Sadly this is the closest location to my home but it's my least favourite. They don't stay…read moreconsistent with how they make their drinks and it's certainly not the same as other locations. I was coming to this location consistently for quite a few years until I had to cut down on my coffee spending. On the occasion I do decide to get a treat I have been switching between a variety of drinks, depending on the day. But it's only between 3 different drinks. However at this location it wasn't consistently yummy and enjoyable. I did on a few occasions say something to them and they would remake the drink, because that's what Starbucks does, but it was still tasting weird/different/not yummy. But if I order that drink exactly the same from another location, why does it taste better? Even when I would mention this to them, that it wasn't the same as location A and B, they would argue with me that it wasn't true. So maybe I'm the crazy one? Again, I just stopped going to this location for a long period of time. However, every once in a while I'll give this location another try, such as today, my husband decided to stop there for a drink. I asked him to bring me a regular blonde drip coffee, as I have been having this option at other locations and it's been delicious. But yet again this location ruined a drink that has been great at other locations. It's was so strong and horribly bitter. So what I know is, when I'm in my community and my family and I decide to stop for a treat, I'll be giving my money to the Sobeys Starbucks or to Tim Hortons. Hopefully someone higher up reads this and maybe actually checks out this location for some possible inconsistencies that could be causing a not great outcome with their product.

Prepackaged banana loaf with production date of Feb 10, 2015 making it a 4 month old loaf. Interesting and kind of grossed out. I hope it was a misprint because it would scare me with the kinds of preservatives in there. And since my first review I've just got to experience my first latte at this location that's made me visit the toilet more often than I wanted. I got an iced vanilla latte in the early afternoon. It tasted a bit off from my first sip. I promptly returned it and asked for a new one. The new one tasted just right. Who knew just a tiny sip would lead to stomach pains in the evening, and then frequent visits to the toilet late in the night. I've had this experience before at different locations. (I'm pretty sure at market mall.) They deal with milk on the counter. Sometimes it's been sitting on the counter too long, or has been previously steamed a few too many times. It gets busy, I know, but would you make your own drink using resteamed milk??

The parking lot is a little small but generally I don't see every single space taken. I think in the evenings it may be tougher to park as it shares a lot with Pizza 73 but I'm rarely going for coffee at that time anyhow. It has all the usual products that you'll find at any Second Cup, although I find they are more often out of certain items or just done get them in, so that can be a little frustrating. The interior of the shop is nice and has ample seating. One oddity is that I find this location is a few pennies more expensive than the location I usually go to downtown. It's minor, just an observation. Review #25 of Yelp's 30 Day Challenge
