Came to this location while on my layover. It's located in terminal B. I wasn't super hopeful this would be a quick stop since there was a huge line of people waiting for drinks. When I ordered a girl took my order and she was positive, kind, and happy to help! I ordered the potato bake and a brown sugar shaken espresso. I waited all of 5 minutes for my items. Much quicker than I anticipated and everyone was friendly! read more

Very fast service, the cashier was excellent at taking orders. Friendly and very efficient. My coffee came out exactly as I ordered

The service was efficient, although hearing the barista speak in the monotone voice didn't quite give off the best vibes. It's 8:27p at their local time and I understand that it may have been a long day, but conversation didn't need to be robotic. If this was the case, it may be better ordering from a kiosk or the app. Mobile pick-up was indeed an option so perhaps better go that route. I ordered a grande caffe latte that was priced at $7.75 when it usually charges at $5-$6. I suppose the location has much to do with it but WOW. That's quite the upcharge. The drink tastes about the same as any other store so I guess that's fine. read more

Not open the hours listed online and posted at Starbucks... when you are stuck at the airport all night you need a coffee.

24 minutes waiting for a sandwich. Don't tell me you're the only one working, management figure it out. Get more people, get more ovens, it's an airport, go faster !! read more

Long line at 6 in the morning. I do believe that was the time we got there. They were just opening up. The cashier was not a happy camper and should not be waiting on anyone with her attitude. There was a small older lady full of life and smiles making food. SHE should have been the one waiting on customers. I ordered a coffee and asked about the water. The girl could not find the one I showed her. But when she went back to put the wrong water away she came back out with the correct water. I guess she finally woke up. I ordered banana nut bread and had it warmed. But they don't have butter. What? I get it at other Starbucks. Why don't you have it here? My visit was on 2/22/23. Look to see who was working and never let the tall younger woman wait on people again. read more

Aug 7,2023, 5:30am The line was long and and there was only 3 employees and one manager, customers were waiting patiently for oders to be placed and to also recieve online orders to go. I have to acknowledge these two young ladies, hannah and tristen for working so diligently and efficiently with little to no help, they did an excellent job multi-tasking and making sure customers where taken care of and joyful about there starbucks. Even though it was super early, they still took the time to be considerate about the little details to how people wanted there orders even when customers had an attitude. read more

Waiting for your coffee after a long day of travels is difficult, but this location is conveniently located and generally pretty swift at moving folks through the line. Like most airport Starbucks locations, though, there isn't a lot of space to stand and wait for your drink (everyone ends up crowding around the self-serve station, where the powders, milks, and napkins are), and that can make it difficult to get to the "pick up window." read more

Starbucks is my go to place for coffee drinks so no surprise I venture here while at the airport. This place has a line that never ends. Every time I come it's packed. Here is the catch there are several other Starbucks locations at the airport. The people that work here are typically nice. The prices are airport range. The wait to get your food or drink is insane. They may not get your food item accurate. The oatmeal was soupy 10 minutes later and then they remade it to do it again. When your hungry and have a plane to catch you can't deal with messing up your basics. It's clean or appears clean when I come. Happy waiting! read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

Worst I've ever had. My iced chai had no flavor unless you like milk. When I asked for it to be remade the rude girl said I did it like I'm supposed to then turned her back and was looking at her phone. BS after a 23 min wait. She should be fired. Egg white bites tasted burnt So mad right now read more

Starbucks - Pure milk yuck - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Charlotte, North Carolina

Airport brand new Starbucks really, really sucks. First of all this Starbucks is in the new part is A terminal. And it's brand new. Second, it opens at 5:30, but it's 5:34? And there is a line. People know it supposed to be open but it's not. Hell, Body Works and magazine rack has been open for 34 minutes already. But you can't get coffee. Third, the cashier can't get anyone's order correct. The lady in front of me plane is boarding and the cashier is yelling at her staff. She wants an ice coffee, is that difficult? Then I asked for a small signature blend, but they were making tea? Did I mention this is the airport? There are hundreds of people trying to catch the early flights out of Charlotte. One would think if the flights are boarding early maybe services should be open before that. Bodyworks understands why can't Starbucks and other restaurants at the airport? read more

They have a good number of collectible city mugs for both North Carolina and Charlotte. Their pastry shelf does not look appetizing having seen 2 fruit flies lingering in the croissants. Although I told the cashier and she said that's not the food they serve and the food inside are display only. Also, I asked if they have the decaf java chip frappuccino, they don't and suggested double chocolate chip frappuccino instead. I love that it has a lot of chocolate chips though. read more

