I go to this location approximately 2 times a week or more since they opened a couple years ago, and usually don't have any issues except with this one employee. I never say anything, but whenever she is there she is rude and acts like taking my order is an inconvenience to her entire day. Usually I go through the drive thru and am pleasant and the staff is pleasant. With this woman though, it's never a good experience. Today, I was placing my order and I couldn't hear something she said back to me, so I said 'I'm sorry, I couldn't hear that' two different times...the third time I said 'I'm so sorry, I still couldn't understand you.' And I kinda laughed about it, because I am partially deaf in one ear and I don't hear certain pitches very well, so I'm used to having to ask people to repeat themselves. Most take it very well, but this young lady instantly threw and attitude and started speaking very loudly and enunciated each word in a biting tone as if I were special needs. I didn't say anything about it at first, but then I said 'okay, hold on just a sec.' And turned to talk to the 7 yr old in the car with me to get her order...the woman said 'i asked if that's going to be it??' So I turned back around because I'm trying to do two things at once and said 'no, I just said to hold on a minute.' And then i said 'you know, you don't have to be so rude.' She instantly started ramping up her attitude and said 'are you talking to me??' I said 'yes, I am. You've been rude this entire time.' I turned back to the kiddo, and was trying to get the order, and this woman is now full on trying to continue arguing with me. I literally said 'shush. Let me finish.' And I turned around to give the rest of the order. She immediately said 'I'm sorry, I can no longer serve you.' So I said 'okay, then let me speak to a manager.' She tried to tell me she is the manager, which i highly doubt. If she is, I feel bad for your business. She was rude and I called her on it. I didn't scream, I didnt call her names or swear...yet she had the audacity to talk to me like I was stupid and a waste of her time. How you present yourself and how you talk to customers in any retail or food business says a lot. Again, this is not the first time she has been rude, I just didn't say anything previously. How is it that i can go through there as often as I do and have no issues, except with this one individual? I've even had fun little conversations with different employees at the drive thru there, because i'm generally a pretty happy person. But if you treat me like that I will absolutely speak up. And I know it's the same person because when I drove around I saw who it was at the window. You absolutely don't have to be yelling or saying nasty things to me to come across less than pleasant. And she is never pleasant. If she actually is this location's manager, then yikes. Idk why you'd want someone like that dealing with customers. I've worked retail before, and my managers would have been appalled if I acted like that. So we went over across the street to Starbucks and got drinks and food with zero incident. The barista there was friendly and welcoming, the complete opposite of the young woman at dunkin. Do better.

This McDonalds has god awful customer service and terrible food quality…read more I bought a meal here for me and my girlfriend last night at 11:30 pm, and went through the drive thru. The service was slow, which I can forgive as the place was incredibly busy at the time. However, while waiting for our order, the person behind us got impatient, and hit my gf's car on the way out. This of course isn't the location's fault -- the one positive thing about my experience was that the guy working the drive thru was really kind and sympathetic, and that was really appreciated. Unfortunately, our food was awful and didn't taste fresh. my soda didn't have enough syrup in it, and it wasn't good. It tasted so bad, I went into the lobby and got another drink as we waited for the police. The lobby was unlocked & void of employees (or anyone who could let me know the lobby was not meant to be open), so I felt comfortable coming back for a refill after the situation with our car was handled. This time, there was an employee at the counter working with someone. The employee, presumably a manager (from his button up dark blue shirt & slacks) notices me come in, and screams to me: "The lobby is closed, get the F*CK out!" I decide to quickly refill my drink before I leave, and the employee is right behind me watching me with an incredibly angry expression. This grown man towering over me made me feel incredibly unsafe, and I left as soon as I could. I understand being frustrated with customer like me -- I used to work in fast food. I recognize that working at McDonald's is stressful and not everyone can stay composed all the time, and I can especially understand his frustration as I continued to refill my drink. However, I don't think it should ever be okay to say that to ANYONE. Customer, coworker, friend, family... anyone. I had an awful day, and this employee made my day so much worse. If this guy couldn't contain his anger and couldn't refrain from screaming at customers -- I can't imagine how he treats his coworkers. I just feel like that's really vile. If you work a job you hate so much that you dehumanize the people you serve, and you feel comfortable verbally abusing them... you need to find another job. If you go to this location, be aware of people in line with you -- and be aware of what to do during a hit & run. Also, be aware that the lobby may be closed, and may be accessible anyway. And you may very well be verbally abused by a member of staff, who im sure has done this before. Take care of yourselves... and maybe get off of the free way an exit earlier / later if you're hungry. McDonald's is never worth it.

Slowest drive through I've ever experienced!! Always bad. Beware if there is any line!read more
