On occasion they'll even slip in a few shots of espresso on the house, which makes for a nice boost if you're into that sort of thing. The young folks working here are always polite and quick, and they've never gotten one of my orders wrong. Their location isn't hard to find, but there isn't much room to navigate from their order window back through the driveway they share with a neighboring business and then onto Lewisville-Clemmons. I was asked what I was feeling to experience energetically out of the various programs available and I chose "Release". I didn't know what to expect and it turned out to be quite profound and healing on many levels so I want to share my experience. I was taken to a beautiful dark teal room with Tibetan prayer flags overhead...tranquil and inviting. I put on some padded headphones while the program was being initiated, and made myself comfortable on my back on an ergonomically sculpted bed. Resonant music came through the headphones as the bed began to vibrate and undulate, my back and legs receiving a massage-like experience as my entire body felt the resonance of sound healing. My first impression was feeling I was a garden being tilled...old stagnant energy was being lifted and shaken and I felt a renewed energy pouring through me. In time, I connected my experience with the elements, grounding energy of Earth, sinking and flowing as Water, lifting and moving in spirals as Air, and the warmth and blaze of Fire...as these blended into Spirit I began to journey and fell into what felt like a sleep state.
