I officially hate this Starbucks in brunswick. How do you run out of sandwiches, especially the most popular ones before 8:30am. I will no longer spend my money here. The app never updates with what the store has for the day. The staff can't explain why they don't have sandwiches ready to go. All I wanted was the smoked bacon. You guys no better to be out of it. The crazy thing is you guys was out of it before 8:30AM. People are still going to work. After you stand in a long line for a staff member to say, "WE ARE OUT! I AM SORRY!". I travel a lot and have been to Starbucks locations across the country from Manhattan to Spokane, WA. This is a good one. I have only three words for you "nitro cold brew." I don't typically get fancy drinks. I get espresso (which don't get me started on Starbucks espresso...), iced coffee, iced tea, and occasionally black coffee. The fact that this location has the nitro draws me out of my way to visit. (I know there is at least one other location in Cleveland, but I've only seen it at a Grand Junction, CO location) I actually like Starbucks nitro cold brew a little better than Phoenix (but I much prefer Phoenix espresso.) This new location is bright and airy, but the reflectivity of the high ceiling can make it a little loud there at times. The seating area is nice and the bar seating is a nice touch The staff is typically lovely and pleasant. The only things that would make this location better is a little acoustic treatment and Reserve status with the Clover brewer. read more

I'm not going to stop coming to Starbucks, but I might go out of my way to go to a different location. Every time I order an iced drink from this Starbucks they give me a hot drink. It's happened 4 times. I think the super loud music in the restaurant coupled with talking through masks makes it really hard for the barista to hear when you order. It's just annoying on a really hot day when you go to Starbucks to get something refreshing to end up with a hot drink. I really wanted to like this starbucks. It's beautiful, updated and features a drive thru. However, disappointing is the best word I can use to describe this location. Every time we order we receive the wrong drinks. I understand mistakes happen from time to time, but it's ridiculous to never get the right drink. The reason I finally chose to write this review today was because my mom was very excited to try the new hot cinnamon cloud macchiato. She was given an iced one and nicely told the drive thru worker she ordered a hot one. When she was given the correct drink, it tasted like absolutely nothing, just plain coffee. I used to like this place. Times change... First off, the place is incredibly cold. LIke the AC is cranked up full blast even on cool days. Why?? Most of the time, the drinks are fine, but often enough, they either get your order wrong or make it so it's not quite right (too much syrup, too warm- when it should be iced, etc.). Strange. They never offer a free drink coupon, like the other Starbucks locations do, if they mess up your order. The tables are usually dirty. Doesn't anyone ever clean in this place? Sticky tables, covered in crumbs, dirt (as in mud or whatever) on the seats, napkin dispensers empty, so you have to ask the baristas to clean the table before you can sit down. Paper straw wrappers littering the floor. Wet spots on the floor from spills. Very unprofessional and sloppy. Restrooms are often untidy, as well. And the last straw, so to speak, is the ridiculous noise level in the place. They changed their music, which instead of the standard Starbucks unoffensive background tunes, is now a continual high-volume blast of pop songs. I'm not a teen girl or female millennial. Does Brunswick Starbucks think their customers want girly pop songs blasted at high volume? Seriously, why? And even when there are no customers in line, the highly inefficient staff takes forever to make your drink. Because the drive-thru gets preferential treatment, I guess. The old Starbucks at Brunswick Town Center was a much better operation. read more

It was also a long wait the last time I popped in with only a couple people making drinks and one of them was in training. normally i enjoy coming to this starbucks location because everyone is so sweet and welcoming. but today the girl with purple hair was working the drive thru window and was so rude i couldn't believe it. my mom ordered a cold brew with extra almond milk and cold foam. when we received it i noticed it just looked like a normal cold foam cold brew with no almond so we asked. she said someone added it when the drink was made but i work at a coffee shop myself and know that the color of the actual drink should change when a milk is added. so then we asked if we could just get a side of almond milk in case (since we paid for extra almond milk) and she didn't say anything and just walked away to get it looking like we inconvenienced her whole day, when she handed it to us we said thank you and she just quickly shut the window without saying anything back and walked off. this was incredibly shocking because my mom and i are regulars and everyone is always so sweet and joyful no matter how their day is going and we always reciprocate that energy. i'm not sure what's going on with this girl to make her act that way but i hope it gets better for her. read more

I love this Starbucks! I am a regular and have a pretty specific order, they are always attentive and make it right everytime! I know some people will complain that there is no drive thru which can be a bit of an inconvenience sometimes but that doesn't change my opinion of this location! The baristas are very friendly as well and seem to remember me each time I come in which is such a great feeling! Yes, they get a rush and you will have to wait but that's life! It doesn't matter what time of day or what drink; be it Berries for Refreshers, strawberries for the Pink Drink, Green Tea and lemonade. I think it's time for someone to review this with Brie. Also a nice, relaxing atmosphere inside The atmosphere is great for having a drink with friends, doing homework/work on a computer or paper, or just enjoying a drink by yourself! Probably the worst Starbucks in the world. The wait is usually like 30 minutes. Every one working there looks like a complete train wreck. So I gave mobile ordering a try to avoid the wait. It wasn't ready, no one mentioned it to the guy. He managed to get it ready extremely fast. I truly love and consider all the baristas my friends, they truly make my day, I look forward everyday to see their beautiful faces.
