Their spring specialty menu includes three drinks: the honey pistachio, honey brown sugar hazelnut, and the salted honey lavender. The barista was incredibly friendly and helpful in choosing a drink. She recommended the salted honey lavender latte, which I got iced. It was ready quickly, and the presentation was beautiful. The flavor was fantastic. I cannot recommend this coffee shop enough. The server was nice and friendly, but so slow. This is not the place for anyone who has somewhere to be. They have a play area for kids over to the side, but there are only small windows that you would not be able to see in if someone were sitting at the tables in front of them, so that kind of defeats the purpose of allowing kids to play while parents rest and have coffee with a friend. There was plenty of seating and natural light. It's decorated beautifully. I tried the Salted Caramel Banana Latte and it was okay. It wasn't my favorite coffee I've ever had and a huge turnoff was the fact that it was a 20 ounce latte (a lot of shops offer a 24 ounce as their large size) and it was $9.00! That is insane to me! The cinnamon swirl did not taste fresh and the peach danish must have been a day-old or so. We agreed we might try it again, but it will be at a future random date. On occasion they'll even slip in a few shots of espresso on the house, which makes for a nice boost if you're into that sort of thing. The young folks working here are always polite and quick, and they've never gotten one of my orders wrong. Their location isn't hard to find, but there isn't much room to navigate from their order window back through the driveway they share with a neighboring business and then onto Lewisville-Clemmons. The site layout simply isn't great, so be prepared to contend with that.

I didn't know what to expect and it turned out to be quite profound and healing on many levels so I want to share my experience. I was taken to a beautiful dark teal room with Tibetan prayer flags overhead...tranquil and inviting. I put on some padded headphones while the program was being initiated, and made myself comfortable on my back on an ergonomically sculpted bed. Resonant music came through the headphones as the bed began to vibrate and undulate, my back and legs receiving a massage-like experience as my entire body felt the resonance of sound healing. My first impression was feeling I was a garden being tilled...old stagnant energy was being lifted and shaken and I felt a renewed energy pouring through me. In time, I connected my experience with the elements, grounding energy of Earth, sinking and flowing as Water, lifting and moving in spirals as Air, and the warmth and blaze of Fire...as these blended into Spirit I began to journey and fell into what felt like a sleep state.
