She was skinny and had some short dreads, just for clarification. You also can check the camera at around 815 am. I said that" I asked for extra Ice" and instead of helping fix the problem..She said " i put a grande in " she didnt even take my cup or try to fix the situation. I showed her how watery it was. It was really watery and the whole point of having "extra ice" is so that it can be more thick. Keep in mind that I have autism... and sensory issues are extremely hard for me.. i do realize that it is just ice.But if you are a part of the spectrum, sensory is a huge deal. And I have brought this up to them before, many times actually. so they are well aware of my sensory. No one offered to fix it.. And I got literally no apology. If you are working the drive thru, you need to ensure that the people who order coffee, get a straw or what they paid for. I do want to mention that this isn't the only issue that has gone missing or forgotten. Each time that I come through, they always forget the straw, or something in my order but I don't say anything, because I don't want to be that person.But today triggered it. And so i'm speaking up.. Anyways, I hope that service here hanges because i've never dealt with something so disrespectful SO MANY TIMES.
