How does a Starbucks get a mobile order wrong? Don't they have a computer that has your order? I ordered 2 drinks and 2 food items. When I got to the window the person at the window passed me one drink asking if that was it. I told her no and told her what I was missing. She then wanted proof of what I ordered. I showed her my receipt on my app and she wanted proof again. They finally brought me my drink and it tastes like crap. Definitely won't be visiting this location again. read more

I HATE this starbucks.the employees are slower than hell here and so dumb here and never seem to have it together. They will legit have u standing there for 10 minutes before saying anything at the mobile pick up. I also door dash and decline orders from here every single time. They lag SO BAD. They have bad attitudes and like i said, NEVER HAVE IT TOGETHER. EVERRRRRRRR. I was hoping w the new remodel (even smaller and worse than before) that it was gonna come with new employees as well but clearly that was asking too much. I was hoping to get a bit of work done with a change of scenery this morning. I had headphones on as I always do when working in public spaces. The staff was so incredibly loud that I couldn't even concentrate with headphones on... sitting at the farthest table from the chaos behind the counter. The woman who appeared to be the manager was the loudest. She was posted up at a table across from the counter, having extremely loud, personal conversations with the workers on the other side of the room as people were trying to order. While making a coffee for herself a bit later, she got even louder, joking and laughing with the other workers like they didn't have a drive-thru line wrapped around the building... which they did. That explains why many of the reviews are complaints about wait times. You can't expect employees to conduct themselves professionally when their manager is behaving like she's at her own personal house party. read more

We've been coming here for years, and every single time we come they get worse and worse. We stopped coming for a solid year, hoping they would get better. Nope. They just got our order wrong and then CHARGED US to remake the drink that THEY messed up. Worst location. 03/17/19 12:15pm Sunday. I order via the mobile app from about 5 blocks away. I pull up and score the drive thru is empty, I am running a bit late and headed to work. The sweet girl at the mic greets me with a hello and a nice comment about the weather. I appreciate the non standard greeting. I let he know I have a mobile order. She checks and says yup be right up so I pull forward. Wait about a minute she opens the window and say $9.36. My face must have looked all kinds of confused I stammer I paid on the app. Oh yeah she says. She come back a moment later with my chai latte, extra hot, etc. This is the amazing part from behind her steps Courtney the barista. She asks don't you get non dairy? I look at her for a minute and realize she knows me and my order! How great is that?!! That like never happens. I explain to her that every once and a while I am brokeish and so I have to skip the extra charge for soy. She is right though, that is my usual order. I thank her for remembering me! Ash. That's the name in big letters on the tag of the clerk at the Wilshire Blvd location. She was very dry and rude. I ordered two different times two different items. Both were sub-par on the second order when she called out the name on the order she sat one cup on the counter when attempting to verify that another cup was coming, she became snippy. There's a definite need for a retraining of her customer service skills. It's my hope that this issue will be fixed immediately as we the customers pay a pretty penny for these items/services. What a nice Starbucks with sweet employees. Went on a day during the Christmas rush, and boy, was this place loaded. There was a line of cars outside that went around the building, so we decided to go inside. Inside, the decor was festive and smelled like every good Starbucks smells--like a breath of coffee heaven! While we waited about 10 minutes for our coffees, it was understandable considering the sheer amount of people that they had to serve. At no time did I see tempers flare behind the bar or with the customers. Everyone was cordial and in the holiday spirit. A big plus in my niece's book was that her name was almost spelled correctly. Haha! That's always a good sign for her. Whenever I'm in town again to visit the big grocery store down the way, I will stop in here first to get my cup o' java before heading across the street. You may wonder why I don't go inside...well I was flat out told that the drive thru gets priority and that is why it took so long with an inside order. There was no line, there was one person in the drive-through, and three people working.
