attitude (he still obviously had one). BY FAR the worst customer service I have experienced at any Starbucks location. Now messed up orders happen, I understand. Human nature. But, every single time my wife and I have been to this location our order has been wrong. Then when we go back up to the counter to have our order fixed, we're met with attitude every time (i.e eyes rolling and sarcastic smiles while they grab our "wrong" drinks to remake them). If it wasn't for the outside seating area being so spectacular, we would never come to this location. We've even gone across the street to the target Starbucks and then brought the drinks over just so we don't have to deal with ordering inside, but can still enjoy the sun with our dogs. This Starbucks in Columbus, GA is likely the best Columbus Starbucks location. It is spacious and the baristas are always cheery and professional. The service is great about 92% of the time, which says a lot about this location--kudos to the shift supervisors and to the manager! There are a lot of places to sit and enjoy yourself as well as a large patio area to sit outside. I would definitely recommend coming here over the other Columbus locations. read more

What I liked about this one is they had plenty of those comfortable chairs to sit in inside. They also have a large patio area outside in front. Service: Service with a smile, and a warm welcome. This is my favorite Starbucks in the Columbus area. It's much larger than the others and a large portion of the outdoor seating is shaded with plenty of seating inside and out. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. While it's obvious that this location is older than the others, it's still well maintained. In fact, I'd argue that it has a more welcoming atmosphere than the newer and annoyingly busy Veterans Parkway location less than 2mi away. read more
