I joined the Starbucks club, and when I go I normally order the same drink the Mocha frappe, and it is so delicious, especially the whipped cream, and if I go in the morning I also get a plain toasted bagel with butter and that real butter is delicious, however one day last week I decided to venture out of my normal and I tried the caramel frappe, it was good, but I just love the chocolate drink instead, I would highly recommend going there. read more

Great location on the first floor of the mall, right outside of JCPenney's. The lines tend to get very long, but the wait is not long to be uncomfortable. You have snacks, sandwiches and deserts to enjoy for purchase. Drinks are not cheap by any means. But the quality of the coffee and food is so worth the price. read more

Sorry, but the convenience of this location does NOT make up for the horrible service. I asked for a Chai tea - specifically saying NOT THE LATTE - and the barista had to ask multiple times what I meant in a very rude way. I always go to Starbucks when I'm at the Galleria Mall. It's dead center on the lower floor. It's usually busy but the line moves fast. The employees are always friendly and business like while doing their job. I've never had an issue here over the multiple times I have been here. Order is always right. The counter they give you the drink on is always clean. Today I wanted to order a drink from the secret menu so I ordered a venti vanilla bean creme Frappuccino with two shots of raspberry. This is "cotton candy." It doesn't taste entirely like cotton candy but you can kind of taste it. I always use my gold card on my app to earn rewards. I pay with the app too. Makes it a quicker transaction. They also spelled my name right on the cup lol. I know people always have problems with that! Staff was friendly and efficient. read more

I worked in the Galleria Mall during the summer and I would always have a big order since I was the coffee girl at my work. I had to order 3-6 different things and I know that buying coffee at Starbucks almost everyday with such a big order can be very annoying. I felt really bad, but they were always very accommodating. The way that my co-workers liked their coffee took up a lot of cream and sugar, so I felt really bad for using so much of it, but I was a regular customer with a big order. Even then, my experience at this location has usually been very good. I would put money I was given to pay for coffee and then put that onto my Gold Card in order to get the points. I know I was kind of a difficult customer because of all of this, but I am just the one who picks it up! Sometimes, I would do a mobile order if I did not have time to wait in line, but there was one time where I ordered a Venti and got a tall. They were really nice and made me the correct order and let me keep the "mess up." Whenever a co-worker didn't like her drink, a new one was always made. The customer service here was spectacular. I know I probably put them through so much trouble, but the ladies at work gave this place so much business! Highly recommend. read more

Starbucks is named after how much money is paid to the celebrities that swear by Starbucks, in return for them swearing by Starbucks (and at Starbucks). I can't understand why people love Starbucks coffee. This isn't an "I hate chains" thing either even though I do. I think Tim Horton's is miraculously good. Maybe it's just a matter of taste. So anyway I was here (unfortunately), shopping (ugh), and my partner in crime decided to grab a Starbucks. Here, have some, she said, it's too big for me (she says that a lot). So I did. Ew. Nearly always very busy, they still manage to crank out specialty coffees quickly. I've not had more than one or two bad experiences here. Which is saying a lot given I've been coming to this mall for the past eight years semi-regularly. There is a small seating area with tables and chairs. If the mall is busy there probably will not be any room. Generally the waiting area for drinks is also fairly crowded. This is my only reason for witholding five stars and it really does not impact the quality of service. They have a nice selection of take-home coffee beans and other paraphernalia. This has nothing to do with the looks of the place itself, in fact I think it looked like a modern and nice little area in the Galleria mall. Everything at Starbucks is so overpriced that it's actually ridiculous. There's usually not a huge selection of food or drinks at the Starbucks I've been to. I personally think that their frappuccinos are kinda disgusting. I got a caramel frappuccino and ended up somehow drinking the whole thing. It tastes good at first, but the more you drink it, the worse it gets. It has a really bad aftertaste and I don't understand how people love this chain. I tried the storebought frappuccinos, because I wanted to give Starbucks a second chance. I even went to a different location--but no, it still tasted crappy and way too sugary no matter what I got from Starbucks. I prefer Tim Hortons or other coffee places so much more over Starbucks. I don't get how so many people like this garbage. I think it's a staple to like it for other people in order to fit in or just to be like anyone else. Their cakepops aren't even that great. At one of Buffalo's biggest most frequented malls by both locals and enormous amounts of international tourist who may have just come from Niagara Falls or Canada waiting 20 minutes for a late and croissant is ridiculous. I went to this Starbucks today and ordered a Pink Drink. I have had the Pink Drink several times and as I recall Nate was our barista, the one with the white glasses. This is one person specific review. The staff otherwise was very nice and pleasant but the girl they had on reg should not be working if she is just going to brood all day. Rude taking the order and charged me for the 5$ juice rather than the 2$ tea and when I asked if she used the reward on the correct drink she just waved me off and said that it looks like it...and yes it was wrong. Love it here! The Vanilla Frap ( the one that isn't the vanilla bean flavor) is amazing! Hands down the best coffee I've ever had! The Baristas are very impressive churning out the drinks very quickly! This kiosk outside of J.C Penny's on the lower level has a small but cool seating area with wifi.
