The Manager "Molly" If she is one should go back to being a barista and get a clue on Customer Service, Communication and representing the Starbucks brand. Super disappointed, dissatisfied. Got there at 7:57 we drove fast to get there and they said they were closed? I know it's only 3min but not cool! Just needed some espresso this was a bunk experience and hopefully you won't have it happen to you. If you do post it and maybe they will change the hours to close at 7:57 not 8. Just saying. I regularly visit this Starbucks location. The food is great, the restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. This is by far my favorite Starbucks thanks to Molly, Lilly, Jamie, David, Jolene, Bella, Alicia, Christie, Lisa, Lydia and all the other excellent baristas who work here. read more

Thanks for the consistency in a good, extra hot mocha with no whip cream....that's what I am paying for, along with use of a clean restroom.

I am here ALL.THE.TIME. The people working here are hands down the best! They are all so nice/friendly and they know my order as soon as I pull up and say my name. I love it! Service is always good and very rarely have I gotten the wrong thing (usually because it's someone new, so understandable). It can get a bit busy though from all the traffic on 17 but never a big deal. They are super quick. Keep up the great work! =) read more

I have been to this Starbucks a few times since recently moving to this area. The first time, I simply asked for a black tea with light water. I proceeded to get a watery mess. This happened the next time I visited this Starbucks a few days later. I still gave the employees the benefit of the doubt, and tried again. This time, I ordered a caramel machiato. I received the drink with very little ice and no caramel. The employee at the drive thru was extremely rude when I asked for a new drink. I visit Starbucks on a daily basis, and I'm saddened to find out the local store is awful! read more

Friendly people and you can get a map at the new Info place next door. I had my usual Peppermint Latte without chocolate and this is such a great location to stop in on the way to Flagstaff or the Mogian Rim. read more

Located on the West corner of a strip mall. Typical Starbucks, quick, good selection, but expensive coffee

It was1pm on a Sunday a few weeks ago. I am a partner with a Phoenix Starbucks and am uber aware what to look for when visiting another store, even when I am not trying to focus. This visit was exceptional. I was one of our 5 person party, including a very strong willed 7 year old (all baristas reading just said, "ugh!"). None of us knew right away what we were interested in consuming (UGH!). Some wanted food, some hot drinks, some cold. We let the only other person in the place go 1st (*whew*). The older barista seemed stressed out by our indecisiveness. After a few misunderstandings the other 3 baristas swooped in and went above and beyond to clarify the situation. They made all of our drinks accurately, prepared our food adequately, used my partner discount card, sbux gold card, and other form of payment without frustration. The register partner talked about the music and made small talk. The rest of the crew greeted us hello and goodbye with smiles. In short, what could have been a bunch of frustrated bummed out baristas turned out to be a staff of competent rays of sunshine. Overall, a fantastic experience. Thanks Starbucks!
