My coffee

I sent my order to a different location put they went above and beyond and made it for me here thank you guys

Nah...

Meh...it's Starbucks, terrible location (weird entrance, parking and if you go inside you have to either wait in the take out line or do a 3 point turn to get back out to Lewisville/Clemmons Road. Waited 10 minutes for a plain coffee with almond milk and liquid cane sugar and the coffee tasted old/bitter at 9am on Saturday morning. I will support local and go the extra 50 yards to Be Kind Coffee from now on. (Used a gift card today so...there was that.) Be Kind is 100x better!

Can't even make my coffee right. It's just extra oat milk. How hard is that. I asked her nicely if they could add more oat milk, but they remade it. And they still didn't add enough oat milk

I don't understand why this location only has 3 stars... it's my favorite! The line does get long, but they do a great job of moving quickly. Chase is a great barista, always so friendly and willing to help! I asked about the Valentine's Day reusable cups and unfortunately they didn't have them, but he was so kind to go and make sure for me. Laurel manned the window; I waited just a few minutes on my drink, which was no problem but I was blown away when they gave me a gift card for my next beverage to compensate for the reasonable wait. Thank you Laurel and Chase! Try the iced chai tea latte with sweet cream cold foam and caramel drizzle - my go to!

Red Medicine juice

First and foremost you have to have the Million Dollar Bacon. No question asked, just go through your initial pleasantries with your waiter/ waitress and tell them the million dollar bacon please. You will not be disappointed. The service is friendly, excellent quality food and the atmosphere and ambiance makes you feel welcomed. Will definitely return.

Incompetent. 2 days in a row and both drinks were awful. Rude and extremely slow staff.

Their shop features a spacious interior with ample seating and a separate and enclosed kids' play area. Their menu includes a wide variety of drink options from matcha to lattes, cortados, and Americanos. The three most popular drinks are the maple brown sugar shaken espresso, honey coconut matcha, and salted caramel mocha. All of their drink syrups are made in-house. Their spring specialty menu includes three drinks: the honey pistachio, honey brown sugar hazelnut, and the salted honey lavender. The barista was incredibly friendly and helpful in choosing a drink. She recommended the salted honey lavender latte, which I got iced. It was ready quickly, and the presentation was beautiful. The flavor was fantastic. I cannot recommend this coffee shop enough. If you are in the Winston-Salem area, it is a must-try.

I circled and saw a sign that said "We Are Open!" so I pulled in and went inside. It was 9:58am and I was afraid that maybe I was there as they were just opening, but their hours online are earlier than that. One couple also parked and entered before me. They ordered and then it was my turn. Two more people came in after I ordered and from start to finish it was a 15 minute experience to get an overpriced latte to-go. The server was nice and friendly, but so slow. This is not the place for anyone who has somewhere to be. They have a play area for kids over to the side, but there are only small windows that you would not be able to see in if someone were sitting at the tables in front of them, so that kind of defeats the purpose of allowing kids to play while parents rest and have coffee with a friend. There was plenty of seating and natural light. It's decorated beautifully. I tried the Salted Caramel Banana Latte and it was okay. It wasn't my favorite coffee I've ever had and a huge turnoff was the fact that it was a 20 ounce latte (a lot of shops offer a 24 ounce as their large size) and it was $9.00! That is insane to me! I am glad I tried it, but unfortunately I can't waste time or funds like that again.

The high wooden bookshelves and designated reading tables give it literary cachet, but The Remedy leans more cozy than stuffy. There's plenty of seating inside and out, and this would be as good a place for a group as it would be for partaking solo. Part coffeeshop and part bar, The Remedy also offers baked goods, flatbreads and charcuterie alongside its coffees, teas, and cocktails. I passed on the food (it seemed overpriced), but the coffee left no room for complaint. I went with a marshmallow iced latte. It was prepared quickly, and it made for a smooth sip: not too sweet and no acidity. Winston-Salem has no shortage of places to grab a drink of the caffeinated or alcoholic varieties, but it's hard to beat the atmosphere that The Remedy has to offer.

I felt like I interrupted the gentlemen's conversation by trying to order and they were not very friendly. The veggie quiche was over $7 and kind of small. I was still hungry. It was good though. I'll add that I did not try the coffee (which apparently is a staple) There are so many OTHER breakfast and coffee spots in the city... I'll just say that.

Today, I went to Oasis at the Mill for a delicious Velvet Fog chaga- & kava-infused drink. I also booked a Vibro-Acoustic Therapy session for the first time! I was asked what I was feeling to experience energetically out of the various programs available and I chose "Release". I didn't know what to expect and it turned out to be quite profound and healing on many levels so I want to share my experience. I was taken to a beautiful dark teal room with Tibetan prayer flags overhead...tranquil and inviting. I put on some padded headphones while the program was being initiated, and made myself comfortable on my back on an ergonomically sculpted bed. Resonant music came through the headphones as the bed began to vibrate and undulate, my back and legs receiving a massage-like experience as my entire body felt the resonance of sound healing. My first impression was feeling I was a garden being tilled...old stagnant energy was being lifted and shaken and I felt a renewed energy pouring through me. In time, I connected my experience with the elements, grounding energy of Earth, sinking and flowing as Water, lifting and moving in spirals as Air, and the warmth and blaze of Fire...as these blended into Spirit I began to journey and fell into what felt like a sleep state. I came out of the sleep state as the resonance shifted, and it gently brought me to stillness over several minutes, softening and slowing until the program ended. I felt refreshed and renewed and was already deciding that "Oh, I have to do this on a regular basis!" And, the fact that there are programs to access many energetic states is so exciting! I can say from the bottom of my freshly renewed heart, DO try this new healing opportunity at Oasis at the Mill! It is truly extraordinary!

Since it was after 4 pm, I skipped the coffee (I didn't want caffeine keeping me up all night!) but they had a lot of interesting coffee options. We'll definitely be back to try one next time.
