They had 16 flavors of gelato to choose from and from what I've heard, they change flavors a lot. Unsure if it's daily or weekly, but what my friend recommended to me was not even an option. They do let you try a sample of the different flavors, so that is appreciated. I ended up choosing the cheesecake, butter pecan, and the blueberries & cream. If I'm polite and respectful, the least I expect is to be acknowledged. It's easy to forget that without customers, places like this wouldn't last.
