I've been to PLENTY of Starbucks in my lifetime. Some stores, it's very evident that it's a fast paced work environment and the workers don't have time to go above and beyond. Not this Starbucks. Last Saturday I came in to place a large order. 11 customized drinks and food items. I was picking up a large order for my sister-in-law's wedding that morning for the entire bridal party and her family. It had to be perfect - it's her wedding day! The workers were so beyond courteous and took the time to write sweet notes on the drinks, a special note for the Bride's drink, and well wishes on our bags! They were not irritated or overwhelmed by the large order, they were simple happy to help and make it right! read more

I'm a Starbucks addict. There. We've got that out in fhe open. I also love supporting my local independent coffee shops, which I know doesn't seem to go along with big Corp coffee, but sometimes we just love what we love. I had the pleasure of recently visiting this Starbucks location while on vacation in the area. I was told by multiple people that this was the best SB's location in Broken Arrow, and I have to agree. Let me preface the rest of my review by sharing that I visited this location during the day, during the week, and not during rush hour. There were a couple of cars ahead of us, but the line moved fast. The drive-through attendant was friendly and courteous and got my drink order with no mistakes. My coffee (a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew with cold foam on top with cinnamon powder and cinnamon dolce sprinkles) was perfectly made. Some locations mix it up, some don't get the right ratio of cinnamon powder to coffee, but this coffee? It was ice-cold perfection on a hot Oklahoma day! Not a big fan of the regular black coffee taste, and that's usually my preference for other coffee brands. I did enjoy the blonde latte with almond milk, although it's lame to up-charge for non dairy milk. It's 2021 Starbucks. Starbucks is overpriced and offers long lines but I do like being able to order online and pick up. read more

So figured I would give them another try, STILL same CRAPPY service. Went by at 7:40am this morning. Two cars in line, pull up to tell my order, no one ever comes on the speaker so I pull up to the window. Lights on, employees inside making coffee and they don't come to the window. Window says they open at 7am on Saturdays so I know im not early. The other cars in line are mad too and take off. Starbucks needs to come in and shut this location down. The employees are horrible, obviously they show up to work when they want to and the owner apparently doesn't care either. read more

we ordered 4 drinks on the app, and 2 out of 4 came out just fine but i had ordered a pumpkin spice frap and it came out as a latte and when i asked the employee to fix it, she was very nice about it but proceeded to hand me a iced pumpkin spice. i hate to say that this will be the first and last time i will be visiting this starbucks read more

Today in the drive-thru we watched as two large dogs in a truck two cars ahead we're given FIVE pup cups (free whip cream treats for dogs) while we were told for our one, small dog they were all out. While I understand these are complimentary items, it's become a routine and a treat for our dog to get to ride in the car and get their own treat and visit this Starbucks. Therefore, when customers start expecting this we also expect consistency and fair treatment with it. It may be just a pup-cup and a little dog to most, but I bet the truck with the two large dogs who got to park and enjoy the hilarity and splendor of feeding the dogs had a pretty good day compared to us. This Starbucks has always been clean, but very slow. The drive-thru always seems packed, and the workers are younger and have a care-free attitude, especially when you need assistance. read more

I order from this starbucks every day. I usually have great experiences. However, today I ordered around 8 and got there to pick up around 8:10. It said my drink would be ready at about 8:10. I sat and waited a few minutes and still didn't see it so I got up and politely asked a barista (i think her name was Mack, she had on a cheetah print headband) if my drink was coming up soon. She rudely told me she was clearly very busy and running behind and i needed to be patient. I sat back down and waited a few more minutes, at this point it was about 8:20. I got back up and asked a different barista for some help because I needed to get to work and at this point I just wanted to make sure they had received my order. As I did this, the rude barista is actively rolling her eyes and muttering under her breath that she's already talked to me, while the second barista is being very nice and trying to help me. It turns out I ordered to the wrong starbucks which is absolutely my error, however, if the first barista would have had an ounce of customer service skills we could have determined the drink wasn't ordered there much earlier and I might have even had time to go get the drink from the starbucks I did order from. All in all this location is usually great and i'm disappointed that one lady ruined it for me and I hope she gets better customer service training. read more

This Starbucks, at 121st between Elm and Aspen in Broken Arrow is the best Starbucks Location in the Tulsa Metro. The staff is very friendly, and I very rarely have my picky/complicated drink order come out remotely any way other than perfect. read more

This is the worst Starbucks ever. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my house and I've been going here for a year and a half. They are unbelievably slow every single time, they mess up drinks constantly and generally have no idea what they're doing. I worked at Starbucks for 5 years - it's not that hard. The manager should have had their issues figured out and resolved by now. Will be driving out of my way to avoid this Starbucks in the future. read more

Came in and ordered a hot latte, a frappe and piece lemon loaf. It was busy, but there didn't seem to be any continuity to completing orders together. I got my lemon loaf, then about 8 minutes later got my latte and then it took another 12 minutes for me to get my frappe. 25 minutes waiting on my complete order. I watched my daughters frappe said aside twice for them to complete a drive thru order. Not cool. I'm from out of state so it's not like I'll be returning, but this location does not appear to understand finishing an order before going to the next one. Sorry, not a fan. read more

I absolutely adore this Starbucks, I am what you would call a regular and I can assure my drinks are always out of the ordinary with several customizations. This store always makes sure to follow through with my order to a T and has me leaving with a smile each and every day. If anything isn't made correctly on that rare chance then they automatically trade me for a proper one. I think this is the best Starbucks in the Tulsa area. The baristas are super nice and the manager is a fantastic example of leadership. They all remember the little things like the names of regulars and making sure that everyone is greeted warmly. Had a weird customer service interaction today. I ordered oatmeal which comes with the dried fruits and nuts. I asked if the lady to substitute agave syrup instead of the brown sugar that comes with it. She gave me oatmeal with the syrup and I drove off realizing she didn't give me the sides that come with it. I noticed the oatmeal was full of water so I kindly requested a new oatmeal with the sides. She quickly defended herself by saying she had made me fresh oatmeal and I have to request the fruit and nuts? I've never had to request what comes with the oatmeal at any Starbucks location, but I kindly said ok. I get to the drive thru window and she asked what the problem was and I repeated what I told her, and she said in the future I need to request the fruit and nuts. What could have been a simple "I'm so sorry about that I'll get that right out for you" I felt like I was having to explain myself over some damn oatmeal lol. The lady seemed pretty young so maybe she just doesn't have the experience when it comes to handling customer requests. I worked in the restaurant industry for several years so I know how it's like- but this was a very minor thing and just a awkward interaction. read more

One of the only Starbucks in town that is constantly out of what seems like almost everything. I understand being low on inventory later in the day or week. But this is early in the day and week. Frustrating to wait in line for so long just to find out they are out of what you want. read more

On this past Saturday morning, I sat in line in the drive through for more than 20 minutes. Come to find out they were closed! No sign, no nothing. It was 9am. Prime time for coffee weekend drinkers. This is probably my favorite Starbucks that I've ever went to! I usually come between 6 and close and the supervisor/manager, I believe her name is Ashley, never fails to brighten my day. My drink is always made perfectly by her and with just the right amount of extra caramel drizzle. I will continue coming and would recommend this store to anyone who wants a chill visit.