6 ppl working up front, manager in back, not a single drink being made, waited 18 mins and left....they "forgot" my drink. They credited my credit card back but omg, even a kid in his/her first leadership role should handle this flawlessly. read more

First let me say that I am keto - so I am very cognizant of the number of carbs I ingest - because I limit them to 20g a day - have lost 250+ lbs and am still on my journey. This context is needed to understand that a specific order at Starbucks is a treat - and I intended to indulge in one today. I went to the concourse C store and via a mobile order - ordered my usual - Venti iced coffee, no classic syrup (sugar water), 5 pumps of the sugar free vanilla syrup, 1 packet of stevia and heavy cream (lowest carb milk option). I then watched the woman make my order - her "interpretation" was: At LEAST 12+ pumps of syrup, until I stopped her she was about to use 3 packets of stevia and after looking at the container and seeing it said "half and half" she used that. When she handed me my drink, I said "you just used half and half and I ordered heavy cream". I was informed "there is no more iced coffee to remake it". When I said next time you should tell someone if you're out of heavy cream!"....to which I was told "we aren't out of it, I just didn't use it". I had one sip of the drink - it was undrinkable due to all the syrup - I threw it away and I will NOT go back! This was unacceptable! Buyer definitely beware - the staff is not trained and intentionally mis-makes orders! read more

Been to this spot a couple of times and they are sllllooow! The Starbucks in the main food court and concourses are much more efficient and well ran. In fact, as I stand here, I've actually watched two potential customers walking away from the line because they've been here so long --and not because they're going to miss a flight. This Starbucks is located in the baggage claim area on the lower level and sells everything you'd expect from a Starbucks with snacks, sandwiches, and drinks. There is no seating, its just a carryout location only. In the past, my order has always been correct, and prices are average for the area --meaning not airport pricing, but regular Starbucks. Overall a decent location --they just need to speed it up! read more

This Starbucks is SO far superior to the other location that I've visited in this airport! What a difference! Service was spot on - quick, friendly and exactly what I ordered. Nothing more to say, other than I walked away very happy. And, their new "shaken tea" line is very refreshing. Nice! read more

It's Starbucks with no surprises. The staff can seem direct however, they are very nice and trying to get alot done. To be clear, this is the Starbucks that sits in the main hub where terminals C and D/E split. read more

If I could leave zero starts I would. This is BY FAR the worst ran Starbucks that I have ever been to. Waited over an hour for a drink (that I never received even asking multiple times) before I had to leave because my plane was boarding. I wouldn't have a problem with the wait if the workers were busy, but they weren't. Out of the 6, only 2 were actually working. The rest just standing in the corner on their phones, while there were multiple customers waiting. I didn't receive a refund or even an apology. Whenever customers would ask about their drink workers would roll their eyes and walk away. NEVER again will I come to this location, I would walk to a different concourse over ever coming here again. read more

Friendly service and the employees appear to enjoy one another, which is nice to see. My order came out timely and prepared as requested. You can't get much better than that. This is an airport location so it is busy but this team kept things moving efficiently. I'm impressed. The condiment bat needs some attention but otherwise this was a top notch experience. Thanks for the special order tea! It's delish! read more

I just had the best flat white ever!!! And I get these every day! Unfortunately, I didn't get the barista's name, but he was the only guy working today 12/11/20 around 11am. I understand it's Christmas Eve but the barista at this location was far from the Holiday Spirit. After a day of cancelation with my flight I just asked for a latte and his attitude was so rude even though they still had the door open He said NO COFFEE NO LATTES NO NOTHING WE ARE CLOSED !!! I was a barista for 10years I understand when it's time to close but his attitude was not necessary just explain you are closing . read more

This Starbucks in the Charlotte airport (and all of them, actually) now accept the Starbucks app for payment. They have all the usual stuff for Starbucks including coffees and pastries and breakfast sandwiches and coffee cups and whatnot. Probably the only thing they don't have are the actual coffee machines, because, duh, this is an airport. read more

this place was awful i went there the lady took my order she was so rude she was short and had red hair and was incredibly rude i wanted to order a pink drink and she said they didnt have the strawberry acai base so i got the mango dragonfruit instead and they took forever to make my order there were three other people that had already ordered and 5 workers once i got my drink it didnt have any inclusions in it and it tasted gross i came back to get a refund and it didnt even show up on my card the employees were so so rude!! and giggled and the red head midget said oops i forgot that we didnt have any inclusions so j got my refund and it still has never showed up on my card in the end it is just a drink but i would never recommend this place to anyone and was the worst experience ive had with any Starbucks the place was gross itself i would NOT recommend to anyone read more

