I wouldn't usually stop at this location because it is so tight trying to get it and out. It gets backed up if the light is red, vehicles can't move forward so drive thru gets blocked. I stopped after church service (as did everyone else it seemed!) to have a caffeine pick-me-up for my 40 minute trip back home. So glad I did too, traffic was definitely traffic-ing!! Regardless, the customer service and drinks are great! They have a walk-up window now if youd rather park and grab your order. Excellent service on the corner of Main Street and the pending highway toward 820, this Starbucks location is convenient if you plan on making a direct right turn afterwards. If heading in the center or left lanes upon exit? Not as convenient, unless you either hook a left out of the drive-thru and pass through the gas station parking lot, or just wait for a car to let you in either lane on Main Street. Otherwise, I love the fast & friendly service of the drive-thru design here. Definitely worth stopping in to get that caffeine fix. read more

I am just so upset about what happened today at the Starbucks in Euless Main St, corner of 183. And this is not the first time this has happened. I ordered from the drive through and they gave me the wrong drink, which I just found out when i left and tasted it. So i turned around and went to the drive through again for them to correct my order. This lady named Becca was at the drive through window was so so rude! She did not even apologize to me for the mistake and just asked me what I need! She was so short with me and not nice at all! I was wondering why I paid more and its because they charged me for the wrong order. And Becca said, "so you want your 10 cents back?!". This Starbucks store is the worst one! I always try to avoid this store and always go somewhere else. This was not the first time this happened to me at this Starbucks store in Euless Main St. I swear I will never go back to this one! I really hope the management will address this kind of behavior! Customer service. Today, the baristas/servers refused to tell me the code before ordering and paying for my order. After clarifying that I was ordering something- I just had to use the bathroom first. The barista gave me a false code and an ugly attitude. Now, in a frantic bathroom emergency was forced to leave the store and pick up coffee else where. Often my drive through experiences (at this location) are mundane, employees are rude, and have mix up my order more than twice. On three separate occasions my quick on the go coffee run turned into a 45minute delay in my day or I simply had to loose out on the order I paid for-that's time, money, and no drinks ! I have recently moved to this area and can say this is the worse Starbucks I have ever been to, this is very disappointing. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks location. It's just a walk up and drive thru, no indoor seating. I use the drive thru often and it moves very fast. The associates are very friendly and they even remember me sometimes! So nice. They make the drinks correctly every time. The only drawback is entering this location. It's easiest to enter from the service road or going South on Main St. If you enter from the service road you could have a hard time making it to the drive thru line when they're busy. read more

I and my family are usuals at this location and got our drink made wrong 4 times in a row today. Usually, this would be a quick fix but I've had instances were baristas add their own spin on some drinks so maybe that was the case. Non the less, I was told after making my drink wrong for the 4th time that my dissatisfied face scared their employee and she refrained from trying to correct the drink when possibly she could have offered a different drink. She started her sentence with , "if your going to make that face ...." and she pulled the possibly corrected 5th drink back through the window l. This Starbucks has the nicest employees and quick service! I usually come in the mornings or late evenings, and my drink is always made correctly. There isn't a cafe, it's a drive-thru only location. There is also a window that you can go up to and order from, and a small bench outside to sit on. They get so busy but are always super fast, and like I mentioned before...the drinks actually taste accurate and are so delicious when I come here!! I'm a bit picky, and if I pay so much for a drink, then of course I would like for it to be correct. There are a few employees that seem to have been here for a while, and they're honestly really good at what they do! Overall, I recommend :) I just want to say to the friendly staff: Thank you for all of the hard work that you do, it doesn't go unnoticed. I'm sure you all have enough going on in your own lives, but you still do so amazingly in this stressful crazy busy environment. You may not see it this way, but you guys are all great :) read more

Just left this location and had to use the restroom... so I ask for the bathroom code and the handle is not working. I go back to the window to let them know and my drink is already ready... cool, because I thought it would take longer (as there was a huge line). The lady tells me to pull up in the handle and then leaves my drink outside of the window because I did not want to take it in the bathroom with me. I may be paranoid, but I don't leave my drinks sitting around. So, that's a no go for me. Not coming back. Anyone could have put something in the drink even though it seems pretty safe, you can NEVER be too sure. Also, my triple grande cold brew with added caramel drizzle came up to about $9... I have 13+ yrs starbucks experience, I know what the drinks are supposed to look like and what They are supposed to taste. I've noticed that they do not shake the refreshers which is a big deal because yes it does change the way it should taste and look. Today ordered coffee for two, as we came to drinking the remainder of our coffee, my husband looked at his coffee and pulled out strand of hair peeking out at the top of the lid. Hoping so badly it was my own hair..it actually was not but, belonged to someone with short hair possibly a man. Nearly barfed and of course by that time we were in no mood to go get irate with the location. However, thought to share with anyone that doesn't like hair in their coffee to be careful with those stoppers they just stick in your cup because it's obviously not sanitized enough to keep baristas hairs out of it. I think they should be required to wear hair nets period, your serving something that is consumed so please keep your hairs to yourself. read more

So I've been going here quite often as its on my route to alot of things in the area. My coffee has been really good and the staff have been friendly. The drive-thru has been really fast each time I've came here though but trying to park and go inside has been a challenge when the drive thru line is long and wrapped around the building. This is my "Home" Starbucks, and I frequent here at least once a week. Staff is awesome. All friendly and accommodating. Coffee order is never an issue (I worry about getting my soy milk) as they print out labels and stick to the cup. Not many SB do this. It helps me confirm my order was correct. Morning commute-traffic issue. Yes, there can be a line that completely wraps around. 90% of the time it moves faster than walking inside and making your purchase. And it can get congested in the parking lot, trying to park and/or maneuver. And it's a bit tricky to get back on Euless-Main to get to 183E. Once you get used to it, you know what to expect. I'll admit that I didn't like it at first too. I would normally knock off a star for this kind of issue, but the staff friendliness makes up for it. All in all, give it a visit, but be wary when the drive-through line starts to wrap around. read more

Location, Location, Location!!!! This Starbucks is decent. The staff is friendly. The service is fast. 90% of the time you get a pretty good cup of coffee, even though there are those occasions when your macchiato tastes more like a cup of steamed milk minus the coffee. But the reason why I keep coming back is the location! Whenever I head out and have to work over in Ft. Worth, while on 183, I just get right off the Main St. exit in Euless and it's right off of the exit ramp! I drive through the drive thru, and get right back on 183, speeding with a cup of coffee in one hand, and a muffin in the other one! No going through a lot of lights, or driving off for a few blocks away from the freeway. Quick and easy! read more

She was being overly corrective to the employee, I believe his name was Austin, who was very nice and encouraged great conversation. It's disappointing to hear a manager so hard on the employees, when they are simply doing their job, and a great job at that. The location is perfect as this is near my home and off 183, but this place is just not like other Starbucks locations as far as professionalism and training. I have given the place many chances since the location is so convenient, but the drinks are just not good at all and I even order the basic signature drinks. Went here with my family and spent 40$ On a mix of food and coffee. After driving away to start a 2hour trip out of town we found that they had messed up our order. Not only have they forgotten things but there was also hair in two of the sandwiches. I called notified the staff member that answered (of the forgotten items not the hair) and was told my name would be on a list to replace the forgotten items. Skip to the next day when I went in to pick up said items. I was treated like a thief by Christy, Joey, Anissa, Channing and Mallory. After accusing us of lying and refusing to check the list for my name they closed the window on us so they could take turns laughing and making faces at us through the window. When I asked for the district managers number they refused to give it to me. I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life. Save your money and go elsewhere.
