This experience was particularly disappointing, as it did not reflect the quality or value I expected. Additionally, I have noticed a pattern of inconsistency during multiple visits. Each time I come to this location, the drink sizes and preparation vary significantly. This lack of standardization suggests poor management oversight and a need for improved staff training. When I politely requested that my cup be filled more--whether with milk or additional ice--my request was declined stating it was the baristas job to fill it and not there's I even asked if it could be made over so it could be filled even if it was in a small size cup and my request was STILL declined . It is frustrating as a customer to receive a partially filled cup, especially when a simple adjustment could have resolved the issue. No customer should feel shorted on a purchase especially when gas prices are sky rocketed and the way the economy is , at this point I rather make my coffee at home since i can't even get proper customer service spending my hard earned money ! Due to these repeated experiences, I find the service unprofessional and disappointing. As a result, I have decided not to return to this location. I have also shared my experience with others and will continue to advise against visiting based on the lack of consistency and customer care. I noticed that the espresso machine was filthy (there were only two patrons inside and both had received their orders) and the whole station was unclean with grounds everywhere and tampers still full of used espresso. My latte was truly undrinkable. It was truly putrid. The drink was bitter and sour at the same time and had such a burnt flavor that after two sips I couldn't even finish it. I'm always happy to "doctor my drinks" up in these instances (add milk, request something else) but as a former barista myself I knew this was an espresso issue, not a milk or syrup issue. Both baristas went back to texting and I left uncaffinated, disheartened and my drink went right in the trash. With other coffee spots nearby they really need to step their game up. I could have gotten a better latte (and probably better service) at Dunkin.
