I hate to say it but this Starbucks is not run efficiently. I've had over 10 experiences here where no matter what time of day, how many employees there are or how many customers- drinks take over 20 minutes. I tried to solve the problem by ordering ahead- still not ready. The last straw for me was ordering a drink in the drive thru, waiting behind 1 car in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes and then when I pulled up to the window to pay- 2 employees watching me in the drive thru not coming to help. It became clear they were confused and when they finally came to the window- they said they didnt remember to put my order in . I had to leave without the drink because I was running behind (since I waited over 20 minutes for them to forget me). I think I've finally learned my lesson! The employees are nice so I wonder if it's a training or management issue. read more

The guy who was "running" the window was rushing me almost forgot my sandwich but I had to remind him and I ordered a Venti shaken espresso and I'm pretty sure I was charged for it because I didn't get an option of getting a receipt or not. It's like he wanted me to get out of the window and I have a grande drink which I did not ask for... I've had great experiences at this location, but today was not the day he needs to step up his Customer Service or not be working. I'll probably go to a different Starbucks from now on. read more

I placed my order this morning at 7:15am. I had 14 drinks, kind of a large order but they didn't finish my order until 8:00am. They kept giving out other orders without finishing mine. I told the guy that I still needed 2 more drinks and he said what are they? Never again at this location. 45 minutes for my order is unacceptable read more

A consistently busy cozy location. Traffic is a bit of a challenge getting to this one. Staff are friendly and helpful but much faster in person than drive up. Social distancing and masks are no longer required on guests. read more

This location really is struggling since covid. The hours are greatly restricted and many time sits completely closed. The lone is typically at least. 20 minute wait which is most of the time not realistic for me. Often times the drinks I'd prefer are sold out. The staff is typically friendly and helpful which is a plus. The inside of Thai store is very small. This is not somewhere I would want to go to complete any work or to sit inside for any period of time. It is also next to a hotel that is being built so there is a ton of construction debris and noise. If they are able to correct the issues with the wait time this a convenient location to drive thru. I just don't know if or when that will happen. This has been the case for months on end now. read more

I continue to find new levels of dissatisfaction in the megacorp that is Starbucks. 2 out of 3 online coffee (nothing fancy just brew coffee) orders has resulted in getting there to find they need to brew more coffee. This place is awful. Was there 11/5/22 at 8:15am. Lady working the food/oven took my order. Just a large Pike Waited for 15 minutes as they served all the mobile app and drive thru orders Went back up to the ordering station and the same person says "I'll be right with you" She says "Can I help you?" And I say "Yah...can you pour the large Pike I ordered? It takes 2 seconds" Nobody here cares. The place is filthy. I would never order coffee coming from this place ever again. read more

We drove thru this Starbucks on our way to visit our son a couple hours away. Our order just wasn't right. I usually just let things like this go, but this time I decided to call back and let them know that our drink wasn't what we ordered. The manager, Sarah, was apologetic (turns out it was a problem with the cappuccino machine), accommodating, and very professional. She credited my card and told us to stop back by on our way home (in 4 days!) and she would make us a new drink on the house. I had never stopped by this Starbucks before, but having been treated so well, I can guarantee that this will be a regular stop for me in the future. Sara is absolutely an asset to this company and has gained a new customer for them. Well done! read more

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Everyone here is always very friendly and I've never had to wait for any excessive period of time. My order has only been wrong once (and I come here A LOT) and the guy happily fixed it while holding a pleasant conversation. Another time, my toddler had slapped my drink from my hand cause the cup to crack and spill, when I went back through the drive thru it was the same employee. She recognized me and didn't charge me for a replacement when I explained why I was back five minutes later for the same drink. Pretty much all of the employees know that if my son is in the back seat to give me the cakepop I ordered right away because he knows window=cakepop and starts to get overly excited the second we pull up. I've been coming in to this location sporadically for almost two years and I've always had good service and products. The people are always nice. Today when I learned the online ordering system is up and running, I placed an order on my phone app and hopped in my car. It took 5 minutes to get there, and I wondered if I was too early. I walked inside and up to the pick up counter. I was immediately greeted by both young ladies and one handed me my drink and said we've been waiting for you. Wow. Nice. Impressive. This is something I will take advantage of as a treat, but not on a regular basis because a) it's expensive, and b) I can't hand them my reusable cup. It's sad that while it is a cool novelty, it will create more waste. read more

1 star. The only positive thing i can say about the place the drinks were ok. The place is absolutely filthy inside. From the bathrooms, to all the counter tops, it was just a horrible experience. Good baristas, good, fast service, and always friendly. Morning, noon, or afternoon (because I only need coffee when I'm at work) they're always good. What I don't get is why the drive-thru is always so long - I walk inside and am gone well before I would have left if I waited in line. Usually - I'm in and out - but I may start sneaking over to work and drink more coffee. I think we all win, in that regard. read more

I have never once left a Yelp review before and my experience with this Starbucks unfortunately led me to leave this review. You might as well take a nap after you place a mobile order to this location. Two days in a row I have waited about 30 minutes for a 1 drink mobile order. The worst part about this is that they were not busy both times!! If I am going to be paying an expensive price for coffee the least I would expect is for it to be ready at the time it says it will be ready. This place needs to do A LOT better. I will not be using this location anymore as I have been made late to work due to waiting an absurd amount of time. You are better just going to the Tim Hortons next door. This is a nice Starbucks location with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's a little inconvenient to get to, but not far from the Polaris area. Once the road goes through to ikea it will be more convenient. The drive thru is not usually as packed as some other locations. read more

Decent size inside. Lot of seating, and easy to maneuver for my son in a wheel chair. Drinks and baristas are just like any other Starbucks.

The drive-through line always takes way too long. Can never get through it in under 20 mins even when there's 3 or 4 cars. Also their always out of certain drinks. If you want Starbucks just go to the one on Cleveland ave. read more

This location always has friendly baristas and pretty prompt service, but unfortunately is very unreliable. They are often closed and frequently don't leave signage out (at drive thru) that they are closed. If you are set on a morning coffee, call first or go to another location! read more

I have gone this specific Starbucks multiple times because I never get any upset workers when I have long and complicated orders. They're always happy to take my order and keep a smile on their faces. The line moves quickly, the store is clean, and the atmosphere is really pleasant. This is my typical first stop every morning and the staff here is simply fantastic. Most of the baristas know my drink and have had it ready by the time I am paying at the register. Like most coffee shops the drive through can get pretty crowded in the morning rush but you can easily run inside and bypass the line. There are comfy chairs inside and free Wi-Fi, most what you'd expect from the franchise, but it's the customer service that keeps me coming back to this location. Defiantly make this a frequent stop if you are in the area. read more
