Absolute garbage drinks! I'm actually upset. My daughter placed online order as we were on our way to Utah . We got some strawberry drink, hot latte , bagel and bacon Gouda sandwich. Her strawberry drink was trashed and so was my latte . I have never had worse coffee. If I had time I would turn around to return that. Coffee was basically just coffee water . Bagel was stale and not toasted . The only edible item was the bacon Gouda sandwich. The location clearly lacks quality control and takes advantage of high volumes of tourists. I stopped by for an afternoon pick me up and enjoys a pumpkin spice sweet cream cold brew. It was my first pumpkin drink of the season and it was amazing! The pumpkin sweet cream is less overpowering than a PSL, but still has all the pumpkin flavor you could want. My drink was ready freakishly fast and I noticed how clean this location is! read more

On December 15, 2024, my family and I visited this establishment at 5:40 pm. As we prepared to leave, the cashier accused us of being disrespectful for not leaving quickly enough. We apologized and explained that we were tourists, unfamiliar with the cold weather, and were taking time to bundle up our 8-month-old grandson. The cashier rolled his eyes, told us to leave through the back door, and closed the door behind us. We were forced to finish dressing the baby outside in the cold. read more

Before our big drive home, I had to make a quick Starbs run for my usual iced chai. This Starbucks in Breck has the cutest yellow house store front that makes you feel right at home. I don't usually Yelp places like Starbucks. A lot of times big chains just kind of run together and one is like the other. However, this location has the nicest baristas!!! We stopped in on a snowy October day while on vacation for fall break. Not only did they make our drinks correctly (we all know that can be a challenge sometimes! ), but there was an especially kind barista who made sure our kids (ages 2 1/2, 6, 7, and 7 1/2) were totally taken care of. He asked if they wanted water and brought four cups with whipped cream and toppings for their hot cocoa. On our way out he gave each a fist bump and made small talk with each one. SO NICE! We also chatted with a couple of kind patrons who shared the sofa area. Best experience! read more

They are super busy and do a great job get the drinks out. I've been coming here for years and it has a nice ambiance summer or winter. The inside does get stuffy. I was banned from this location because I simply asked why they solely had a rainbow flag in their window. They started asking me why I wanted to know. And I said I don't see any other flags in the windows and wondered if this was a Starbucks policy. They continued to question me on my motives and would not answer. I gave up and left. The next day I was told by the manager that the employees said I was making all kinds of homophobic remarks and that they felt offended. I could care less what someone's sexual orientation is. God gave us free will to choose how we want to live. It's sad that certain people are more interested in being victims than anything else. I eventually thanked the manager for saving my so much money as I found a coffee place across the street that charged half the price and made better coffee. read more

Christmas Day. Service was terrible. I was in store and had been waiting 20 minutes in line and Ms Barista with an awful attitude cutting service off at 6 pm even though we were in line and had been waiting. I also witnessed Ms Barista humiliate the last couple she serviced by announcing that if they hadn't ordered 30 drinks that she probably could have serviced the other people in line. The couple had NOT ordered 30 drinks! The Barista was exaggerating and angry. It was terrible for Ms Barista to place any kind of blame on the young couple. The young girl appeared to wanna cry!!! Then announced (with an attitude) to the rest of the customers in line that it was 6 o'clock and the store was closed. I stood in line for 20 minutes only to watch this Barista angrily take orders and make side comments to customer. Why open on Christmas Day if you're going to have unhappy and rude Baristas work. I have never in all the years that I've been a Starbucks customer experienced such a thing that would upset enough to write a bad review. read more

Depends which one yu go to. The one on Hartsel is great, the one on powers & Dublin is great. The one next to Sandcreek high was terrible. They made my caramel crème cold brew and tasted like coffee with no caramel and waterd down. The one off of 115 and Cheyenne Mtn blvd has been great most times. I only had 1 or 2 instances where it tasted like burnt coffee. The one at I25 and academy blvd exit near pikes peak college messed up my order and the employee was not professional so I won't go back. Overall. Starbucks has it going on!!! Great coffee, atmosphere. . Etc, they could use improving on developing drinks and aesthetics. read more

Generally, I like Starbucks when traveling because of consistency of products and quality. However this store is a disappointment because of irregular hours and a complete disconnect with what's reported on their app. The app states closed at 5:00 pm, you get there at 4:00pm and sign on the door stated they closed at 2:00pm. The app states closed at 2:00pm., but at 1:15pm they're already closed. Sign on the door states Monday through Friday hours are 7:30am to 2:00pm--oops, they were closed on Monday and Tuesday. You try to place an order on the app for Chai tea latte, and you can't complete the order because it says "sold out at this store", so you pick an alternative selection. When you get to the store and inquire when they may be getting Chai the response is "We have chai, don't know why the app stated we were out." This store seriously needs new management! read more

My son that is special needs walked in got a slice of lemon pound cake they did not have any tables available for handicap he told us to go L side which is the back deck with no dry seating because it had snowed. I asked where his designated handicap table was and he said that he only has three seats available and they're all taken. I love this little hidden starbucks! It's my goto coffee place heading home from skiing, each morning that we are camping on the res, or any other time we are in the area hiking etc. The staff is very friendly , quick whited and move the line along nicely!