Allways happy to find a Stabucks when I'm in some new places. At least I don't have to think if it's a good choice or not... especially here in a international airport where the Jetlag makes it even more harder to take decision wether I should have a coffee or a local breakfast... This is a tiny Starbucks with no seats... fare-enough read more

This location of Starbucks is inside the Concourse B Terminal in the Charlotte airport. Therefore, it's convenient if you're traveling and need to get your caffeine on. With that said, the location is very small, and sometimes the lines are quite long and move a little slow. Also, I don't know what is up with this, but the cashier had to actually type in my Starbucks card number off of my iPhone passbook!!! Is it really true that this location is not set up for me to scan the iPhone passbook barcode for my Starbucks card??? This really slowed down the entire transaction (it seems like it took the barista 5 minutes to type in my number), and the line just kept growing behind me. read more

Disgusting. I ordered a slice of pumpkin loaf, cookies, and water. The woman who took my order was blowing her nose and wiping it with her bare hands! She was coughing and sneezing and kept wiping her nose on her hands and arms. To top it off, she seemed rude, so I asked the woman who was making the coffees/drinks to please help. This woman took care of my order. I've never had such an experience. I mean, it's flu season! read more

Impressive how slow and inept the staff is at the C gate location. Shape up. This is all I have to say but in order I meet the minimum characters for an official post and not a tip, I wrote this run-on-sentence. read more

For being as busy as they were, they were churning us travelers out and were still smiling and being courteous as could be, all things considered. Good job to the folks and thank you. read more

If you don't want to make drinks that are on the menu you when you have the product you are in the wrong business. The very nice cashier stopped what she was doing to make the drink. While the line got longer then the employee who didn't want to make the drink began being the cashier. No need for this attitude or lack of willingness to help out her fellow teammates. Maybe a back of the house position is better suited for this employee. read more

Did no give whip cream. Also ran out of caramel. Rude employee with bad work ethic. Incorrect order. Did not take cash. Will no return.

Concourse B across from Bojangles.....you really can't say anything bad about a Starbucks in an airport...... Is there seating.........No, but who cares Do they sell artisan sandwiches......................No, but I can deal with that. Do they have good coffee..............................YYYYYEEEEEESSSSSS Take a break from HMS Host coffee and enjoy a Starbucks while lounging around concourse B! read more

My experience consisted of the following: - Long, long, LONG line of travelers fresh off red-eye flights. - An entire team of baristas hustling around behind the counter to fill everyone's drink requests as soon as possible, lest we all fall down from fatigue. - General confusion as to how it could possibly take so long to fill coffee orders when there were that many baristas. They did not offer the normal snack selection of the Starbucks I'm used to (no protein boxes... WHAAAAAAAA?!?!?!) but the granola they did offer did the job. If I'm in Charlotte, I'll probably be back for more. read more

Hey! A little Starbucks stand has opened across from the Concourse B Bojangles! It is small and offers no seating to speak off, but it is Starbucks caffeination at the end of this otherwise desolate wing. Switching to some quality brew will make those mornings more bearable. read more

After getting off a red eye, Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe was my anthem. How is it possible that Starbucks doesn't have any regular coffee? Only selling specialty drinks

Get ahold of your quality control. I just ordered a simple white chocolate mocha frappuccino with no whip cream and sub. whole for 2% milk. The venti sized drink was extremely watered down. The young lady that took my order at the register remade it correctly. The original barista complained that she put everything in it and had an attitude. She didn't bother getting an attitude with the white dude next to me. Obviously it was made wrong because that same gentleman complained about the same thing. Why is his java chip frappuccino white? You really need to train the black young lady. She seemed very overwhelmed. This is coming from a black guy. Also make sure they wear a name tag so we can point out the poor service of that particular worker. To the young lady that took my order...thanks for the great customer service. ( 12:35pm July 21st) she deserves a raise for correcting the problem promptly by coming off the register to assist. This is the only reason that I added an extra star. read more
