I honestly was surprised to see Dutch bros out in the middle of no where. I was driving by thru town late and night and was so happy to get some coffee. If you know what to order and are used to a certain mix, don't switch it up. Just order your go to order and you won't be disappointed. As for new comers, ask for recs based on what you would usually order at a Starbucks or peets coffee. The workers are usually really good at giving recs. read more

Don't be put off if there is a long line! They have it down to a science and you will have your delicious drink in no time! The employees are so helpful, they are totally willing to explain the extensive menu. The drinks are amazing!! Their price point is right on the mark. We don't live close by but whenever we are anywhere near the area we make it a point to go grab a drink!! read more

Good coffee. It definitely tastes fresh and if I get the chance and am in the area, I'll choose them over the other guys! The only thing that sways me from stopping here (which is a very silly reason) is that they tend to want to chit chat a lot. Kind of makes it hard when I have a 1 year old baby in the back taking a nap and I tend to act distracted so they don't carry on. Lol some of us need our coffee first to be chatty!! Pretty sure they have quite a few workers who don't know the first thing about coffee. Drinks are watered down and when you request to have a $8 drink re-made... they make it exactly the same way. Customer service varies and coffee usually is subpar. read more

I've never been to a Dutch Bros prior to visiting when the Centerville location opened. I have a lot of friends around the West Jordan area that are constantly talking and posting about the Dutch Bros there. When I heard there was going to be a location opening soon in my area, I was ecstatic! I went on a drive with my son during some free time, and stopped through. The employee was very attentive, but I did have to ask for a menu, and I was given a paper menu. Perfect disposable menu to protect others during the pandemic. I was given some recommendations based on what I normally got at other coffee shops, and ultimately decided to go with a large Golden Eagle latte. (Hot, of course! I'm not an iced coffee gal.) I paid, gave a tip, and the price was pretty decent. Cheaper than my usual drink at Starbucks which surprised me! I pulled up to the window and was greeted by a friendly man (I wish I knew his name!) and he handed me my drink. It made my day that much better since I was having a pretty off day. It's the little things. Thank you for the impeccable customer service, and allowing me to patronize here! I have already raved to a ton of people, and I will be back! I heard from a friend that Dutch brothers had opened a coffee place a little bit closer to my house. I had to drop my daughter off at Lagoon for some training so I decided to come get some coffee. I love that you make any of their specialty coffees sugar-free. My go to right now is the sugar free cocomo. I prefer that one hot, I think it tastes better hot rather than iced. It was really good. I downloaded the app right before as well so it is nice they have a way to earn points towards free drinks. The drive thru moved quickly. My complaint about DB is the person standing outside is always asking if you want to add a tip. It is kind of annoying. read more

I've said before that I absolutely hate giving negative reviews - but I have been to this location about 3 different times - and our orders always come out bland w/ no flavor. We were excited since Centerville is closer to us - but I feel like the staff here needs more barista training. We have had to send back our drinks for them to remake every visit, which is diappointing. read more

I've been to three Dutch bros locations and this one was sort of weird for me. The person who took our order seemed like they didn't want to do so which felt quite weird since Dutch bros employees are usually always so friendly and outgoing. We kept seeing drinks handed to everyone behind us, and thought it was weird that their order was finished before ours. The employees would go door to door asking if the drinks they were holding were ours, and they asked that to a few cars before they found the right person. When we got to the window to pick up the drinks, they said they actually don't have that order because one of the iPads aren't sending the orders in. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our drinks after we got to the window. The drinks were good though, but they could've addressed the broken ipad a lot better than having everyone wait an extra 10 min after they've already waited for 20 in the line........... read more

I ordered a WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE three separate times today, twice in the morning and once later at night. I received regular hot chocolate every time. It wouldn't have been an issue if it was a one time thing, but three different times in the same day is a bit excessive. I also found 3 long black hairs in my drink. read more

Well. I've been to many Dutch bros. And it just doesn't seem as though the culture is the same here. I was talking to one of the baristas and why they did no discounts and apparently they aren't even allowed unless they are a manager. They still have great drinks but I just don't feel that same warm feeling at this Dutch. Just the other day when in the drive through, I rolled up to the window and usually have a great conversation but instead I was asked what my beverage was and then she turned her back on us and was just laughing with someone that was next to her. At Starbucks, I would expect this but I choose Dutch because I seem to have better customer service, unfortunately I haven't noticed that here. Another time I pulled through and tried my my card and after like 5 attempts I just used one of my other cards, both have plenty of money with no problems anywhere else. My drink were already finished and waiting for payment to go through. But for some reason their system wasn't swiping it. They told me I would have to go get another form of payment after waiting forty minutes for my drink. because of THEIR problem. Honestly I used to go everyday because I'm straight addicted to caffeine but I really don't like service that I get here. Only gave them three stars because I do appreciate the tasty rebels. read more
