Friendly staff inside the Harris Teeter Starbucks. Never any lines here, unlike the drive-thru Starbucks in the shared shopping center.

The decor makes you think of what you'd find at an eccentric great aunt's home, but in a positive way. Each area has its own mini aesthetic that contributes to the entire place; in the back are color themed books that give it a more serious look, while upstairs is more whimsical in it's random assortment of chairs and couches. The food is in appealing display cases downstairs. The stand out pastries for me are the tiramisu filled cronuts. Drinks wise, they have the typical cafe fare but excitingly so they also have Colombe on draft which I will always be excited about. I recommend this place to grab a snack and socialize!

First of all, it's such a cute spot, the attention to detail alone makes it worth visiting. The music is always on point (and not too loud), so it's perfect if you want to study or get some work done. They also have outdoor seating, plus a not-so-secret second floor where you can usually find a cozy spot. I've ordered cakes from here multiple times, and they're incredibly smooth and not overly sweet, and honestly, it's hard to go back to typical American cakes after trying these. Everything just feels thoughtfully made. The service is just as impressive, everyone seems really knowledgeable about the menu and genuinely willing to help you decide on the perfect order (especially if you're indecisive like me). I wish I had taken more photos from all the times I've been, but that probably says enough. You really can't go wrong with anything on their menu.

My favorite thing though? Their fun monthly coffee samplers. It's such a creative idea and keeps things interesting. They rotate flavors that match the season, so there's always something new to try. I always get things iced and add the whip, so much better than hot coffee! Honestly though, the coffee will depend on the barista because it seemed to have a new person each month and it tasted so different even when I went back twice to get the same sampler. Thats my only reason for a 4 star. If you love switching up your coffee shops and discovering new favorites, the monthly sampler alone is worth the visit.

Chantilly also typically has a shorter line in case that's helpful!

I've picked up cookies from here couple times before and each time just gets better lol. This time she created an ube mooncake cookie with salted yolk. For an Asian, this combination sounded perfect and oh it definitely was! I also tried her butter pecan cookie which was equally divine! I would take her cookies over Crumbl any day! I found their stand at the EatLoco Founders Market and tried a couple of samples and was amazed at the blast of flavor. We ordered a "petite bag" which comes with 4 cookies at $14+ tax - ube, banana nut bread, chocolate hazel, and pistachio (their OG cookie and one of their popular flavors). Each cookie had a super strong presence of their flavors - nothing "light" or "subtle" or "hints of". They pack a powerful punch which I found delightful. The cookies are moist and soft and apparently gluten free (they use almond flour)! Please get these away from me before I try every single one of their interesting and unique flavors and gain 20 pounds by next summer!

When my husband and I…read morewent to the self ordering kiosk, we noticed a very pungent sewage smell in the hallway area. The floor was also very sticky. We ordered the Greentea Mochi Snowflake and were pretty disappointed. I was hoping that the green tea flavor would be more of a matcha flavor but that wasn't the case. I like the taste of green tea so I wouldn't have minded but the bingsu was so sweet, I could barely taste any green tea flavor. The best part about the bingsu was the corn flakes and mochi bits but I don't even like corn flakes. The portion was pretty generous and could easily be shared with 2-3 people, which would be nice if the bingsu was actually good. We ended up only eating less than half of it. Would I go back? : Definitely not. I've never had a bad bingsu before and unfortunately this will be the first. We ended up going to Chateau de Chantilly Cafe afterwards because of how unsatisfied we were with our experience.

The snow is milky and soft. The cereal adds a very nice texture. The vanilla ice cream on top is a a pretty sizable scoop. It's a big portion for one person, so I recommend sharing or just ball hard on your own. The croffle choco was So yummy as well. The texture was crispy and soft. The warm waffle with the cold ice cream is a wonderful contrast. The chocolate sauce kind of reminded me of Nutella. The Blue Portion-ade wasn't worth it imo. It pretty much tasted like watered down Sprite. Despite having two desserts, I still wouldn't say I was sugar overloaded. They weren't TOO sweet where I felt sick afterwards, but I was definitely stuffed. I'm a big fan of the self checkout and just grabbing your tray of food without much interaction. To some maybe it feels a little cold? But to me, this is paradise to not have much interaction prior to me devouring the food. Overall, I love coming here and eating yummy desserts in a chill environment!

A caramel apple pie, a sausage roll and a cup of coffee - it made for a really nice early lunch, a bit of savory and sweet. I honestly don't think you can go wrong with anything here! The staff were pleasant and the place has a large variety of seating. I will definitely return here again. A small word of caution - I was here on a Sunday, mid morning, and there were a LOT of young children scrambling around the restaurant while their parents enjoyed breakfast. They were not misbehaving, they just brought a healthy, high-spirited energy to the place. Not a problem to me in any way, but something to be aware of on certain days of the week if you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy breakfast.

The order was ready on time, and he even carried the coffee to my car. Everyone at our corporate event loved the donuts. We tried the vanilla, chocolate, hazelnut, and matcha flavors. The coffee was excellent, and the catering team thoughtfully provided utensils, coffee cups, and sleeves to prevent the cups from being too hot to hold. I also appreciated that the donuts were individually packaged, which gave the presentation a more polished and upscale feel. I will definitely keep the Chantilly Tous Les Jours in mind for the next event! :)
