Just a heads-up for anyone stopping here! The drive-thru cashiers have added $5 tip to my drink order without asking. When you're rushing, it's easy to miss it. Make sure to double check your receipt before you pull away. It's frustrating, and it shouldn't happen. read more

The staff is lovely-so friendly no matter the time of day or how busy they are. The drinks are made identically every time and I never have to worry if I'll be disappointed. The acoustics are a little loud so I don't find the space super inviting for a long work session, but I suspect it was designed to discourage it. Be careful in the parking lot during peak hours. And don't be afraid to ask for pup cups! read more

Working over in the outlets and we've been excited for this location to open since we found out what it was going to be. Every time I've come here I've noticed the drive through line is long and it's busy inside. The outdoor patio is a nice touch. It seems as if the staff is still finding their groove as service is a little slow BUT the staff is pleasant and seemingly competent as they've always gotten my order correct. This pains me to write. We were excited to see this location opening. It's a convenient stop on the way to or from our marina . We generally enjoy a beverage from Starbucks. My review is more based on the condition of this brand new store and not the actual products. We stopped by this weekend during what appeared to be a slow time. It was our first in store experience here as we have used the drive thru on the other visits. Our first impression upon exiting our car was a trail of spilled garbage leading from the store,across the parking lot to the garbage corral where you could clearly see spilled garbage all over. Obviously someone dragged a bag of garbage to the dumpster. Once we got to the patio, there were cups and napkins on tables and the concrete pad. The tables looked sticky with spilled drinks. Once in the door it became apparent that cleaning is not a priority. While waiting in line,we could see the Cafe was no cleaner than the patio. We place our order then noticed flies buzzing around behind the counter and in the food display case. We chose not to even sit to wait on drinks as the chairs all looked dirty. It's a shame that such a beautiful new store isn't being maintained. read more

Asked for a Trenta ice coffee, cream with 3 stevia end up with large hot black coffee. returned then got a granda black ice coffee. So so disappointed. I placed an online order for a specialty drink that was at least 20 minutes past the "ready" text I received. The store doesn't call names as they complete so I checked back a few times only to learn that someone took my drink. The store manager made a replacement drink for me, but not the one I ordered. It was dairy, not the soy I asked for and did not include the Lavendar flavor I paid extra to get. Supposed to be a treat ... not even close. read more

I come to this location everyday after work when I mobile order my drink is always excellent and exactly what I ask for but for some reason every time I go through the drive thru and order the same drink I get every day it's just not right, you pay extra for caramel drizzle you get none you ask for extra cream you get the regular amount and the drink is just terrible in all and not what I asked for. read more

If I would I would give this Starbucks zero stars. The coffee tastes terrible, this isn't coffee it's water with milk. On top of that the employee didn't even put a sleeve on the hot cup of water. I would rather go to Dunkin next door it's soooo much better. Never coming back, you shouldn't either don't waste your time and money. read more

everyone who works here has such a great attitude and is super friendly. the reason why i'm deducting a star is because i don't think they have found their groove yet w mobile orders and in store ordering. my last visit i had a mobile order and waited 30 min for one drink and one bagel. while many others and i were waiting on stuff the employees were making mobile orders for people who hadn't arrived yet. i understand they are new but they should've recognized that no one has picked up the ten drinks on the counter and they should start asking people what they're waiting on. i read more

Last 3 visits they were out of milk or whipped creamery. Place was very cold inside, loud due to very high ceilings, and windows just filthy. Staff are very nice,but for a 6.00 plus drink, not a pleasant environment. read more
