Up since 2am, made the drive to Oklahoma for my daughters JROTC competition. Much needed coffee, I wasn't surprised when I saw the long line in the drive-thru but was surprised how fast they were. I had a chi tea latte and picked up a coffee drip, chocolate mocha and vanilla latte for other tired fellows. The gentleman at the window was very cheery and friendly. I ordered online this morning and apparently I didn't order early enough for the store manager because she was super rude at the drive-through speaker and then when I tried to clarify what the problem was at the window, she told me to never come back to her store again, and her behavior was appalling. I love Starbucks. I always order a oatmilk brown sugar shaken expresso with extra Carmel drizzle around the cup. When it's made right it the best. When they barley put my drizzle and over pour the oatmilk, it's sad. My order is made right 80% of the time. Also, I have realized all Starbucks parking lots suck... I say this without any hyperbole at all. In 16 states and all the many Starbucks I've tried where I've lived, this is the WORST STARBUCKS I've ever been too. After 6 trips here this is what you can expect. 15-30min wait for nasty bitter tasting coffee. Doesn't matter if it's morning or night, the coffee always tastes bitter and old. And the wait times are ridiculous because the employees have no idea wtf they are doing. Example. Putting a grilled cheese out 17 minutes before the coffee! Of course the grilled cheese is now cold and the customer is POd! Now you have to remake their grilled cheese while I'm still waiting 20 minutes for my drink! Any kind of Mocha drink will be completely unmixed and over flavored with sweetener. How can their drinks be so nasty compared to EVERY OTHER STARBUCKS!? It makes no sense!? Does corporate not come here and sample their nasty drinks and terrible service? If you like nasty, bitter coffee and cold food this is the location for you! The GM and the manager and trainers should be fired immediately. Start using fresh ingredients for a change! Terrible! read more

The drive thru was really backed up, so my husband and I ventured inside. The décor is nice, and the seating is ample (the most I've ever seen in a Starbucks that's not inside of a theme park), but a lot of the tables were dirty. And the area where you add milk/sweetener/etc to your drinks was filthy - spills on the counter and the trash was overflowing. There were 7 or 8 employees working, and there wasn't a line whatsoever inside, so someone could have been bussing tables and wiping them down. Two of the employees were just standing around behind the food case - if you have time to lean you have time to clean. My husband visited the bathroom and said it needed cleaning also. I order a S'mores frap without the coffee (I know, I'm weird) and they ended up adding coffee anyway. Whatever, not a big deal. I'm not sure what was going on with their order system, but there were 2 people waiting for drinks next to us and the baristas kept putting drinks up on the counter that didn't belong to anyone. They'd call out the names and we'd stare at each other like 'that's not me'. 3 drinks later they ended up filling the order of the people next to us, but the 3 orphaned drinks were still on the counter after they left. We were the only people in the dining room and it took 10 minutes to get 2 drinks. Probably because they were making duplicate orders for the drive thru and the dining room, I don't know. A barista finally came and threw the 3 orphaned drinks out - I would have taken one of them but I wasn't offered. Husband's drink came out 5 minutes before mine; he jokes that I shouldn't have ordered such a complicated drink. I had no substitutions or additions, just the regular S'mores cream frap. My cup came out with stuff all over the sides, but the girl who handed it to me looked like it might have been her first day so no big deal. read more

They are super helpful at helping me order my drink even though I find drinks to order that could be a novel with all of the subs and special menu items. This location has disappointed us time and time again. I understand this is a busy location, but we have had terrible experiences here when it wasn't' busy as well. During our most recent trip it was around 5pm, and we mobile ordered a cold brew coffee that said it would be ready in less than 10 Minutes. We showed up 10 minutes later and the drink was not ready. The lobby was a disgusting mess with no napkins and food/spills all over the place. We approached the waiting area, and I observed a just as messy working line. When they got to my wife's ice coffee, they sloppily overfilled the cup, slung it in the counter and shook their hands off. The barista did not say a word to us, so we took the drink and looked around for a napkin, hoping to find something to clean up the drink they left covered in spillage. I expect much better for Starbucks, especially for the price you pay for their product. Hoping they get this location up to par, so Broken Arrow can have a decent brick and mortar Starbucks. i came in with a good attitude and waited patiently to order. they came up to me and asked how i was doing and i said good and i asked them back and they said "we're doing". like damn you couldn't say anything else and then i ordered a caramel macchiato with salted caramel cold foam and when i got my drink, caramel was no where to be found and the drink is mostly milk. i would ask for my drink to be remade but they all seem pissy and annoyed. read more

I went through the drive through, ordered a vanilla latte. What they handed through the window was a plain coffee. I was on my way to a meeting a couldn't immediately go back. When I went back after my meeting, I took the coffee in and told what I got was wrong. Got a quick apology and a new drink, no collar and when I asked they faced the other way. I peeled the one off my old one. While I waited, I looked in the pastry case and viewed multiple gnats flying on all the pastries. I pointed it out to the guy behind the counter. Couldn't hear my name at the before noon visit and I think they just quit trying by the time I came back at 5 for hot tea. All in one day they had no cream cheese for any bagels, ran out of bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwiches, and didn't have the syrup to make a toasted white chocolate mocha frap. This location is out of stuff on the daily. How can you operate without enough supply to meet demand? Be prepared to wait. Yesterday my drink took 16 minutes, today 11 minutes. Both were mobile orders. The noise level is hard to take, its really noisy inside when busy. The line in the drive-through was so long, it was impeding traffic in the shopping center. Could be cleaner. read more

Had an absolutely fantastic experience here. This is honestly the best Starbucks I've been to in town. The building is new and beautiful with lots of indoor seating available and there is a beautiful lot pergola outside with more outdoor seating. My drink was delicious and they even remade my friends drink for free for her when she forgot to ask for decaf. Kind employees and just a great experience overall. Will be returning often! read more

I always go out of my way to drive to this location specifically because the experience is fast, accurate, friendly and clean. Having been a Starbucks partner before, I understand how a high volume business can be stressful and that morning peak can seem like a nightmare but every time I have gone through the drive thru during the morning rush, I have always received my (quite complicated) drink in amazing time!
