But I told Joe what flavors appealed to me and told him to make me something yummy. He was very helpful explaining how their coffee was different than other coffee places and how the flavor profiles compared to the other brands. He suggested the Vanilla Cream cold brew. I visit this location more frequent than any other Starbucks. It is conveniently located and I rarely have any issues. My mobile orders are always ready and waiting. The restrooms are sometimes clean and sometimes need attention but they have never been so bad that I wouldn't use them. read more

This is a small store and is not kept up well. The parking lot is huge and is shared with a dentist office. The parking lot is dirty and needs maintenance. The big positive about this location in Brainerd is that the drive through is fast and the menu is clear. This drive through I noticed is usually the priority. They always have my mobile order correctly made and done when I don't want to use the drive through witch is always busy. The inside is cramped with dirty leather and cotton based chairs. They do have free wifi, but expect to clean your spot before (and after) use. They have a small patio area. I have ordered many limited time items here that were made incorrectly, causing me to only get special promotions at other locations. This location usually doesn't have service that is enthusiastic or just plain happy to serve. I recommend getting simple menu items including the food using the drive through and you will leave pleased. They do have a small selection of cups and like things for your non food and drink shopping. read more

After waiting for around 4 minutes, one of the employees says sorry about the wait, we will be right with you. After, another 2 minutes of waiting, a customer behind asked me if anyone is working the register inside the location. I told here, it looks like we have to take our own order. Lol...... After, the client behind me, asked the employees, if anyone is working the register. The employees told her, he will be right with you, he is finishing up a drink. The employee finally took care of us and took our orders. A drink that should of took around 5 minutes, took them around 15 minutes to get to me. It wouldn't have been so bad, if they had actually acknowledged there customers and told them, we appreciate you're patients, we will be right with you. I understand that there busy, but this is unacceptable. I had to put this out there, so upper management knows what's going on at this location. I would not recommend this location, unless you don't want to be acknowledged or unless you want to wait for a long time. read more

Trust me, I've been to A LOT of Starbucks and this one of the better ones. For drinks and employees, the Brainerd Road location is definitely my first choice in town. Though not the fastest service I've ever had, the staff here is always cheerful-- which makes up for the occasional wait of a few minutes. Crumbs were scattered throughout, window sills were dusty and appeared as though they hadn't been dusted in weeks, and, worst of all, there were dead insects on the window sills (near the floor). I saw them in multiple locations. I was there for over 3 hours and didn't see anyone attempt to clean the floors, tables, nor windows - until they were about to close.
